Dr Claypool is awesome! My wife and I both go to her and everyone in her office does a great job with the cleanings and are very gentle. Highly recommended!

Literally the best dentist I've been to! Dr. Claypool is warm and inviting and truly cares about your best interest. She's trustworthy and everyone that works at this practice is great. They also have been doing a great job with following the COVID protocol. Definitely recommend!

Went to this dentist about 13 years ago and looked her up to see if she is still in business as my wife and I still talk about the dentist who tried to do unnecessary cavity fillings on each of us. At the time I was in my 20s and unable to afford the thousands of dollars out of pocket they said would be required for the fillings on multiple teeth and luckily I didnt get the unnecessary dental work done. However I went to multiple dentists in the years afterward, who said I had no cavities at the time. Sorry to see this office is still open in Westwood.

Do not visit this dentist. Snake charming atmosphere that will hypnotize you into believing you need very expensive work when in reality you don't. I'm 39 years old and have very healthy, clean and straight white teeth. I went in for a cleaning and was immediately told I needed 12 sealants on my teeth. What?!? Being a nurse I trusted the Denstist and her expertise. However, it didn't feel right.

I went in and got 6 teeth drilled into and sealed. She maxed out my dental insurance for the year. The remaining 6 teeth were to be paid for out of pocket. After feeling uneasy and realizing that in my entire life I'd only ever had 2 Tiny cavities I decided not to go back to her. What a crook! Drilled into my teeth for no good reason! Only to line her pockets. She should be investigated.

Dr. Claypool and her staff are really really nice! They are so friendly, and always offer you water and a warm neck pillow While they do the work, you can watch Netflix, which is awesome! The times I've gone, I always get called very quickly which is another good thing about their service! They also offer different payment methods, just in case you're short in money.

On top of that, they always make further appointments that are always accommodated to your schedule! I highly recommend!, It always feel so peaceful and relaxing there because of the nice aromas and spa-like atmosphere.

Dr. Claypool is super sweet and her staff is great but she said I had 4 cavities and the fillings would cost a lot. I ended up waiting to do them since I was moving and went to a dentist in my new city who said I have no cavities. The office is of course great and feels like a fun spa but it's not worth this stress and worrying about accuracy and overcharging. I also felt like she was changing her mind while examining me regarding which were cavities which is super concerning.

I made an appointment. The Dr. Was late. The stuff weren't nice to me. I don't know what's wrong with them. When they checked my insurance benefits and found out I have benefits of 2000$ everything changed. I don't trust the Dr. She is fishy somehow. She kept telling me I have a problem with my teeth. I told them all they all I needed is just deep cleaning. I don't recommend this Dr. Although I wish her the best in her career.

I have never had any issues with my teeth before. But after fixing my teeth at her office, one of my teeth got hurt so bad. I think it is because she didnt make it done. Just avoid this doctor, otherwise you will have to pay a lot without getting anything done.

On my first few visits, this place seemed like a dream! She was friendly, gained my confidence. then after I went for a few cleanings, BAM! Claypool tells me I have 5 cavities and insisted I needed to get my mouth drilled immediately. I felt like I had to follow her advice, so I did it. I really wish I had gotten a second opinion. I had NEVER had a cavity before and I am obsessive about oral hygiene, so I was shocked and upset and wish I had just walked out without letting her drill my precious enamel.

I learned my lesson and found another dentist (in the SAME exact building!). Claypool's office is nice, but please please if she suddenly recommends a bunch of expensive dental work, just get a quick second opinion somewhere.

Amazing office and staff! Clean, modern, and comfortable environment! All treatment was well-explained, and expertly performed. Dr. Claypool and her staff are both professional and personable, making the entire experience positive. There's nothing more daunting than the prospect of having to go to the dentist but this dentist office makes it a enjoyable process. Dr Claypool is gentle and a great communicator.

She is very informative. The staff here make every effort to let you understand your treatment plan and to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. Their comfort care is a nice option to help you feel relaxed and calm. Each room has Netflix while your waiting and warm neck wraps are offered. An extremely calm and serene place to come for dental work. It's like having a spa day for the mouth!

