I had braces for about 2 and a half years from All Star and I had a great experience. My teeth turned out absolutely amazing afterwards. Everyone is super friendly and makes sure you're comfortable. I definitely recommend All Star Orthodontist.

Really nice people that are appropriately stern (in a very good way) when you don't follow the program. You need accountability, trust me. Otherwise very accommodating, extremely nice, and good energy in this place. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Le is amazing! She is very detail oriented and sees things to make your smile perfect you'd never even think of! The staff at AllStar are all amazing - polite, friendly and timely! Highly recommend & I trust this business so much I've already referred family here.

Dr. Le and the staff were amazing. They were always friendly and made each visit pleasant. More importantly the results of my Invisalign were terrific. Dr. Le could have finished it earlier and I would have been satisfied with the results. However she continued treatment, with my permission and at no extra cost, in order to get everything better and better. I'm forever grateful to everyone at All-Star who helped me to no longer cover my mouth when I smile. :

I got my braces through All Star Orthodontics, for two years. I was so worried about how my braces experience would be but they really did everything they could. They worked with my schedule since I don't live very close. I'm happy to say I now love my smile, and I have the confidence I didn't think I'd be able to have.

Dr. Le is AMAZING. We go to a different dental/ortho place and had a little emergency happen over the weekend and couldn't get ahold of anyone from our office. My best friend use to work for Dr. Le and so I called her to see is she was available and she took time out from her weekend to help us out. We are debating on making the switch to All Star Orthodontics because she was SO NICE and helpful.

Needed braces and came to the right place. Excellence in customer satisfaction and all star quality service. Highly recommended for family and friends. I appreciate it, thank you.

The worst place to get braces. At first I started off with Invisalign, only to be told months later it doesn't work for everyone. Switched over to braces, and braces were taken off when my teeth were not yet completely straight. During my first retainer fitting I complained to the hygienist that the retainer was not completely going in, and she knew she was at fault, only to fast forward to a week later she here she had denied it. Dr was extremely rude when I explained to her that I wasn't happy with my retainer, she had a fit that my teeth have "now shifted" due to me not wearing the retainer that didn't even fit for a week.

They charged me 150$ to get new moldings of my now shifted teeth, even though they were at fault. Complete waist of time and money. Spend your money somewhere else, find someone honest and trustworthy.

What an amazing staff. The Dr. is very meticulous with great manners! I can't say enough about the professionalism and compassion the assistance have. Would highly recommend All Star to anyone.

Dr. Le is as good as it gets for orthodontics - adult or child! They clearly reviewed all of my options for orthodontics and the pros and cons of each scenario. This allowed me to evaluate all of my options clearly. The service provided by Dr. Le and staff exceeded my expectations.

This place is not about helping people. They are only about money. My daughter was one month away from being done and they last minute did more xrays and told me it would be 5 more months and more money and that if i didnt pay the more money they would not remove her braces. That is child abuse. If i wanted to remove them i had to pay 800 dollars. They are awful people.

This is the worst orthodontics place, ever! They took my braces off and my teeth were still crooked and they told me that braces don't work for everyone. They gave me a plastic retainer that has broken and I called to make an appointment because I didn't think I could go anywhere else and I asked if they would still honor the price they quoted me in 2015, which was $200 for the top and bottom.

The receptionist told me that she was pretty sure they would but that she would find out to make sure and if the price was different she would call me back and let me know. I got no phone call and so I came to the appointment. I was made to wait for 30 minutes and then I was told that if I wanted the retainers, it would cost me $500. This place is the biggest ripoff, ever!

I wanted to let everyone know that there are so many other orthodontists in Vancouver that won't take your money and then screw you over, so, you'll be better off going to one of them.

Super friendly staff, fresh baked cookies, and in office theater - this place is great!

If you're looking for a place that understands you and your needs i would look elsewhere. Some of the staff are nice and polite, others are just plain rude on the phone. They speak right into the speaker so you can't understand them and they get mad when they have to keep repeating themselves. My niece was 4 mins late to her appt due to the staff at her school releasing her to me and her dad so they refused to let her in to her appt and made us reschedule.

How ridiculous! When she had her first appt they were putting on the brackets and said if her hygiene doesn't improve they would refuse to go any further, why waste our time then?! Now moving past that we're a few mins late and they refused to take her in. Just absurd. If I could I would just tell them to take it all off now and go elsewhere.

My daughter go here for her brace. The place are nice and clean. Good custumer service. Overall they does a good job on my daughter teeth.

I bring my daughter here and will eventually be bringing my son when he gets a bit older. The staff is amazing and always makes us feel at home right when we walk in. It's conveniently located right on 192nd in Vancouver. I'm very happy that we found this place. They also have yummy coffee and cookies in the lobby for the patients and family. Thank you All Star! You're the best! :

Dr. Le is amazing! I got my braces taken off and I cannot be happier! They look great! The staff is wonderful. The office is very comfortable and clean. I love that they have complimentary coffee and I am able to choose my own show to watch if I ever have to wait. Thanks so much you guys! Keep up the good work
