Every time I come in Yolanda cleans my teeth. She does an amazing job. She is humble, kind and gentile. DR. Dunn is my dentist and I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I have had to have work done by him. I chipped my front tooth years ago and it's still holding strong and you can't even tell I did it. I genuinely appreciate everyone here, even the front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. I've been going here for years and wouldn't think about leaving!

Great dentists and hygienists; no complaints there. Would definitely recommend this place (and have!). Only criticism would be the way they bill patients. For major procedures (crowns, root canals, etc.) they have patients pay up front what they estimate the charges after insurance will be, instead of simply billing insurance first and then having the patient pay the remainder after (as just about every other place does).
That wouldn't be so bad except that sometimes you overpay based on their estimate, and they never tell you that you overpaid. They just hang on to your money in a little "savings account" at the dentist that you might not find out about until months later. I found out I had $200 in credit with them many months after I had a procedure done, and even then they tried to encourage me to not ask for a refund and to leave it with them.
If they are going to force patients to pay upfront based off an estimate, the very least they can do is auto refund any overpayment, or even simply alert patients of the overpayment, but they don't.

So no offense, I love the dentists but the receptionists are so rude for no reason. I understand the rescheduling/cancellation fee if it's the day before your appointment. I know what I signed up for. BUT there is no reason to talk down to anyone because of it. Mistakes happen. I don't care how rough your day is going but you're not getting paid to be rude to people. Didn't even say have a good day back to me, she just hung up.

Best place for dental. I've been a patient for 20 years, and even after some rather large gaps in cleanings, whenever I am in need, they always squeeze me in, and always take care of me. Very grateful having Dr, Fischer as my dentist. It's truly appreciated. Oh, and I hate the dentist, but not this place!

I have had so many cavities that my previous dentist missed, but Dr snayd and his assistants are the best. He is paitent and careful when working on my teeth. I have high anxiety about the dentist but when I go to NFDA the staff make it easy. The receptionists are friendly and so are the dentist assistants. I would like to personally thank Katie whom I see most of the time she really knows how to make a patient with anxiety about the dentist feel better.
I also want to thank Dr Snayd for being amazing. He talks you through the whole prosess and that helps make me feel alot better. He'll tell you when you're almost done and when he is finished. When he numbs my mouth he makes sure I don't feel anything and if I do during a procedure he will stop and numb it more to make sure I am comfortable. I highly reccomend NFDA to anyone who's looking for a dentist and has high anxiety over the dentist.

***Get quotes IN WRITING *** Dental staff is great. No complaints there. Billing practice is bait and switch style. I highly recommended getting any quotes IN WRITING. I was verbally quoted $200. At time of appointment, bill was $300. Asked why it was $100 more and they told me it was for what insurance wouldn't cover. Then I get a bill in the mail for an additional $130. Called and spoke with them and they said that is what the insurance didn't cover.
If you know my insurance beforehand, why not look up what is covered and isn't. My bill was more than double what was quoted. Of course the person that quoted me that price doesn't recall giving me the original $200 quote. It's too bad that billing isn't as good as the dentist staff. They've left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be returning.

I, like many others I know, began my experience with dentists with anxiety. This all changed 10+ years ago when I started going to NFDA. Everything from front desk staff, automated appointment reminders, billing, hygiene with Penny and dentistry with Dr. Fischer greatly reduced that anxiety. My schedule is respected and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointment which is unheard of in the medical field in this day and age.
Even the waiting room is comfortable and inviting with free wi-fi and a relaxed environment. I highly recommend NFDA to everyone. Another day, another appointment, another excellent visit. Consistency in excellence. Couldn't ask for more.
