Dr Chan and his staff are always professional and welcoming. We have going to the practice for several years now and highly recommend them.

I missed some appointments because of anxiety. When I asked for anti anxiety meds, they told me no. Then I canceled an appointment because I had a sore throat that day (which can be a symptom of Covid and they would have sent me home anyway). I got a letter that they would no longer see me because I missed too many appointments. I called multiple times, asking to talk to the office manager. Every time, I got put on hold, told she wasn't there, left a message requesting her to call me back and she never did.

I had a dental implant done about a year ago. I have been very pleased with the results, but I had questions about the healing process on a handful of occasions and the staff and doctor have been very helpful and quick to get me in to take a peek and discuss any of my concerns.

Lindsey is my dental hygienist. She is always professional and very knowledgeable. She always makes my visits comfortable and enjoyable. Dr Chan is great and listens to what your concerns may be. and will make suggestions that will fit your needs.

Two crowns broke within 5 years of getting them at his office. Also they accidentally billed me $500 for a "previous balance". When i disputed it the receptionist agreed that it was wrong. No apology or anything. I wish I'd never gone there.

Dr. Chan and his staff are great! Hygienist Lindsey is very proficient and caring. I look forward to my cleanings with her. Dr Chan is extremely knowledgeable and offers thoughtful, considered recommendations regarding treatment. I fully recommend this Dental practice.

Advanced Dental Arts has been taking care of my dental hygiene for about 10 years now. It's very clean, they have a wonderful staff, and Dr. Chan is exceptionally qualified to get the job done right.

Best dentist ever. I have been going to him for years. Although he no longer accepts my insurance if I ever run into a problem or need an opinion he always finds time to fit me in and incredibly quickly. I was absolutely devastated when I could no longer have him as a dentist. He just knows a perfect solution to any problem that I bring to him. Plus everyone working with him in his office are incredibly nice and helpful

Dr Chan has been my dentist since 2013 and I continue to come because of the great work and wonderful staff office and rooms are very clean

A very professional staff and follows Covid protocols to mitigate virus spread. As a long time patient, I am very happy with the dental care I have received.

Advance Dental Arts, Dr. Chan, Stephanie, and Lindsey, are absolutely attentive, terrific, and pleasant. I have to travel a hour to see Dr. Chan, but is absolutely worth the travel. He has laid out a plan to bring back my smile and I look forward to seeing him and the new smile. I would highly recommend, Dr. Chan to anyone! They are truly professionals!

Dr Chan took 90 minutes to pull a tooth. Then he did a bone graft for a future implant. I was in incredible pain. I called office for help. He NEVER called me back. When the bone graft came out, he still wouldn't call me back. He used my total insurance benefit and never returned my calls. Just because he did a weekend seminar in Vegas, does not mean he has any ability as a oral surgeon or a cosmetic dentist. He does NOT. He relocates a lot. But his lack of morality, compassion, and ability go with him. Stay away.

Aside from a less than welcome feeling and a constant turnover of staff I would not recommend this practice at all! I now have an Onlay that has been rough since insertion and after bringing it up many times I was told this is how it is! I couldn't eat on my left side for over a year and continue to have sensitivity. When reported, I was instructed to use sensitive toothpaste after brushing in the tooth!

I've now switched dentists and go to an amazing practice where I'll be paying out of pick for a new, well done crown. I paid a nice $15 for my records only to receive x-rays, only after having to call, twice, because they weren't sent when my signed release was received and they cashed my check. This practice is shady. Stay away!
