Coastal Pediatric Dentistry

I will never book with them again. They scheduled an appointment for my son at 10am, got there and was told they have nothing until 11:30. They hound lady at the front desk said they would see me in just a bit because they had just a simple procedure due before my sons procedure. Here I am still waiting over 45 minutes. Now had the young lady just told me I would have to wait an the entire hour and a half I could've left and did anything else I had to do. They are very inconsiderate of your time & whoever booked my sons appointment is very unprofessional & shouldn't be working in an office environment.

From the front staff to the dentist, I have experienced nothing but helpfulness and compassion. I am truly grateful for a place my children are comfortable at.

The kids love going to the dentist. Clean, friendly atmosphere set up for kiddos. Knowledgeable

We had a great experience for my daughter's 1st ever dental visit. from the front office to the back everyone was friendly. Alyssa was so great with her and super sweet along with Dr Lauren.

Nice people here that work on the kids teeth. Very polite and honest. Great waiting room with iPads and stuff for the kids too.

Dr Hubbard and one of her nurses Kristy are a phenomenal team. The staff are very professional and family friendly. I recommend highly!

Jackson's first dental appointment was a success! We absolutely love our Dental Office! All three of my boys have been using them since their first visits. It's nice to walk in and the Little one already be so. familiar with the awesome and fun environment. 100x recommend. The dentist and their hygienists are amazing. Their love for awesome clean teeth matches their love for children.

My son has been going there for about a year now and he absolutely loves it! The staff are always so friendly and very patient with him.

We LOVE this place! My son never complains about going to the dentist because of the games in the waiting room. I absolutely love Dr Hubbard and Miss Julie. They listen and are great educators. Highly recommend

Military (like us) or not, make an appointment with Coastal Pediatric Dentistry. My boys loved their visit today! Dr. Hubbard was very informative. Loved the quality and knowledge that was given. I loved how the entire staff was upbeat, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

My 4 year old is non-verbal and autistic, so taking him to the dentist can get a little hectic. Everyone here is so patient and friendly and they all help to put him at ease. They answer all of my questions and concerns. The staff here is awesome!

I have been going here for three years and the service has just declined dramatically. My son sees a different dentist every time so no continuity or relationship built. Many of the reviews on here are from employees of the dentist not actual patients! I clicked on two of the reviews when I got home this week and was furious when they said "Dental Assistant at Coastal Pediatric Dentistry"!

That is slight of hand If you have two offices, see thousands of patients a week by the looks of it with multiple dentists but pay your workers to write positive reviews instead of relying on actual patients then something is wrong. Totally misleading to everyone and I am taking my son elsewhere!

My husband and I have been bringing our kids to Coastal Pediatric Dentistry for 8 years now. We have had nothing but a great experience everytime we come! The front desk is always so pleasant, and very helpful with dealing with our Insurance company when needed. The Dr's, and hygienists are all very upbeat, and always great with the kids! I'm happy to say, my kids love going to the dentist! Thank you ALL for everything you do!

I've never been more impressed with Coastal Pediatric Dentistry! We were vacationing in HH, kids being kids. we needed a Dentist. Not only did Dr. Hubbard show up on her day off, she treated my daughter when no one else would. Great experience. Wonderful office. Excellent quality. Our dentist back home said the quality was super. Thanks again Dr. Terri Hubbard for all you did!

I wish there was a pediatric dental office like this when I was little. My children were so well taken care of at Costal Pediatric Detntistry and actually enjoyed getting their teeth cleaned. The pleasant experience starts at the front office with the courteous staff (my kids were welcomed at their first visit with their name on a sign). Dr. Hubbard was so helpful with each of my children's dental needs, and actually helped us in making orthodontic decisions for our daughter.

The office manager is AMAZING, very well educated, and committed to making sure your experience will make keep you coming back. If you haven't made your decision on a pediatric dentist, I would highly suggest this practice. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

They did a phenomenal job! They were very patient and helpful with my anxious daughter. The work was quality. And they worked with squeezing us into their schedule due to us transferring overseas. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! We just had my daughters first dentist appointment and she loved it. The lobby is adorable and so much fun for kids. The entire staff was also very nice and great with young kids.

Not impressed at all! This place is a Disgrace, Staff are nice until your kids has to have something done with the Main dentist then they are just rude and mistreat kids. I went to the Beaufort office to have my son's spacer put back in and he doesn't do well with the Dentist is the 1st place and while he was have this done he was upset and loud and the Dentist was telling him to Shut up and we don't yell in the Office.

My son is Hard of hearing so of course he doesn't understand but this doctor was Unbelieveble to speak to a kid this way. If you can't handle kids and them being upset then you shouldn't be working there. The DR. was a male and every disrespectful to me and My family, we will not be going back here until we really have too!

This was a disappointing dental experience, and we were surprised because at first the practice looks very kid-friendly. The worst part is that practitioners here have under-developed bedside manner. They expect to plug your kid into headphones and have then watch the brain candy on the ceiling during the appointment, and are taken off guard when this method doesn't work.

I am sad that we took our toddler there for his first dentist visit here-- which was forced and we were expected to restrain him. Our daughter had some dental work done here, and she too wasn't really treated like a person to be respected, rather, just a patient to bill for. To top it off, when I called in advance of her appointment to get an estimated cost of the service, the quote I got was over $200 less than what I was billed for it at the end of the visit!

The office staff member responded that this was "in the fine print" and there was no further adjustment that would be made. We will be going somewhere else from now on, and cannot recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a positive dental experience for children, or a quality business to have dealings with.

We've loved Dr. Forester from day 1. He is so kind, gentle, inviting and truly cares about the people he provides service too (check his background). He has not only set up practice in SLO but he's greatly involved and cares about the community. If you have issues with him - can' you explain why because I see how he could have anything but 5 stars.

All three of my kids love going to the dentist. All the staff makes them feel comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere is always fun! Having three kids I have seen every dentist with coastal and each provides a level of service that makes the parent feel informed and the child smiling bright! Thanks!
