I contemplated not reviewing because I wanted to keep this hidden gem to myself. However, I decided the staff deserves better. This place ROCKS! I actually look forward to going to the dentist which not many people can say. I've referred this practice to others and they all agree. Sunshine Dental has been ranked Best of South Jersey multiple times and they are truly deserving of it.
As a new patient they really took their time with me. They did Xrays and took pictures to show me exactly where my trouble spots/cavities were. I was fitted for a nightguard for clenching/grinding of my teeth. Wow, I wish I had known about this sooner! Before I got my guard I had headaches every day now I rarely get them. I even saw a neurologist who prescribed medicine that didn't work. Turns out I was clenching my jaw from stress which was causing the headaches. Dr. Alto asked me if I was getting headaches and he knew right away what the problem was.
The only thing I'd recommend is they get the Xray machine that circles your head so they don't have to do individual Xrays which can get uncomfortable. I've never had an issue getting an appointment and am always taken on time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this place, tell them Lori H sent you. :
