Called 3 different times and left messages over a period of 10 days trying to get an appointment as this was my assigned dentist per health provider. No answer and no call backs.

If giving 0 stars was an option that's what this dental office deserves. Not sure what happened to the old receptionist who was awesome but the current one, Andrea is the rudest person to work with and gives false information trying to bill people twice so they can double dip with money. I received a bill in July months after service (first time hearing about this bill) when I had given them current insurance at time of visit.

I called immediately and they then told me they wouldn't re submit to my correct insurance and sent it to collections. I contacted my insurance company and they informed me they did infact pay for the service. The office still sent me to collections over a bill my insurance DID cover and they refused to send me a statement I owe nothing. A mistake on their part and they don't even bother to apologize.

They do a very poor job on basic cleanings as they never flossed where my permanent retainer is on my lower teeth. Place smells like cigarettes the second you walk in and they do nothing to change it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Wouldn't have posted a bad review until the bad customer service.

I have been going to Dr. Kyle Avondet for my dental needs for probably 15+ years. The staff is very courteous, and always remember me and the exam is always thorough, yet gentle. I intend to continue with Dr Avondet, I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist!

I would recommend this office for the entire family's needs. They have taken wonderful care of me and mine. The doctor is caring and gentle. He is very compassionate and caring. His assistant is always pleasant and super helpful. I've never had any billing issues or concerns. Top notch people and all around wonderful place to take care of your dental needs.

I have been going here for 9 years. They barely have any staff change overs. Their people are happy. That should tell you something! I miss the old receptionist guy (Robert I believe)! He was so awesome! However.the new lady is pretty amazing too! I like her just as much! Nicole is always the one to clean my teeth. I did have one girl do my teeth a few years ago that I did NOT like.

Only bc she was too rough. And I was too shy to say anything. But she's gone! Yay. I haven't had any fillings from this place tho. So I cannot attest to that. I don't really have much contact with the dentist himself. He just checks my teeth and then says "looking good"! Not that He's not checking my teeth, he is, I happen to be blessed with good teeth. If I ever have a bad experience I will let y'all know!

Rasict staff. I spoke with Shannon over the phone and she answered and when she realized I was black her tone in her voice changed. I would never spend money with this company. Honestly, I'm glad that I picked up on it because and decided to write a review because now I see how they already have a bad reputation for as dental service.

I was a new patient here. I could live with the cancelled appointments and them referring my wife to someone our insurance didn't even cover, but I was done after I got a cavity filled here and then my tooth started hurting which had never bothered me before and found out by a different dentist that it had become infected and I now need a root canal. Never coming back again.

They are a billing nightmare. We have no complaints about the dental side of the business, however when it comes to billing, they are a nightmare. We have double coverage, but when one insurance company didn't pay immediately, they then sent us a bill for the full amount. When I called the first time, I was told that I needed to call my insurance company and get them to pay. Um no, that is your job. Then they'll send you a bill with accrued interest but I never recall seeing a previous bill. Imho, they are just not worth the hassle.

Been a patient for 13 years and love the family atmosphere. Always whiling to work with you and NEVER had a billing issue and never been disappointed. They are awesome with my two boys and very patience. I do not have dental insurance and they have worked with me greatly and received a 10% discount!

Dr. Avondet and his staff have always made me feel comfortable and confident when a dental visit was necessary. They have worked with my family to accommodate us willingly around our less-than-ideal schedules, and always with a pleasant attitude. The work they do is top-notch, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome of each visit. Great people, great skills, wonderful, personal service.
