Dental Excellence

Coming to Dental Excellence was a good move on my part. Both the dentist and assistant were kind and honest while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. The news was not great but they made it a lot more tolerable.

I've seen several different hygienists and dentists here over the years (due to a variety of procedures, staffing changes, and changes in insurance). Despite seeing different people, the quality of care has been consistent! My whole family has gone here for decades. They are great at what they do, and very straightforward- I've never had complications after a procedure, and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on things I don't actually need.

Friendly staff member greeted me on arrival. The time in the waiting room was brief. The hygienist was friendly, efficient, and sensitive to my needs. The TV up high on the wall kept my mind occupied, reducing my anxiety. I don't really like to visit dentists, but they made the whole experience pleasant.

After looking for months for dental care, that would provide the care I needed with medicare. I now understand what good personal dental care is. Dr Finey and the staff at dental excellent are the best. The front staff are so professional and very polite. Her assistant Sarah did not leave any part of my treatment in limbo, from scheduling my upcoming appointments to being mindful of my insurance, was more than I could ask for. I am over the moon happy with Dr Finey professional treatment. I would give 10 stars if I was asked.

Saw Dr Wiley for the first time for a crown although I have been going to Dental Excellence for over fifty years. My previous dentist there has retired. I would highly recommend him. He is very personable and is very gentle and thorough. The entire staff are excellent to work with. My hygienist is Summer and I also highly recommend her.

I have been going to Dental Excellence for over 15 years. I always schedule my cleanings with Judy; she's very thorough, friendly and also professional. I don't know what I'd do without Judy; she's the best! Dr. Carr retired recently and I transitioned to Dr. Finney. This was my second visit with Dr. Finney. She's personable and takes the time to get to know you and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They saved me from an incorrect X-ray reading from a different office. Basically getting 4 cavities filled that didn't need to be filled/ where not there. Like I said they were helpful and informative. Glad I got my 2nd opinion from here and I think I found a new home for all my dental work.

As usual, it was a pleasure to work with Judy & Dr. Wiley, again. Kind, interesting, thoughtful, punctual, and competent.all characteristics you want from your dental office. They also accommodate my schedule as a teacher by having early morning appointments available. I'm grateful for this denral office!

I've had a lot of dental work done at Dental Excellence including two implants. Dr. Sharkey does excellent work. I saw Michael for cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and I hope to see her again on my next visit. I highly recommend Dental Excellence.

I've seen Dr. Wiley for almost 10 years now. This is THE BEST dental experience of my life. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Summer is my hygienist and she is personable and professional. I feel safe coming here because they are gentle and compassionate. The office staff is efficient and friendly. I feel blessed to have found this dentist and his staff. Thank you for all you do for me and my family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I always have a great experience with Dr. Wiley and his team. They are friendly and willing to work with you to get you in last minute if there is availability. I highly recommend if you need a dentist that will remember you and the small details to see Dr. Wiley!

I hate Dentists, I hate them all. Unfortunately unless you want to eat soup all of your life, you need them. My teeth decided to die all at the same time. I really didn't have my Dentist even though I just went on Medicare. My wife suggested I go to Dr. Lauren Carr at Dental Excellence. I still hate Dentists but not Dr. Carr. What I found was a friend that know how to work on teeth.

My first visit was wonderful. She could tell I hate Dentists and took the time to explain to my what was going on with my teeth. She had great x-ray photos and showed where each tooth had or did not have a problem. When she had to work on a tooth she took the time to ensure that I experienced no pain, none. She has fixed several teeth that now work like they are supposed too and has a few more to work on. Now, I have a friend that knows a lot about teeth and cares about others. If you want a good experience from a bad situation go see my friend Dr. Carr.

I hadn't been to a dentist in years, but when I broke off part of a tooth and was in quite a bit of pain I knew I needed to be seen. A family member of mine recommended Dr. Sharky at Dental Excellence. I called in with my concern and was scheduled to see him the following day since I had complained of pain. He and his assistants eased my fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Sharky took the time to listen and was very personable and knowledgeable.

The office was very clean and everyone was kind, professional and helpful. I have since gone back to Dr. Sharky a number of times for other issues and have sent family and friends to see him as well that have all been very pleased with his work.

My wife grew up going to Dental Excellence and I have been a patient for 20 years and the staff has always been extremely friendly. The turnover is very low so everyone knows you as a person and not just as a patient. The office is very clean and is easily accessible off of 40 Hwy. From the moment you walk in you feel like family! Dr. Sharky is very personable and professional and has always made our kids feel at ease with bigger dental work.

This is the very best dental practice I've ever been to. I'm a certified dentist chicken and they know exactly how to deal with me in a way that makes me feel almost normal. Dr Wiley is absolutely the Best and Amanda is totally Amazing! From Kay at the front desk to the ladies at the 'last' desk, fully professional and capable of meeting all your needs. Thank you folks for taking care of our family for the last 13 years!
