The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt comfortable and safe during these Coronavirus times. Staff wore face masks, face shields and outer garment protection. X ray machine, chair and other areas were sanitized after each use and air purifier/circulation in use. Thank you for all of the precautions taken.

Dr. Fred Prehn is an excellent dentist. His office is welcoming from the minute you enter the door. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Prehn makes sure you have a beautiful and healthy smile. Highly recommend him if you are new to the area or just need to make a switch in your dental health provider. Also, the way they handled my appointment after the Covid-19 crisis was outstanding! Never felt safer.

I have been a life long patient of the Prehn Dental Office. Dr. Donald Prehn was the dentist for the entire Gerald & Jean Wergin family of eight. When Don retired his son, Dr. Fred Prehn became our dentist. The entire office is professional, friendly, and highly trained. Dr. Prehn keeps current with the best practices in his field. He has state of the art equipment.
He is backed by a team of skilled friendly staff. My entire experience with Prehn Dental for 50+ years has been A+. My mother, Jean Wergin also was a life long Prehn Patient, Toward the end of her life when she had dementia she continued her care at Prehn Dental. She was treated with kindness, compassion, and dignity. Wausau is lucky to have Dr. Fred Prehn & his wife Linda as one of the pillars of our community.

So very disappointed and sad with my recent experience at Prehn Dental. I've been a loyal patient since I was a child but apparently they could care less. When I called to question a charge on my bill, I was met with a complete lack of kindness. I was interrupted, talked over, and told multiple times that I was wrong. After 15+ years, I will now be going elsewhere.
