Office management and staff have become out of touch with working families over the past two years. They make changes to scheduled appointments without consultation, become rude when your schedule doesn't fit their schedule. They started implementing cancellation charges without written notice and pretend not to understand why a person is frustrated when you try to reschedule an appointment. It seems to me they don't really care about people.just their bottom line.

I have always had great care here. Friendly office staff and Dr. Gadeken always has a calming effect! Klause is great, too.

Rebecca was really helpful getting me set up with my appointment with my schedule being really chaotic as most. Angel did a great job on my teeth and the conversation was relaxing.

I truly appreciate the care I receive at this office. I was surprised at my most recent visit that staff and patients weren't using our encouraging the use of masks and social distancing. The replies I received when asked about this was "We let you do what you feel is right for your situation". In a county where our cases and hospitalization rates are increasing and ICU bed and staffing shortages affect our community, I find this absolutely amazing.

If the dentist- owner is happy to allow his patients and staff be unvaccinated and spread COVID by avoiding masks, then it's time for me to find a new place to get my teeth cleaned.

The whole office is one family and helps everyone else. Dr. Gadeken will stay up with the latest technology. He even has a therapy dog which helps me. His billing staff knows their business and helps with insurance. Have been coming here for 21years.
