I had to go to this dentist because I picked the wrong dental plan & couldn't go to my regular dentist. He told my fillings were old & needed to be replaced. So he did that & I got an infection in 1 tooth the next week not to mention I'm hard to numb & told them that out the gate so after he stuck me 8 TIMES he finally decided to give me some stronger numbing stuff. Went to my regular dentist the next year because I refused to go back to him.
She was livid because every filling he replaced had broke & 1 he just put a glob in the tooth which had my bite off & 1 tooth he only replaced 1/2 the filling & left the old filling in the rest. So she was like before you went to him your teeth were perfect & now you're going to have to pay AGAIN to replace these low quality fillings.

The associates are all professional, but not once did someone mention what they were doing. I appreciate the friendliness, but it's extremely awkward when the assistants' awkwardly stare at you. I got five fillings done in one visit, which is a lot at one time, and that may be the reason they messed up. At the end of my visit they asked if everything felt ok.
I had at least six numbing shots so I really didn't feel anything. After getting home and napping for a few hours, I woke up and was unable to eat because of the filling(s). One or more of them was not filed down enough so whenever I bit down I had an immense amount of pain. It might have just been a rushed procedure or maybe they don't always do them right.
I will not be returning. I honestly don't even want to pay the +$400 since they did such a sub par job, but not much to say. I went to Green Street Dental to get it filed down since I couldn't eat and didn't want to return to the place who messed it up. The assistant there told me they put silver in one of the fillings, which he told me out of years of practice that they never do them.
So why did I get silver in one of them? My mouth will forever have silver in it because of their choice. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Edit: their website isn't helpful at all, and with short office hours I couldn't call about my pain once I felt it

I took my 6 year old son for his first teeth cleaning. I know Covid is running rampant, and that may have played a factor for our experience, but I feel like we still should've been treated better. The front desk was decently friendly. The dental hygienist was pleasant, but didn't listen to me very well when I tried to explain to her how my son understood things, which is very straight forward and no cute names for things, tell him exactly what you are doing and he will get it and do what he is told.
I didn't think that was hard, but I guess it was. I had to repeat everything she said back to him so he could understand what she was going to do. She also took x-rays and told me if they didn't come out well they would need to retake them next time. I WAS NEVER TOLD IF THEY CAME OUT WELL. Once the dentist came in, he never acknowledged me. Just inspected my sons mouth, named several teeth, and then left.
I was appalled that I wasn't given the time of day AS THE PARENT sitting in the room. After he left, the hygienist tried to just give us our parting bag of dental supplies for us to leave. I stopped her and asked why the dentist had named a whole bunch of teeth and she replied that my son had cavities. WHEN WAS I SUPPOSED TO FIND OUT? I asked how this was going to be fixed and again, wasn't told a whole lot, just that it would be done over a course of several appointments.
I asked several other questions and was given very little details. I was never told if his insurance would cover any of this. With the exprience I had with my child, I would NOT recommend going here with any children. If you decide to, be prepared to ask LOTS of questions about obvious things and be given little to no information. Also don't expect the dentist to give you, AS THE PARENT, the time of day.

Dr. Ranjbar is an outstanding dentist. I am a huge chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, anxiety and extreme nervousness. After being under the care of Dr. Ranjbar, I no longer have that fear. He puts me at ease and is careful in his work. He also has an excellent staff. I recommend him and can think of no reason to not give him five stars!

This is the dental office you want. The entire staff has always been friendly, helpful, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable. The assistants are awesome and the dentist is awesome. Dr. Ranjbar is friendly and extremely skillful as are the assistants. I've gone in to see him twice for rotting broken-apart teeth which I figured would just need pulled. BOTH TIMES he SAVED MY TOOTH!
I was SHOCKED that he was able to save my teeth as bad as they were. I'm still shocked. It's so great having teeth where there should be holes right now. I feel very blessed for this. They were also very helpful when it came to insurance and payment options. They even have TVs on the ceilings you can watch while your work is being done. Thank you Dr. Ranjbar and the entire staff for all you do. I wish I could rate you ten stars! God bless you. End your search for a dentist here. You'll be glad you did.
