Went to this place and was treated very poorly by the office manager and staff! I left a review before and the place had it removed because I spoke on how bad I was treated! I had 2 different qoutes and each every time I asked a question it made the upset they give you the highest price and treat you like crap if you can't afford it at that time! The gave me a quote of 3000 then I called and spoke to a nice guy he gave me a quote of 2000 then when I stop in to get the work the questions how I got a different quote

I used to live less than a mile away from Rocksprings Dental Group. Now I am more than 10 miles away but I don't mind driving there because I trust them. I have not experienced any issues with anyone. Everyone is very nice, professional and caring. Normally I see Dr. Toop if she is not available other dentists are also excellent. Last cleaning was esay breezy no pain. Thank you Dr. Tran! I see different faces here and there but they are super nice too. Thank you all at Rocksprings! Highly recommended

I had a really great experience there. I needed an emergency tooth removal and they gave me appointment right away and solved all my problems the same day. It was probably the best experience I ever had with dentist. Very thankful and definitely recommend this dental office. Dr Jim Tran did a great job! Thank you very much

600 dollars for a deep teeth cleaning. I don't understand the point of dental insurance. When I said that was too much assistant said okay and walked me out the door.

This is the best dental office ever. My whole family comes here and we all love the staff. Always so fun and accommodating. From dentures, implants, bridges and wisdom teeth extractions, they've taken care of it all.

The team here is awesome! They always make you feel welcome even when you have crusty teeth lol Dr Berger is amazing; her patient care and Has the best chair side manner! You have to go to actually get the services that I've experienced! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my teeth! Thank you!

I've been coming to this office for years now and I love it. I've had Dr. Berger for a few times and she is awesome. She is very gentle and she took the time to explain things to me. The staff is friendly ALL the time either in-person or by phone.

I had my first appointment at 2pm. I got there at 145pm at about 240pm the receptionist told me "might be another 20 minutes". I should have been told when I got there that they were running behind, over-scheduling? But when you tell me that it will be nearly an hour late for my first appointment, not a way to make a good first impression. I walked out. The receptionist asked if I would like to re-schedule, I laughed.

Got a crown done today with Dr. Berger and Andrea. There was a bit of a wait since there were other patients doing crowns as well but it was worth the wait. The crown came out great, they were very professional and I would recommend

Pro: Called for information and was genuinely taken care of by Marie and Angie in regards to my concerns. Did the quick x-ray and was given a breakdown. I always pay attention to realism, Starting with Dr. Berger's excellent professionalism and leadership skills I was able to see the trend in her office! Alejandra was assisting, she was very helpful and made sure everything went accordingly, no mistakes made!

During the long process of same day Crown and tooth extraction, I'd say I'm very pleased with the way I was treated and greatful for Dr. Bergers actions and concerns for my health. Con: Update to the online page, (The team)

Love this place! The Drs are always thorough and the staff is friendly! They are welcoming and always call you by your first name. Don't believe the negative reviews; most of the reviews sound like they are just plain miserable all around. Been a patient here since 2015 and wouldn't go anywhere else for anyone else to touch my teeth!

I used to go to an Absolute Dental location and I hated it. My husband have always gone to Rocksprings and he never dreaded going. So I finally transferred to Rocksprings and it was the best dental decision I've made. They are highly competent and extremely caring. I really don't mind going for regular checks now.

Let me preface this by saying I have always disliked going to the dentist However, I'm thankful that all my visits to Rocksprings Dental Group have always turned out to be a pleasant experience. Today I had my cleaning, which went smoothly, and pain free without a hitch. Dr. Berger and her assistant were friendly and AMAZING from start to finish. In addition to performing my cleaning, Dr. Berger was able to fix my partial, which has been giving me pain for years every time I attempt to wear it. She also provided a solution for my chipped tooth, and gave me options to assist in trying to remedy my teeth clinching issue. I highly recommend this dental office.

Tl;dr Rude associates who belittle you when you call in and report you're in pain after a procedure they performed. I've been coming here for a few years now and after a phone conversation with 2 separate people I will not be returning. Went in on Friday for a check-up and sensitivity to cold, basically got told the same thing you're reading from other 1-star reviewers- I have gum disease and need to pay $500 out of pocket to do irrigation and laser treatments on top of the crowns needed to fix my sensitivity. Told doc I was leaving town for a couple of weeks so asked if I could postpone any "deep cleaning" or procedures and she insisted I take care of it now.

