I have been going there since 2015 and love it. For the past few years I have had Arlene as my dental hygienist and I truly love talking to her. Very personable and funny! Even remembers stories I told her the previous visit! It makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Dr. LaVecchia is great too. Not overly preachy on things I need to do and understands when cost is a factor.

I have been a patient of Doctor LaVecchia since 1983. The office staff of Dr LaVecchia has always provided superb council on dental hygiene including teaching practices to minimalize tooth decay and optimize oral health.

The whole office is happy, from the front desk, to the hygienist. Never a long wait after arriving. The dentist is great as well.

From the initial call to set an appointment to the cleaning with the hygienist to the consultation with the provider, it was a great experience. I was not happy about having to find a new dental practice after moving to the area, but everyone was accommodating, gentle and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. LaVecchia to anyone looking for a new dentist or wanting to make a switch.

I have been going to this office for several years. I have a three-month-old at home and I have made it clear to this office that I prefer dental x-rays every three years. I went in today leaving my three month old in the care of my husband who was short on time and needed to get to work. They brought me back and I was chatting with the dental hygienist (whom I like very much) and then she mentioned we would do x-rays today and I politely declined.

I was very nice about it, but said I would not be needing them today. She explained it had been two years since I had them and I said I would like to wait another year. I needed to get home to my son, I have very healthy teeth, and I came in for a cleaning. She told me to wait a moment and she went back and got the dentist and he straight up dismissed me.

I got up and left without any teeth cleaning, etc., completely wasting my time, not explaining anything to me, totally unprofessional and I quite frankly am looking forward to finding a new dentist. This one is one I highly suggest you steer clear of. If you have any sort of anxiety about the dentist, if you believe that you should have control of your own healthcare, or if you're looking for a professional setting this is not the place for you. Truthfully it felt like they were just doing it so they could collect the insurance money.

They absolutely, completely wasted my time, I paid to park today, I left my infant son at home and my husband was late to work. I'm furious--they lost two patients today, myself and my husband. I'm sure they will just replace me someone they can bill for xrays frequently. Oh and they quite literally sent me an email asking me to leave this review so sure, here it is.

As always, my experience with this practice was great. Shout out to Donna, the best hygienist this side of the Mississippi, and Greg, the doc! Great team of professionals.

I first went to see Dr. McIntire for a crown, and I could not be happier with the results and with the experience, then and since. He is professional, competent, and kind, and the same is true of his staff. They make going to the dentist as easy and painless as it can be!

Dr. LaVecchia and his team is very professional. The office is well maintained and neat. I love having Donna to help me with my cleaning. She is a pleasure to have.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. La Vecchia. My dental hygienist, Donna, was excellent. She was very thorough in explaining the cleaning procedure to me before she started. She did a great job in taking care of my teeth. Dr, LaVecchia was very nice and explained any procedures that I may have needed.

Prompt, professional, polite and kind, not to mention really good at what they do. This is the best dental office I have ever been in for both the people and the work they do. I can't say enough positive tings about Dr. LaVecchia and his entire team!

Dr. LaVecchia and Snider were flexible in adjusting my schedule after I was initially programmed for lower priority treatment. Dr. Snider was especially supportive in conducting an extraction and providing instructions for post-surgical procedures. One marginal criticism: I was issued a far larger container of disinfectant mouth wash than needed, and charged an inflated price for it.

Knowledgable doctor and staff. They're always welcoming and punctual. He puts the patients first and is easy to communicate with. I wish all offices were this easy to work with.

I have anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist, but LaVecchia's office has helped ease my anxieties and is nothing but gentle and professional. I highly recommend anyone to visit their office.

Dr. LaVecchia's office just performed a crown procedure. It was completely painless and they made me feel very comfortable and confident about their process the entire time. They are the best.

I love this place. I'm not particularly against going to the dentist, but I don't love it, either. However, after years of being told "it's because you don't floss" when I do, I just genuinely have sensitive gums, going to LaVecchia's office is like finally going to a doctor's office that listens to you. In particular, I'd like to give a shout out to my hygienist Arlene.

I didn't think it was possible but she is fast AND gentle. After not going to the dentist for awhile because of Covid, Arlene was quick and effective at cleaning my teeth with minimal discomfort and pain. I'm not dreading returning in 6 months, and I definitely hope I'm in Arlene's chair again!

