Dr. Chang Is great when explaining treatment. Every one that works for him is very kind and very gentle. I have never waited more than five minutes be seen. I would recommend Dr. Chang to anyone that is considering Invisalign orthodontic work.

My son had a mouth full of problems. Four years ago we consulted with three different Orthodontists. The three thought it best to remove my son's two front top teeth in order to start the problem solution. Yes they had good reasons for this, but neither my son nor I wanted this temporary gap. Then our family dentist recommended us to Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang's solution did not include removing the two front top teeth.

His solution was so, so simple and understandable. It put both my son and I at ease. His staff is very communicative and pleasant. His prices and pay plans are very fair. My son had his braces removed today and boy is he satisfied with the look of his teeth and with the easy process that he went through to get them to look good. THANK YOU, Dr. Chang and staff! My first visit to the office was last month and I felt completely confident with choosing Dr. Chang's office for my treatment. Today I was greeted with a smile as I picked up my aligners and the experience was consistent with my first visit Everyone in the office was kind and helpful while making sure all my questions were answered. I spent months going to consultations around the scv and LA, and ultimately decided to begin treatment with Dr. Chang. It's been two years working with him and his staff and I've never once doubted my decision. I'm constantly reminded what good hands I'm in: getting in for last minute appts, covered Invisalign changes, or just a referral to an oral surgeon/dentist.

I'm coming to the end of my treatment plan but will need to have a few oral surgeries in the near future. It's been such a relief knowing that these surgeries will be done by other professionals that Dr. Chang respects and trusts. He's a true professional with a great eye for detail. This office is amazing. I'm a busy mom (who isn't, right?). They are so high tech. I love it. They text reminders. If I am running 5 minutes late, I can just text back. They are so helpful. My son loves the fact that he signs in for his appointments with his finger print. Then, the screen tells him where to go in the office. Super friendly staff!

Can't say enough about Dr. Chang and Dr. Chu.they are both amazing orthodontists. Our family has had the best experience there with both of our children.everyone there is Always nice, always prompt and of course we have had excellent results.also fair pricing and practical pay plans!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Chang/Dr. Chu! They have a wonderful office staff who is willing to work with you. We had one child go through another local ortho, who was great too, but I am so impressed with this office. I had an 11 year old who we had been checking visually yearly and waiting until all baby teeth fell out, jr. High was beginning and she wanted to get this started now because she wanted braces off by 9th grade.

We went in for consult with Dr. Chu/Dr. Chang and they took a full pano X-ray (free of charge) and saw that some of the teeth weren't going to come out on their own, he gave us a few options on what we could do. If we hadn't taken that pano X-ray we would still be waiting! We had some extractions done by our amazing dentist and then went back in for braces. It's been 6 months since she's had them on and every thing they have done is impressive! I'm so glad we are here and blown away with all the work they are doing! They are very proactive in their work! Great Dr's and staff all the way around! I will recommend them hands down to everyone!

Dr Chang is great! He is patient, kind, honest & made our orthodontics experience a pleasure. His office staff always welcomes us with smiles. My daughter got her braces off today and now we start with my son. My son is excited after watching the progress with his sister.

I got my braces off six years ago and to this day I am still getting great service. My parents definitely could have taken my brother and me to a cheaper orthodontist out of town but we all agree that it was worth it. I got my braces off six months earlier than expected. The whole process went well with the check ups and adjustments. Never had a bad experience.

Everybody in the office is really professional and nice. Since then, I've been back for small things involving my permanent bottom retainer. Recently, I went back to remove that retainer and get a removable plastic one. All at no extra charge! Dr. Chu is newer (he wasn't there when I had my braces on haha), but he's also pretty nice.

The office is in a really nice facility with plenty of parking outside. I always liked the station to brush your teeth before seeing the doctor. Toothbrushes that already have the toothpaste on it?! Mindblown. My teenage self also appreciated the gift cards for being a good patient. It's really the little things that count.

My daughter had a small palate with no room for her adult teeth. Dr. Chang & staff provided the best care & most affordable option for her orthodontic care. In less than 18 months, she has her braces off (with use of a retainer) and she looks & feels great! Flexible hours, friendly staff and informative orthodontists, we couldn't have had a better experience!

I'd like to share my overall experience with Dr. Chang. First, I'd like to say that I was referred to Dr. Chang by my pediatric dentist (Dr. Singer) years ago to make my a replacement retainer that I lost back in high school. Now much older, I decided to return to Dr. Chang to correct some issues that have bothered me for years. My treatment started back in 2013 and Dr. Chang recommended invisalign to correct some of the minor issues that I had.

After the completion of my first set of trays and I was still not perfectly happy with my bite and the overall outcome, Now 2016 and on my 3rd set of trays, Dr. Chang is still addressing my concerns to make me perfectly happy with the overall experience. Dr. Chang and his office staff have been nothing but exemplary in providing the best customer service while exceeding expectations with every office visit. I wouldn't see anyone else for any orthodontic work and I live about an hour away!

We love Dr. Chang! He has seen 5 of my children and myself and our results are amazing! He's very honest and great with kids. His office staff are wonderful and very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr Chang did my Invisalign for a TMJ/clenching problem I had and not only did it resolve the clenching problem and realign my bite, but my teeth look straight and beautiful. He and his staff are professional, friendly and super competent. I still go whenever I have any need 10 years later ( i.e. replacement retainer for night ) and they treat me like they saw me yesterday. Dr Chang and his staff are awesome.

I used Dr. Chang for my daughter's ortho work. He and his staff gave excellent service, were always friendly and accommodating, which was difficult at times, because we commuted from Orange County. It was worth all the hours of traffic. Best ortho there is.