We love Dr. Claypool. My son (6 years) and I have been taken care of by her and her staff amazingly well. My son was nervous about seeing the dentist and as soon as he met Dr. Claypool and Leo the lion he was immediately comfortable. He was able to watch his favorite Netflix show while his teeth were cleaned. It was easy to make an appointment. I never have to wait to be seen. She takes both of our insurance and the out of pocket expense is fair. Very professional and friendly staff. We will stay under her care for years to come!

Worst dentist ever. Told me I needed dental work I never needed. Charged too much. Rude, unprofessional staff.

Dr. Claypool and her associates go above and beyond to make their patients feel as comfortable and appreciated as possible. While the amenities are nice (water bottles, dental goody bags, and warm eucalyptus neck pillows) the true beauty that keeps me coming back is Dr. Claypool's pursuit of perfect practice. Dr. Ronelle Claypool has given me advice that kept me OUT of her office as a service to me, instead of trying to give me bad advice in order to maintain a more steady clientele base (something that dentists seem to do all too often).

Awesome dentist! The whole experience was very pleasant. The front desk girl is very polite and so is the dental assistant and dental hygienist. My teeth looked great after the cleaning. I had one cavity before I came to doctor Claypool that she is going to fix. She works with my work schedule and is all around a very good dentist.

I found the office to be highly unprofessional and would not recommend it to any friends or family.

We love her, our whole family goes to her. She is very professional and the office is beautiful. My daughter likes going because she gets a toy and watches Sofia the First.

Have been going here for years. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Dr. Claypool is great and really knows what she's doing. I finally got my wife to give her a try and she is very happy as well!

I was a patient for three years at this dental office and really enjoyed it. The facility is very clean, the staff is super friendly and the front desk was always really on top of it. PLUS they give you a warm lavender neck pillow which is such a nice touch! Dr. Claypool did routine cleanings in addition to cosmetic dentistry. About ten years ago I had bonding done on two teeth.

Through the years the bonding had started to stain and became visibly darker than my natural teeth which really bothered me. Dr. Claypool and I discussed the options and costs up front, and we agreed veneers would be cheaper in the long run since they're more permanent. I also do not have dental insurance and am very appreciative with how understanding they are, and willing to work with me on payments. She did an excellent job and my smile is more beautiful than it's ever been! I would definitely recommend!

Clean office, feels like a home! Didn't feel cold or sterile at all. I felt very welcomed here and would recommend her and her office to anyone I meet! Warm towels and spa like feel- who knew dentistry could be so not-dental like!

Amazing friendly, professional staff & Dr. You can watch Netflix on a large screen with Bose headphones (great distraction for anxious dental patients, like myself). After a lengthy consultation, I was anticipating 2 hours of dental work & Dr. Claypool suggested I walk into Westwood to get a smoothie since I'd be numb for a long time after. Amazingly thoughtful. Never felt rushed or pressured. Completely impressed with every aspect of my first visit here.

I've been going to Dr. Claypoole for a few years and I think she's great. I see her regularly for teeth cleaning (including 2 deep cleaning sessions that I'm in the middle of) and also have had cavities filled and even had a tooth pulled and a bridge made. She was the best tooth puller ever! LOL. OK that part was just joking but she is very good at what she she does and has always been super friendly.

Her staff is very nice and attentive too and I never feel like I'm just another patient. Her office in Westwood is quite nice with modern equipment such as digital x-rays, Ultrapiks (sp?) and a nice warm neck pillow, as well as a warm face towel at the end. Dr. Claypoole and her staff have worked with me on insurance and payment issues that crop up from time to time and are very easy to make payment arrangements with.

I would recommend Dr. Claypoole without hesitation to anyone. Finding a good, trusted dentist is difficult. I found her through Yelp reviews (being able to sort the wheat from the chaff in Yelp reviews is something I'm good at), and I hope that others will too.

I agree with other posters here.don't let the hot towel fool you. I never had any teeth issues until I saw this doctor. Thousands of dollars and one root canal later I regret the day I step foot into her office. In addition to that her office staff (with the exception of Stephanie) can be rude and abrupt, which isn't surprising as the doctor herself is the same. I am still on the hunt for a good dentist! Not sure why this is so hard?
