Dr. Genevieve Fernandes and Dr. Giselle are the best in East Brunswick. They do amazing work. They do implants and Invisalign well. The Whitening in office went well. Good job Doctors.

Today I saw Dr. Chahine, he was very charming and educated me on my oral hygiene. I had some dental phobia, but he and the lovely staff treated me so well. I love that they are open sundays for emergencies.

Dr. Giselle was fantastic with her care. Jeannette took good care of me too. Dr. Fernandes and team are always available even on weekends!

My wife recommended me to come here. Nice place to get dental work done.

My first time here was excellent, everything I came here for and more was looked into and followed up on. Anything you need is at this location. From cleaning, implants, Invisalign, etc. The staff / doctor is very helpful and on point for your needs!

I got an offer to do Invisalign and i took the chance. It's been a journey but i've finally finished using all my sets. There's a vast improvement. Dr. Genevieve Fernandes was in charge of my care and did a good job. Am pretty impressed with how my alignments turned out compared to how my teeth were before. Thank you so much to the entire team in both locations for all the services, keeping me up to date with my treatments and accommodating my work schedules.

I personally don't recommend East brunswick dental studio to my families and friends. I had a Worst experience with the flipper they gave me.and i am not happy with their service. Please be aware of their billing, they say 6 months no interest but they keep charging for every 15 days. Also one other crazy thing is the receptionist at front desk asks each client to hit like on their FB page before seeing the doctor and she wont move away from you until you hit the like button.

They started charging you before they provided any service, and then they wanted you to sign a guarantee for agreeing to the charge, and they would also write down your credit card number and security code. In fact, during the exam they will give you lots of excuses to charge far more than the price they told you, STAY AWAY from this clinic, LACK OF HUMAN ETHIC and medical ethics.

My experience of going to this clinic is like a nightmare. I have never had it in my life. You can never imagine a clinic will do things like this before you go there. The shock and anger are beyond your imagination. When I finished reading the comments in here I was surprised that so many people had various experiences similar to mine. It is telling me that this phenomenon has existed for a long time, but why can this clinic continue to deceive and exist? What department can supervise them? I hope that more people will bravely stand up, report these illegal acts and protect their rights.

My first visit was an emergency which was taken care of immediately. Your call is immediately returned. Great to know they are open on Saturdays too. Staff are really nice and friendly. Dr Taylor is gentle and super clean which in this day and time, is greatly appreciated. Dr Fernandes gives me confidence she can do anything. She is very accommodating also. I look forward to seeing more dental results.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! This place is a complete fraud. They charged me for services that were paid by my insurance and to my HSA account as well and did not call me to review any details. I have been leaving voicemails and no one has returned my phone call. Now I have to get an attorney involved. In addition, they try to sell you everything, like they will tell you something is wrong or have you do services just to get a check. They do not care for the well being of their clients at all, only for the money that can go into their pockets. Terrible business practice.

At first they helped me out because I had broken a tooth and needed to find someone as an emergency and they were the only local dentist I could find that took me. So I have them a shot for awhile but eventually had to leave because of shady billing practices like others stated. They were an approved dentist under my insurance but they wouldn't follow the billing agreement with them and started over charging me on my credit cards. I fought them and got a partial refund but the whole experience changed my feeling on ethics.

Trust me when I tell you this. DO NOT USE THEM. First and foremost they will have you complete the new patient forms and call you in, all will seem normal. You will get X-Rays done(they were painful as hell) and if they pull a little mirror out the draw to stick in your mouth and there is no protective cover on it and it isn't disposable just know its been used on the patients before you as well. Lastly things will get weird and it will seem like something shady is about to happen.

The receptionist will have the assistant step out and then will talk to you about payment that they want right there right now for services to be completed. You dont have it? No problem, you are still about to get hit with a hefty bill for the x rays they just did or whatever they did the minute you allowed them inside of your mouth and they want that payment upfront as well.

Do not give your card info on anything you sign unless you want surprise payments taken out without your permission. Why? Because when you fill out that ETF form you allow them to charge your card for anything that wasn't covered through insurance and no you don't have time to confirm if its true. I advise you research any dental codes listed on the billing claim and have it checked out by your insurance department yourself because the office may have lied and said it wasn't covered to get faster money. Lastly they schedule appointments you didn't confirm or ask for and if you don't cancel them you will be charged 75.00 cancellation fee (I hope you don't have a card on file for them) In conclusion I will definitely say it almost feels as though you are being medically bullied into accepting services.

I will no longer be using them and Ive only visited twice. I didnt get work done the second time because they wanted upfront payment and im not talking about the normal copay.

