Dentistry is a no pain experience here. Couldn't believe even the initial STICK I didn't feel. Staff is very pleasant.

My dad is 93, and has been going here for over 20 years. They have the most experienced dentists and great hygienists.

I recently brought my daughter in to have a filling replaced that had fallen out. My original appointment was for noon, but the office called and asked if we could come in earlier at 11:15. We arrived at 11:10 to an empty lobby. Three other people came in after us and were called in before us. At 11:40, I asked the receptionist how much longer it was going to be and she said she would go ask the doctor.

She came back out and said "They are just finishing up an x-ray, so just a few more minutes." Note that the x-ray patient came in 3 people after us. X-ray patient is done, he leaves, and 15 minutes later we still have yet to be called in. At 11:58 I told the receptionist to forget it, I would take my daughter to my dentist across town. Why would you reschedule the appointment for earlier only to make us wait for 45 minutes to our original appointment time?

Not to mention, I live 20 minutes away, so it has cost not only my time, but a small fortune at the current gas prices, and she never even had the filling replaced. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

Very happy with my cleaning and exam. The hygienist was detailed and informative. I recently retired and was given the Electric Boat retiree's discount. I'll keep coming back.

I always receive the best of care at Groton dental group, Carolyn my hygienist is awesome! I'll be back and I always recommend Groton dental group, there was one low point in my visit today I found out Dr Green retired :She was the best dentist ever!

I have been going there for years. I brought my step daughter in and they did not treat her very well. We brought her to another dentist and discovered she had many cavities! Groton dental group didn't say anything. Learning this I left and went somewhere else. And now discovered I need a root canal done from x rays that groton dental group sent over! And groton dental group also said nothing to me. DO NOT GO HERE! Save your teeth now and go somewhere else.this is 100% the truth.

My experience with Tori was the best! She was super gentle with my teeth and even offered me some numbing gel when they were sensitive. I have never had someone so concerned with my comfort while cleaning my teeth. She's the only one I trust with my teeth now!

Absolutely love my Hygienist, Dentist and the entire staff. Never have a bad experience. Always take time to explain what is going on and willing to work with you on every level.

I have been going here for the past 25 years. Caroline and Erica are my two favorite hygienists. Dr. Dougherty is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't think about going to any other dentist.