I was there for 5 hours after it was all said and done and ended up paying $1200 out of pocket after they "applied discounts". 1 WEEK LATER AND I'M EXPERIENCING MORE PAIN THAN WHAT I WALKED IN WITH. I called the office to see if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience and NOT ONE APOLOGY OR SYMPATHETIC RESPONSE for what I've been dealing with as a result of their treatment.

Instead I was met with condescending comments of "I don't know what you want us to do" & "when issues like this happen it might indicate you need to get a root canal" a.k.a. pay us more to come and fix it. If you're going to spend this much money at least go to an office that cares about their patients.

Paid over 12k for a 3 tooth 2 implant bridge. It failed after 14 months, abutment fasteners came loose while I was on Vacation, So O.K. it happens, I returned to Rocksprings dental and was told i needed a New Crown $2300. because they would likely have to destroy the old one during removal. No warranty. they said it was caused because of "bruxisim" not so.

I have Never grinded my teeth, And the "Bite" they left me with didn't even Touch! I Can't even consider giving these clowns any more cash, So today I Visited a new Dentist, He said that I should have had a [3] implant bridge, and a Sinus lift, Which he will do for thousands of dollars less! And in less than 1 hour and $350.00 later he drilled, tightened, and refilled my implant I wish i could give a zero star rating, One of the Doctors who installed my implant no longer works there, so I'm having a hard time filing my complaint with the Dental Board, BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give no stars I would. Went in for a regular cleaning and dentist suggested a whitening so I thought it would be a good idea. Ask if there would be tooth sensitivity and they said no, there is. Also, it barely worked. My teeth are no more whiter then using crest white strips. Plus they failed to mention the $100 off seasonal promotion. In the end it is just a business. They don't care about their patients and only want money.

Unfortunately they're just trying to rip you off. I had one crown done here which I really needed, but then they said I needed crowns for so many of my other teeth, even ones that are completely healthy! Glad I went to a different place to get a second opinion before wasting my money. Turned out I didn't need all the crowns they wanted me to get at all. Additionally, they can't even fix a cavity with a regular filling, because they immediately "recommend" a crown.

Funny when I was waiting for my appointment someone before me was paying for a crown as well. I guess if you're looking for a place to just give you a crown instead of fixing your teeth, come here! Such a shame because the staff seems very friendly.

Dentist Tran and his assistant Ron, were awesome! They both are extremely professional, very attentive to your needs, and always making sure you're doing well. They are my go to people from now on!

Dr Tran, Rocksprings Dental, is simply amazing! He is so compassionate and understanding. He listens to all your concerns, and explains everything completely before any work is done. I'm so pleased with him and the entire staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly! I have been going to Rocksprings Dental for quite a few years, and have always had a pleasant experience. I just can't say enough! I truly recommend Dr Tran and Rocksprings Dental for all your dental concerns and needs! You'll be happy you went there!

I had a great deep and cavity feeling my dental assistant Ron was fabulous and my dentist Dr. Berger was amazing. Definitely my new dentist. Oh can't for get there spurtacular front desk girl Angie.

I was a patient of Dr Goladis here at Rocksprings Dental. They installed a bridge in my mouth and after 2 months it broke and they refused to honor the guarantee. There reason was that I told them to just install it. Im not a dentist but I am a tradesman and common sense tells me that they grinded so much on the bridge they weakened the integrity of the structure. Therefor causing it to break. Whats so crazy about this place is that they allow there young interns to work on you so the Doctor can book more patients.

Once your insurance pays for a certain tooth to be fixed its a 5 year wait until that area will be covered again. Here we are 2 years later. I found a fantastic dentist up the street.2 rootcanals I just had in this area. All the work is out of pocket now due to the time frain. This dentist performs x rays before sealing up the root canals. Rocksprings any patient will tell you does not. Dont allow yourself to suffer the pain and damage to your mouth that I have experienced. Donr allow interns to perform work that only a dentist should perform. Ihave no reason to lie about anything I only wish I had taken the time to go to the American Dental Society and make further complaints. I am so blessed to have found a professional dental office that cares about there patients. AND IT SURE ISNT ROCKSPRINGS!

They get me in all the time without having to wait weeks for an appointment! Their schedule is amazing being there 7 days a week even on holidays is such a convenience! Highly recommend; don't let reviews discourage you though! Find out for yourself! You'll agree!

