My son was referred to this office, but after my nephews visit today I don't think we'll be following up with this office. He is a grade school child who was taunted, berated and abused by those who dare call themselves professionals. His parent told them that they had questions and maybe would postpone additional orthodontic care until he was older as their insurance coverage is very specific.
They had none of their questions answered and were shuffled from one attendant to another before meeting with the Dr. Once the Dr. arrived and they explained that they had questions before proceeding with additional work. Instead of answering their questions, the Dr proceeded to violently rip hardware out of this young child's mouth without saying a single word to them other than, "Stop screaming, I have other patients!" No regard or concern for his well-being and didn't correct his staff when they started to taunt him about how other children behave.
The Dr showed no bedside manner and had complete lack of decorum. Not only did he berate the child, he also berated the parent instead of having a conversation with them about different options or the pros and cons of each decision, like any reputable professional, but no he opted for callus and condescending Who are we trusting our children's health care with, if this guy is getting referrals? Is there a kick-back incentive? No matter what they're doing to get people in the door, quality care should always come first, or why bother swearing an oath in the first place.

Absolutely love this place. Dr Zaki has done a wonderful job on my daughter Laila teeth. We have only been there for 5 months and her teeth look absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to serve you. The staff is wonderful also. My daughter leaves every visit with a big smile on her face even with her braces still on.

Dr. Zaki & his team are always professional & courteous to us. If there is something that I don't understand about a procedure & I have questions I know that I can call & they will help me right away. I remember calling for an emergency when my son first got his braces & Dr. Zaki was so kind & understanding. He is truly a nice person & very passionate about what he does.
His staff is always nice & although this has not been the best experience for my son (due to no fault of them but because of having complications prior to getting braces) Dr. Zaki & his team have been very kind to us & I have no complaints!

Had a 09:00 appointment for 2nd opinion consult which I arrived early for. Upon walking in, no communication, no greeting so I asked the lady at the front if they open at 9 she said yes. I filled out paperwork they took my son back after a while and I had to ask if they were finished with his X-rays. She said yes, and told me I can go back. We waited 1 hr before up leaving and on the way out the door, the doctor is taking care of someone else.
That is unacceptable, if I have a 09:00 appointment and you open at 09:00, there is no way I should be waiting that long while you take care of someone else. I expect my time to be respected as much I I respect your time as a business. I will not be treated as second class and then be expected to spend money at your place of business. I took a whole day off work for this including other errands and It's a shame. I was looking forward to this appointment because they had such good reviews.

Hands down, our experience at Zaki Orthodontics has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! The level of professionalism from the staff is 5 star every time! My son has been going to Dr. Zaki since 2018 and just had his braces removed a few weeks ago. Dr. Zaki's experience, the way he educates his patients and their parents, helps to make the entire process something to remember (in the best way).
I really like the way the office reminds you about the appointment, greet you when you come in and explain in detail what to expect. If you have a child who is younger, their experience makes them feel a bit confident.they get to check themselves in upon arrival. There are even incentives for the children for each visit to look forward to! Should I EVER need to receive braces, I am not going anywhere but here! Zaki Orthodontics should be a BRAND. the Orthodontist you can TRUST, that uses integrity, extremely professional and make you feel comfortable.

Dr Zaki is an outstanding, professional orthodontist. His knowledge and expertise shines through when presented with an orthodontic issue. While I went 'back' for a consult, due to my teeth shifting, (it's been 30 years since I've had braces); I'm confident that my small issue will be resolved with great care and precise treatment. My son needed braces and we were referred to Zaki Orthodontics by his dentist. The staff here is awesome, extremely thorough with providing maintenance instructions, and pleasant. Dr Zaki is the best. He listens attentively to me and my son and helped plot a course of action to bring my son's teeth back into alignment. Taking that extra time to know me and my family, Dr Zaki ensures that the job is done with great quality. The payment options were very flexible and he has not performed any unwanted service. In 1 year, the result has been dramatic. I would like to recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for orthodontics in this area.

When selecting an orthodontist, as a parent you decide on many different factors including the orthodontist and the office staff. The orthodontist was great. My daughter's teeth look great and the treatment did not take long at all. We originally went with this practice based on the office staff, who we would deal with on a regular basis. Unfortunately, half way through treatment the office staff had a complete turnover.
The new staff is completely unhelpful, continuously late for set appointments, and not worth the time or aggravation. If I had to do this whole process over again, I would select another orthodontist just to save myself the aggravation.

Dr. Zaki is as average as it gets, he has spent a total of 10 mins with me in over 3 months and 4 appointments. The front desk is great, they are very friendly.but that doesn't really matter when the main assistant does a complete 180 from friendly to accusatory and flat out rude for no reason. I came to their establishment for one very simple reason, to straighten one tooth with a spring retainer.
I have had a spring retainer before from my old ortho and know what it does.when I told Zaki's office that I wanted a spring retainer that would Straighten one tooth completely. I thought I was clear. The next two appointments were okay, he noticed my tooth had moved Slightly and insisted to wear it 24/7 in order to get my tooth straight. No problem, I'm thinking were on the same page at this point.
This last appointment he noticed my tooth had not budged one bit (because they did not give me a retainer with a spring that adjusts on its own) so he says "well, it did what you asked! it has kept this tooth in place.but it won't move anymore" Too bad thats not what I wanted or even asked for. I then politely asked, "I thought this would straighten this tooth?" He then leaves, brings his assistant and she immediately gives me the eyes of "you don't know what your talking about" and begins to accuse me of asking for something I didn't ask for.
I was not rude what so ever, just confused, and she came at me like a nut job! After she blamed everything on me, I got up and walked out. Just to hear her loudly state to the front desk that I won't be back. Needless to say I am not the slightest bit pleased with their business, specially because what I wanted is such an easy fix! Also, my first visit Zaki wanted me to go under extreme surgery that would costs thousands of dollars.the orthodontists I have been going to for 5 years would not have advised this. so disappointed :/ I just want my tooth straight
