Ok I have to say that before today I would give Dr Makowski 100 stars, but that has changed today. I will acknowledge that I had a balance from back when Covid first started of $56.00 that I forgot about and the first time in 14 yrs I have had a remaining balance. now due to it going to collections I am not able to pay and book appointment for me or my young son.

It is completely ridiculous, makes me wonder if there are any other factors that could be the reason they will not allow me to make appointment. Makes me think im being judged based of either my race or insurance status. I just know I have sent people to this dentist office and given nothing but praise until now. Sad how they will not even allow my son to make appointment with dental insurance. Feeling Judged at this point

So from the get go this place has been absolutely amazing. The staff is exceptional. Every single staff member in the office is kind and courteous. You can tell that they truly value and care about their patients. And Dr. Makowski is hands down the best. I was completely comfortable throughout my entire procedure. All of my questions always get answered and you are taken care of in a timely manner, but at the same time the visits never feel rushed like at a normal visit. I recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental work. You will not regret it

Staff was courteous, kind, and professional. They text me ahead of my appointment and told me I could come early and explained to me what I needed to have done and explained what my insurance would cover. Best experience I have had at a dentist.

This is the best dental office I have ever used. I am not one to send praises and have a high bar when it comes to customer service but with this team it is really Hard to find anything to complain about. Great honest caring team if professionals who go out of their way to make you comfortable. My entire family uses them.

So I had an appointment coming up I had forgotten about. I received a txt a week before my forgotten appointment saying they had earlier openings on Monday if I was interested. As I was leaving Monday for vacation and would miss my actual appointment I decided I go to this new appointment time. When I arrived (nearly an hour early) everyone was gone to lunch except 1 nurse still in the parking lot.

This lady postponed her lunch and opened shop just for me because she knew I was trying to hit the road. She went above and beyond to take care of a patients needs and I reached my destination with a little time to spare. All the people in this office are amazing, always make you comfortable and make sure your needs are taken care of.

Absolutely love my dentist and entire staff. Very kind and professional and since I started coming here several years ago I've never dreaded going to my appointments. I even get there early! I would definitely recommend this office.
