I want to share some of my philosophy with you and help you get to know us and find out what you can expect when you come to me. We try very hard to be punctual. Your time is important, and we don't want you to be kept waiting. My staff is very dedicated and very skilled, and they try hard to keep your appointments running smoothly and efficiently.
Payment is expected up front and then your insurance company will reimburse you any portion they cover. For those who need some help with the costs, we have payment plans available. There are both low and no-interest plans through Care Credit. Prosper Healthcare Lending is the premier financing company in the healthcare industry.
Your smile can be completely transformed with porcelain veneers. These very thin shells of porcelain adhere directly to your natural teeth with dental bonding. Porcelain is a very durable and long-lasting material that is actually stronger than your natural enamel. Veneers can improve the appearance of many cosmetic imperfections including discoloration, chipped teeth, minor spacing issues, misshaped teeth, as well as irregular sizing issues.
When you have porcelain veneers made, Dr. Rothwell uses her artistic skills to design the smile that is appropriate for you. I wish I could give a negative review. Dr. Rothwell just performed a cleaning and exam on a patient and made no comment or record of any issues. Eight days later, the patient had extreme pain and swelling from a tooth on the left side of his jaw. The swelling was almost impairing his vision. Patient was immediately sent to a specialist after a second emergency visit to Dr. Rothwell where he found out (from the specialist) that he needed a root canal in one tooth and to have another tooth extracted. How was none of this detected in her examination only eight days earlier? I would seriously suggest you look elsewhere for a dentist.

I am always recommending this dental office to everyone! I am a retired Dental Hygienist and this is THE office to go to! State of the art equipment, great staff, superb PPE, very professional and welcoming. Both doctors provide excellent and very high quality dentistry. You'll be very happy with your choice!

I could tell from the moment I walked in the door that they were very focused on my health and the quality of my visit. They took extra precautions to keep the office clean and they wore protective masks and other gear - constantly changing gloves and tools throughout my cleaning. There was a brand new, still sealed in plastic, ink pen for me to sign in with that they disposed of when I was done. Dr. Rothwell is not just your average Dentist.
She is extremely thorough and personable. She takes great pride in her work of general and cosmetic dentistry. Her staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way. I'm sad I could only give her 5 stars. 10 would be more fitting!

This was my first visit to Dr. Rothwell's office, and I was very impressed. The office was lovely, the premises were very clean, and the entire staff was so helpful. Extra measures were being taken to keep things safe and sanitary during the Covid-19 pandemic.masks, sanitary wipes, hand-washing. Dr. Rothwell, herself, was very personable and actually took time to get to know me. I highly recommend her and her services.

Dr. Rothwell is very professional and explains everything clearly. She is also extremely caring and respectful. The office has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is so thoughtful. They were so gracious to make sure I was covered with a blanket so I would not be cold. They take Dentistry to a whole new level. Dr. Rothwell is the most compassionate doctor I have met. I am so thankful I was in good hands.

Absolute scam. Had to go back 4x in a week. They told me I needed a crown WHEN I ALREADY HAD ONE. Recommended an illegal upgrade. My filling fell out a week after I got it. Constant pain in my teeth. Unpolished fillings. Don't answer my calls. Unprofessional staff. The list goes on. on. So many lies from Bonnie Rothwell. My insurance and myself are working on removing their contract. They're negligent!

Dr. Rothwell is amazing! She is so gentle and kind and a GREAT dentist! I have gone to her to get three fillings redone from a previous dentist who did a very bad job and she has fixed every single one and done an amazing job and the experience was much less traumatic and painful because she really makes sure you are numb and comfortable. They have a chair massager they give you a blanket they offer a nitrous oxide it's just a much more comfortable experience with better results than any other dentist! Five out of five stars!

Dr. Rothwell has been our entire family's dentist for years and has always gone above and beyond to provided exceptional care. I recommend her to everyone because of her high level of cosmetic dentistry knowledge, professional staff and ability to customize a plan that fits each of my family member's needs so we all have amazing smiles!
