Family Dental

I had two pretty bad experiences with them and think everyone should be warned. I'm very conscious of my smile and never felt good about smiling with my teeth because one of my front teeth was chipped. When I brought this up to a dentist there she outright dismissed me and refused to help me! When I really pushed her she ended up shaving it down to make it a bit smoother but what I didn't realize is there were other options available to me in this scenario that she did not present (a crown).

Her unprofessionalism became more prominent when I moved out of town and ended up going to a different dentist and they were much kinder and more responsive to my needs. The second and worst offense in my opinion was that they kept from me for 6 MONTHS that I needed to do a root canal. They took scans in December of 2020 that clearly showed I needed a root canal done, however FAILED to bring this information up to me or contact me in anyway until I came in for my routine cleaning in JUNE OF 2021.

For 6 months I was in pain and discomfort thinking I was crazy. Pure negligence and unacceptable in my opinion. I called the receptionist telling them about how upset I was that this happened at least twice and they said they would look into it and get back to me and never did. I used to think fondly of this place because I grew up going there, most of the staff is really nice and they were pretty good about my braces and cleanings and so on, but ultimately the couple instances of unprofessionalism were too much for me.

Great people! Dentists and staff are all Friendly, helpful, professional. Highly recommend them.

I can't believe someone gave them a bad review, because they didn't answer their phone. I have been going here for years. The back staff is excellent. If you have any questions or concerns the doctor will come in to your cleaning and answer them for you. The front staff is great smiling and greeting you as you walk in by name. If needed trying to help you set up your next appointment as soon as you can at your convenience. Excellent service thank you very much. You've treated my whole family with a smile.

The staff are friendly but they called and cancelled my appointment an hour prior, andhave no appointments for Month's. The facilities are pretty gross and outdated.

These people have always been very professional, easy to work with, happy, all the things you want when dealing with a dentist. The office is very clean and neat, the staff are very cautious dealing with the civic pandemic.

Poor customer service. I went in to my appointment only to find out it was canceled last minute and the from desk lady was mad I didn't pick up the call before I got there but my phone mutes calls for some reason. Karen the dentist called out sick and I didn't make the next time they wanted me too and she was saying I wouldn't be allowed back if I do something like that again, like it's my fault they are short staffed and the one dentist calls out. Will never be returning. The receptionist has a real attitude problem.

We're going to be leaving this practice soon because we moved and I'm actually sad about it! Dawn at the front desk is always calm and smiling and we've always had a happy, smiling hygienist. I never felt the need to find a pediatric dentist because everyone is so wonderful here. My kids are 6 and 9 and they've been going here since they had teeth.

I've been going longer. They make our appointments at the same time and help my kids stay amused while they wait. I hope I can find a place as convenient and friendly in my new town!

I have been having my teeth cleaned for several years here. The hygienist, Karen is amazing. She is so professional, gentle and thorough. My mouth feels awesome immediately and for several days to follow. I will never change to any one else. THANK YOU!

When I was looking for a new dentist last year, I found this place and they had an offer for new patients that included x-rays, a cleaning, etc for a great price as many dental offices do. I took advantage of the offer, and figured if the place wasn't any good I can go somewhere else. Even though I was a new patient taking advantage of an offer, they treated me as if I am a regular client, and took their time throughout the entire process.

When i finally had dental insurance, I returned and was treated the same, and have had some work done at the office. Every visit has been a pleasant experience and believe me, the dental office isn't my favorite place in the world. I recommend this place to anyone, the hygienists and dentists are overall fantastic.