Dr. LaVecchia, Monica and Maria ARE THE BEST! I can promise you that there is no better equipped team out there. The level of professionalism, experience and customer service is unparalleled. I wish I had more things wrong with my teeth just so I could come see them! Don't go anywhere else. you will be missing out on an opportunity to work with true professionals.

I started seeing Dr. Louis LaVecchia about 30 years ago and now I am with his son Dr. Greg LaVecchia. I think it says all, a very long-time-satisfied patient. I don't think I need to add anything else!

I have been going to Dr LaVecchia for many years and truly trust the care that he and his team provide. Dental Hygienist Arlene is excellent; she is kind and gentle during the cleaning. Great experience!

This is a top notch dental office on all levels. First, the quality of care is really good, I've had a cavity filled here and had no issues during or after the procedure. They also haven't pushed unnecessary procedures, opting to watch if something turns into a cavity vs. drilling into my teeth. It is definitely appreciated. The dentists and dental hygienists are always really friendly, knowledgable and answer any questions I have.

The reception staff is also very friendly and competent, promptly addressing questions, scheduling/rescheduling, etc. I have never had a billing issue, and they are able to tell me what my dental insurance covers and doesn't cover. And last, but definitely not least, they have been diligent with their COVID procedures. Patients have to wash their hands once they enter the office, and all staff are wearing gloves, masks, and face shields.

I made an appointment over the phone, and everything seemed to go well until the day of the appointment. Unfortunately it snowed the day of my appointment. "Oh well, " I thought, "they will call me if they need to cancel due to weather." As a side note, I work in healthcare so I know proper office etiquette as these things go, and had in fact had received a phone call cancelling a different appointment I had for something else that day.

I waited until an hour before the appointment, and didn't hear anything from them, so I called. The phone went straight to voicemail, so I left one asking to be called back if there was any change to my appointment. There was no away message saying the office was closed, only "they were busy and couldn't come to the phone. I did not receive a call back.

So I ventured outside in the bad weather, knowing that if I didn't show up, I would likely be charged a no show fee. I get to the office - the lights are off, door is locked. I proceed to call again and leave another message, asking someone to call me back to reschedule, but I would've appreciated a call letting me know the office was closed.

This was now a few weeks ago. I still have YET to receive a call, neither to reschedule NOR to apologize for their unprofessionalism. I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere, as if their staff doesn't care enough to make a short phone call, I can't imagine what else they'd miss.

A trustworthy dental practice with excellent staff. I had a bad experience at another practice a few years back and then didn't go back to the dentist for years. I finally built up the courage to go back to a dentist and read the positive reviews and have been very pleased so far. I was long overdue and the first apt around the end of 2020 was a rough teeth cleaning.

My dental hygienist (I think her name was Janice) was super kind and has helped me get back to normal. Doctor Bobbio did a great job on some fillings a little later and when there was work they didn't feel comfortable doing, she sent me to an endodontist specialist for a second opinion, which I really appreciated. Just had my second cleaning apt there and the dental hygienist Arlene (sorry about the spelling!) was great! Super kind helpful and skilled. Glad I found a practice in this area I like! Thank you!

If you've been on the search for an excellent dentist, then look no further. Dr. LaVecchia and his staff are second to none. I've been going here for a few years and have been incredibly happy with my experience. I've had cleanings, been fitted with a nightguard that has literally saved my teeth, and recently discovered a loose filling that he was able to replace the same day.

Even when he is busy you really feel like he takes the time and explains things to you like you were his only patient. Can't recommend him enough! On a side note, I am impressed by the measures that the office has taken over the COVID pandemic for patient and staff health-it shows how much they value their patients and has been greatly appreciated!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. LaVecchia and the the other professionals in his office for over 10 years. Everyone is competent, helpful, caring and nice. In addition to the care being the best, the office staff makes each appointment pleasant. Unfortunately, I have had to see these (nice) people multiple times in the past year. Just as their office has always met the highest standards of sterility, safety and cleanliness, their office has continued to do so during this lengthy pandemic. That they can all be trusted with their patients care and safety is a high honor. Thanks!

