I was looking for a dental office to attend because I had tried a couple around the area and they just didn't work out for me. My best friend told me about the dentist she goes to and all I could remember was something smiles. So when I looked it up Upstate Smiles was the first that popped up so I immediately called to schedule an appointment. So after speaking with my best friend she was like, Girl that is not the dental office I told you about.

Since they were able to get me right on in I didn't cancel my appointment and said I'll just try them out! My first appointment came and I was really nervous but the environment was very welcoming and soothing. Although I accidentallyscheduled an appointment with them, I instantly knew this was the place for me. I definitely recommend Upstate Smiles to everyone, and I'm so glad that I didn't cancel. So if you are looking for a great dentist, Dr. Bruce and his Team is where you want to be!

I traditionally hate the dentist but for the first time in my life, I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was fantastic and kind; no pain or anxiety. I can't wait to go back and I recommend them for anyone!

Everyone there was very friendly and respectful of my time. There is no pressure to do anything you don't want to like at some other dentist's offices where they are trying to get you to do something extra that isn't completely necessary. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My experience today was amazing. They are very friendly and polite as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Dr Bruce and his assistant was very professional, courteous and worked pretty fast. I was so insecure about my smile and my teeth but Dr. Bruce changed all of that. They kept me informed through whole process of everything he was getting ready to do before it hAppened. I just admit I was definitely nervous but the end result was well worth it. I have found my home for my dental needs! Can't say enough good things about them. Friendly and helpful staff, that make you feel at home. Very informative and communicated what they were doing through the whole visit. No high pressure sales like the chains. Scheduling was a breeze, with flexible times you should have no problem getting an appointment. So great to have them right here in our little town of simpsonville.