Have been using this dental office for many years, unfortunately last week was my last visit ever, they refused to do my annual cleaning maintenance unless I would pay $500 out of my pocket saying I needed irrigation and laser, what I have done in the past with them and the hygienist at the time told me I did not really need that, my dental condition is pretty good condition needing only annual maintenance according to the other dentist that just did my maintenance cleaning. Dr. Toop basically refused to clean my tooth saying she could not scrap tartar ( what a have very very little) unless I did all the BS recommend, the receptionist ( don't remember her name) was extremely arrogant and rude, she is new, never seen her before, seems they are always changing staff.

Long story short went to another office andhad my teeth clean, scraped with $0 out of my pocket, and the hygienist there said my mouth is in very good shape. Rock Springs dental group is all about up selling, up selling and up selling, seems that is their main goal. No longer a patient from this day forward

I told both of them that they were the Best I've ever had :) And that's the Truth. They were Quick, Precise, Proficient, Good at getting me numb (some doctors have bad touch) not the Case when comes to Doctor Berger. Thanks you so much, I will be sure to refer Clients to this Practice. Their Front Office pays attention to Detail and provides clarity to their patients :) A Special Shout Out to their Office Manager Marita Wright. While in the waiting room Marita brought my 1 year old daughter a plastic toy cup to keep for herself :) That's one of Sweetest moments I've seen in Business or at a Dental Practice. My compliments Marita :) And some of these clients have to the Nerve to say its unprofessional. Ever time they leave to go do something it take twice as long as they say. I've now been here 1hr and 45 minutes 1hr and 20 minutes of which I have been waiting! Now as I fished getting my crown I was told the 5 year warranty is only hombres if I have an appointment with them every 6 months. The salesman had no mention of that when he tried to upsell me on the more expensive crown.

I had not been to the dentist in 2-3 years because of insurance/Covid reasons. I needed a deep cleaning and had two in lay/on lay cavities. They took off $606 of the entire charge and set up payment plans for me since it was a good amount of damage I had. The staff was amazing. My dentist was very kind and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions and her assistant did as well.

Her assistant even showed me every step of what she was doing (I thought it was a cool process). She checked on me every step of the way and let me take a couple breaks as needed. She was very attentive which I appreciated so much because mouth shots scare me and I had never had my teeth drilled before. They also used my correct name and pronouns from the start which made me feel completely comfortable and accepted there.

Even the front office staff was friendly and answered all my questions kindly and informatively. My prior dentist told me I had 11-12 cavities years ago, but wasn't truthful clearly or my teeth wouldn't be here today lol. So having a dentist that isn't just trying to dig in your pockets and just wants to help you is really amazing. The wait time was relatively short as well. 12/10 recommend.

Please be aware of this place. They are complete scammers! I came here for cleaning as a new patient. After waiting over 40+ minutes for the dental hygienist to come in to start cleaning. Dr. Toop came in. Before I opened my mouth, she let me know that most people have gum disease. I was confident this wasn't the case for me. I was surprised to hear that I had gum disease and would not be able to do a basic cleaning, and would now need a deep cleaning.

When I asked her if my insurance covers this, she said she would check and sent in the billing agent. He told me it would be nearly $400 out of pocket with my insurance. She also said I can't get a regular cleaning and would only be worked on if I got a deep cleaning. Looking around I realized there were no cleaning tools in the room. I declined the deep cleaning and left without a cleaning. Luckily I was able to find a great dentist who has confirmed I had no cavities AND NO GUM DISEASE! Please be aware that this dental office is unprofessional and are complete scammers!

Updated 8/12/2021 Dr. Toop and her amazing team still the best in town. She's always explained everything upfront ( procedures and costs). No surprises. She has gentle hands and soft spoken voice. Her team are well organized with neccessary paperwork. And the office open on the weekend. She works on the weekend! How many doctors does that? After I posted my update last night I thought let me read other reviews. I am quit surprise to read other people bad experience. I am a real patient not staff who get pay to write good review. Perhaps I should consider myself lucky. I have been coming to Dr. Toop probably 10 years, I have seen different staff comes and goes. My husband and I have never experienced anything like those negative reviews.

Some said employees wrote the good reviews but what about bad reviews, could that be from competitors? All I know that is I am happy with Rocksprings dental group. My next cleaning appointment is next week. I can't wait to get my teeth clean.