The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience with any healthcare service I have ever received. The entire staff insisted I was not seen here since 2016. They insisted there was no record of me here in 2017. They had me refill all my paperwork because "I was not here since 2016." I was kept in my chair for 1 hour and told I was still sitting there because of "new insurance registration." I had to pull up my own insurance through my mobile phone to show: 1) I was already registered with my dental insurance with this dental group and 2) I was seen here JULY 2017 from a JULY 2017 claim Their response? "Oh.

We found it." Because I told them. I was sitting in the treatment chair for over 1.5 hours before being seen by the dentist. Additionally: I was lectured and spoken to as if I was a toddler.

ZERO stars! Same thing happened to me with this dentist, very shady, she has no staff when I went there. I went for a regular check up and I received a bill for $1100, for a check up?!?! And she didn't even do anything, no cleaning or anything. Later on, I received a care credit notice via mail. Care credit is basically like a credit card or a line of credit for patients that don't have insurance or don't pay in full for dental work even after insurance coverage.

I NEVER applied to this car credit, talk about shady.when I showed up for my appointment, she was the only one there. No not trust this place, the only reason I originally went to this dentist was because I used 1-800 dentist and they refer you to nearby dentist in your area, BUT after I found out that these dentists that 1-800 dentist refer you to is paid by the dentist themselves.

I've been coming here for 12 years since I moved to NJ, Dr. Fernandes is a great dentist and very accommodating to clients needs, I've never had any issues here so i am utterly surprised to read negative reviews because over the 12 years of cleaning, dental work, and billing I have never had any issues.

There are too many shady things going in with the billing of this practice and how it is run. The first complaint is that there does not seem to be an office staff at all. That means there is no one there to do the essential office functions such as confirm appointments or even answer the phone. I have never NEVER spoken to a person at this location.

I always get a voicemail inbox that is full about 98% of the time and you cannot leave a message. This is a cheap, ineffective way to run a dental practice. They make up their own prices and tell you they accept your insurance, but will not do any type of preauthorization and you end up paying jacked up prices. They are famous for saying that they will submit claims to your insurance and have the funds sent to you from your insurance but, big surprise, they never actually contact the insurance companies and just take your money.

This is a very poor way to do business and I honestly do not think it is legal. The doctor, Dr. Fernandes, also runs a practice in New York and they do the same exact thing. My guess is that this is a scam. Stay away.

This place is a joke. I wish I could give it zero stars. My fiance goes there and i have went with him a few times. Every single time we went they have made us wait in the waiting room for at least an hour AFTER our acutual appointment! Then, they finally call you back and make you wait another half hour or more in the room! While they are all upfront bullshiting with eachother!

My fiance told me that they actually flat out forgot he was in the waiting room one time! They are awful dont go there! We are done with that joke of a "doctors office" I have no idea how they are still open.

If I could take a star away that's how I feel about this dental office. You can't give a rating, if they NEVER get back to you. Let me explain. My husband had a toothache that began on Thanksgiving. We called 1-800-dentist to help find us an emergency dentist. "They" called this dentist based on her information saying available for emergencies and weekends and left messages for us.

We also called the office ourselves and left several messages. Today is 12/9/16 and we are still waiting for a call back! With that said, we got my husband in to see another dentist without the help of 1-800-dentist or from "THIS" particular dental office. I will NOT recommend them to anyone as well as tell everyone I know to NEVER call this office for anything! However 1-800-dentist did follow up with us, but he had already seen another dentist for the problem.

Dr. Fernandes and her staff took great care of me and my family. She is always very thorough in her job and post treatment she personally followed up with me. Overall we are very pleased.

I will never return here again. I had no problems with the quality of the work completed on my teeth, however, there are several things that made me quite upset. First of all, Dr. Fernandes completed procedures on me that were not covered by my insurance at all, and she failed to explain my options before doing this. I am aware that many dental plans are terrible and minimally cover what you need, but this particular procedure was not covered and it was not explained to me before it was done.

Every time I came in for an appointment, they would try and pressure me into buying a product or would pressure me into getting invisiline (clear braces). I have never been recommended for braces in my 30 years on this planet! They also made me come in when I was uncontrollably sick, or they would have charged me. I've called to reschedule an appointment, and they've continued to force me to try and come in even when I couldn' t make it!

I felt like I was at an auto dealership, not a dentist, every time that I went because they would try to pressure me into a product/procedure. I tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt my first visit, but after that, it became ridiculous! Dr. Fernandes would also pressure me into writing positive comments for the website, and I would get mail to refer new clients. If you ran an ethical business, you wouldn't be so desperate for new clients! The experience was uncomfortable, weird and aggravating.