As always, Dr. LaVecchia were professional and courteous. But the real purpose of this note is to comment on the safety precautions taken by the entire team. During the pandemic, I have been very cautious. The use of PPE, and the sanitation precautions went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Dr. LaVecchia and the entire team for anyone who is concerned about going to a dentist these days.

I've been going to Dr. LaVecchia and my hygienist Leni for almost eight years now. They always make me feel like a valued customer, and I appreciate their friendly and quick service. Even though I don't live in Rosslyn (or even Virginia) anymore, they are worth the trip twice a year.

Always happy to go to the dentist! Dr. LaVecchia and his staff are professional, courteous the location is conveniently close to work and the text/email reminders are so helpful. If I need to reschedule or have questions about procedures Im always received with excellent customer service from Ms. Yamila and staff members. My hygienist, Leni is terrific and so is Dr. LaVecchia.

I recommended them to anyone who is is in the area and wants to look forward to their time at the dentist office. The goodies on the way out are also a nice treat (high quality pens, floss on their business cards, and chapstick to keep your lips moisturized and ready for your smile!)!

Dr. LaVecchia and his team are top notch. The real deal! Its so hard to find a great dentist who provides QUALITY work and truly CARE about their patients. You will not go wrong here, seriously! They are all great people and passionate about what they do. Check them out, you will be hooked.

Dr. LaVecchia's office was recommended to me by a friend that gets really uncomfortable and nervous for doctors visits. She was not exaggerating when she said the entire office was friendly and put her at ease. I visited about a year or so ago but wasn't able to continue due to insurance. Now that I have reliable insurance to cover me, I won't go anywhere else. Melinda was efficient but still took care while flossing.

Unlike other hygienists that just yank the floss through, she actually made sure the floss didn't cut up my gums despite being sensitive. I'm not a huge fan of teeth cleaning, but I'm not dreading my appointment in 6 months and that's saying something! Dr. LaVecchia is just incredible. You can tell he's genuinely kind and very aware of how important it is for people to understand their options and costs associated. It feels good to find a dentist office I can trust.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, until I found Dr. LaVecchia's. The entire experience was pleasant from the ease of booking an appointment as a new patient, to the most thorough but comfortable cleaning by Arlene, to Dr. LaVecchia himself. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and professional, making even the most anxious patient feel at ease. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!

Arlene is excellent! Front desk staff is very polite and do a great job working with your insurance plan! And ofc Dr LaVecchia is a consummate professional, best dentistry practice in town!

Karina is the kindest hygienist. She always welcomes with a smile and explains exactly what she is doing ahead of starting her process. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcome you by name. Dr. LaVecchia is thorough and always happy to see his patients. I highly recommends this dentist office.

I've now been going to Dr. LaVecchia's office on and off for 5 years. The off times are just when my dental insurance doesn't cover his practice, truly dark days. Luckily, my insurance covers his practice again! I can't recommend the practice enough. From working with Dr. LaVecchia to Angelika and her team at the front desk to the hygienists, everyone provides great care! Also, you're in great hands if you're getting any work done and you get to work with Monica. It's fantastic that she gives her honest opinion of any work being done and her input was extremely valuable each step of the way for my procedure. Thanks Monica!

I absolutely couldn't believe a dentist could have good reviews because let's be real. I hate going to the dentist, but I absolutely love this place! Believe the hype, this place is amazing. I came here to get a second opinion because I had one place tell me I needed 15 cavities filled, and another place tell me I had 14 cavities and 2 root canals. Dr. LaVecchia was so up front with me, and helped make sure that we stuck to plan that was beneficial for my teeth and my pockets!

We found that I indeed had 14 cavities, no root canals, but all the fillings weren't urgent. He always makes sure I'm comfortable. His assistants are absolutely amazing and so nice. I've been here 3 times already, gotten 5 teeth filled, and plan on staying. The dentist office is spacious, clean, and filled with a welcoming staff.

I've never been particularly fond of going to the dentist, but this office is outstanding. From making the appointment to actual treatment, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. They take a variety of insurance, and also accept Care Credit. They're also up front about the charges you can expect, and have flexible treatment options. The staff is fantastic. Friendly, professional, and really good at explaining what's going on with your mouth.

From arrival through departure, they were excellent and thoughtful in their approach. The dental work I had done was shockingly painless, and the offered a comprehensive overview of what needed to be done and why would need to be done in the future. I'm so happy I found this office, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