Great experience at this office! The staff was extremely friendly, and the doctor was amazing! I went into the office and was having some tooth pain and needed a crown. The doctor was extremely gentle and was able to do the crown start to finish in the same day. Made appointments for my whole family

I really like this office. The staff and doctors are very friendly and informative. They are very kind and patient and make me feel comfortable at all my cleanings. I feel like they all do a great job. The only drawback I have is that it often takes 15 mins past my appointment time just to be checked in and then even longer before I get seen.

I just called this clinic because I was there before for an oral surgery, I need retainers post orthodontic treatment, this clinic has the worst customer service ever, I have the credit card with Pacific Dental Services and that's why I am trying to get retainers with them. The lady said that If I don't have Invisalign treatment with them, they can't get me retainers. This is crazy! P

Warning! I repeat warning! I never right reviews for places unless it is need to know but this place is full of scammers. I've been coming here for years and I came back after they reopened after the pandemic for a check up and regular cleaning. The dentist checks my teeth and tells me I have severe periodontal disease and that I needed deep cleaning which would cost me $1500.

But with their "special" discount it'll only be $1000. They told me I needed it ASAP as my gums were receding so I believed them and got it. I then went to 2 other dentist that told me they were scamming me. I'm only 30 years old and clean my teeth and gums on a regular basis, and for severe gum disease to pop out of no where is unheard of. There's nothing worse than your own health care professionals lying to you and stealing your money.

I became a patient at Rock Springs dental when Jamie Toop took over the office. I was happy with the care I received, the personal attention, the caring staff, and the financing options that were made available. On December 12, 2020, I went in for a check-up and cleaning and was subjected to the worst treatment in 40 years of visiting professionals in dental, medical, or eye care.

When Dr. Toop came into the exam room she told me that I needed to have my teeth extracted and replaced with dentures, because I have abscesses underneath every tooth as well as decay. She said extraction was my only option or I could fix my teeth and end up in the same position as now. (Contradiction) She mentioned that I did not fix a crown that fell out previously which I could not afford to do at the time (not even on a payment plan).

I said I would consider both options and get back to them. I asked about my cleaning and was told that Dr. Toop did not want to waste my time with that. I wasn't given antibiotics, no cleaning, and when I stopped at the desk to pay my copay I was told, "that's fine for today". One month later I receive a dental EOB letting me know I owe $812.00 to the dentist for x-rays. I beat myself up every day for trusting this dentist. My teeth are in the worst shape ever in my life.

Look, I hate the dentist too. I'm super picky about where I go. I judge everything. This place is great. The receptionists are professional and pleasant (no bashing or mocking of patients). The tech is top notch (it's part of the Smile Corp, so you can feel safe there knowing they have the latest and greatest, like an in house crown making machine).

They process my insurance claims correctly. The dental techs are gentle, and so are the dentists. I get reminders for my appointments. They follow pandemic protocols to the letter. They tolerate my dental anxiety (I listen to my headphones during procedures). I feel comfortable here, which is the biggest compliment I can give.

I am a dental chicken. This was my first procedure. Dr Toop put me at ease right away and didn't make me feel silly for my phobia. She made sure I'd be comfy with the medication I needed at the level that works for me. No lecture about how I didn't need it. I had a root canal done by an excellent team and she finished my crown the same visit. It normally takes many visits to feel confident with a dental practice. I really feel I made the right choice by going to Rocksprings. Huge thumbs up!

They've gotten slower from a few years ago. Waiting 3 hours isn't how I would like to spend my morning. We waited for an hour and then brought my daughter paperwork to fill out. They should have given that to her at check in. They should know what paperwork needs to be filled out prior to coming into the office.

My daughter had a cleaning along with a filling at this location and she had nothing but great things to say afterwards. Being a bit scared of the dentist I took her recommendations and made an appointment. My appointment was a few days before everything changed for this unfortunate pandemic. I had gone in for a deep cleaning and consultation. Now I'll admit I am not a fan of going to the dentist after years of bad experiences and I was so grateful for their kindness and understanding.

From start to finish they listened to my concerns with impeccable detail and again responded with kindness, understanding, and straightforward advice on what needs to be taken care of. Office and equipment was super clean and everyone seemed genuinely professional and kind. If you're new to town or just looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this location.
