Dr. Eric Hans graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, then completed a residency in general dentistry at the Peninsula Hospital Center in New York City. There, Dr. Eric excelled providing comprehensive dental care for both children and adults. He provided dental care not only to the residency's regular patients, but also performed dentistry on members of the residency's faculty and their families. In his general practice residency he received advanced training in oral surgery, periodontics and prosthodontics.

I have worked as the Office Manager for Dr. Eric since 2008. I really enjoy working with children. I am married and we have five children: three girls and two boys. I also have two grandchildren: one boy and one girl. My children keep me busy with all their activities! I enjoy reading, shopping and my favorite season of the year is summer because I love to spend time at the beach.
Our years serving the community have earned our practice a reputation for quality and commitment to the children and families we care for. Your child will always receive the highest possible quality, long-lasting dentistry, that is the least invasive and at the lowest cost. We guarantee our cavity treatments for 5 years as long as your child comes to our office twice a year for checkups.

I had an amazing experience and Children's Dentistry of Trappe! This was my son's first time at a dentist and I am so happy I found Dr. Hans. His staff was very welcoming, nice and accommodating to my 15 month old. They allowed him to explore and get used to the new environment so he could feel comfortable before his visit. Dr. Hans was so patient with my son, very knowledge and made my son feel at ease for his first time at the dentist!
I appreciated how he answered all of my questions and gave me great suggestions on how to improve my son's oral health. Everyone was wonderful and I am so happy I established here!

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Children's Dentistry of Trappe! From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the wonderful staff and I had such a good feeling. This was my 2 year old daughter's first time at the dentist. Dr. Eric took time before he did any work on my daughter to explain what he was going to do, let her touch and use the tools he was going to use, and had such a calming demeanor about him. Not only did we not see a single tear or hear any complaints from my daughter, she was all smiles and high fives! I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

My daughter had to get her first two baby teeth pulled because the adult teeth were coming in behind them. She was VERY nervous and was crying as we were in the room to get started. The dental assistants and doctor were amazing and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She went from anxious and crying to laughing and relaxed. The procedure went so quick and smooth, my daughter couldn't believe her teeth were pulled and it was all done. I would 100% recommend anyone who has children needing either a cleaning or procedure done to go here! Thank you again to everyone there at Children's Dentristy of Trappe!

I definitely recommend this dentistry for children. The staff are extremely nice and Dr Hanns is amazing with the children. The way he takes time to show your child what he is going to do with them and let's them get comfortable is totally a thumbs up for me. He definitely shows patients for children. Dr. Hans and his team were incredible and so welcoming. I wasn't nervous about my son being at his first dentist appointment but they still made the experience very calming and reassuring anyway. They eased into checking out his teeth by letting us get comfortable in the room, letting my son inspect some of the tools, and showing him the puppet with teeth before doing anything with him directly. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

I had an amazing first impression and highly recommend this practice to everyone. Dr. Hans is genuine, thorough, and kind. He and the rest of the staff took such great care of me & my newborn when he needed a frenectomy. I'm super grateful and look forward to working with him for all of my child's future dental needs.

Dr. Eric and his staff are truly exceptional! Our 3 year old son is Autistic and Dr. Eric took the time to sit play and interact with him. He was patient and understanding of our sons needs. I can't say enough about this Children's Dentistry of Trappe, they're top notch from scheduling to the second you pull up for your appointment. A True blessing for parents. We will seeing you all again!

Dr. Hans and his entire staff are always so friendly, warm and welcoming when I bring my children in for their appointments. They are very quick and efficient and do not mess around when they need to get you in and out. The scheduling process is always a breeze too! Would recommend this dentist for children everywhere!

I had to bring my 2 year old in for a last minute appointment for an injury. I wasn't even an existing patient, and they were able to get me in within a couple hours. Dr. Eric and the whole staff were absolutely fantastic with my son and super friendly. You can tell they enjoy what they do. They made him (and me) feel very comfortable during examination and x-ray.
The staff gave him a ballon to help take the focus away from the x-ray, which he loved! And at the end of our visit, they got him a prize from the toy machine, which he was very happy about. I highly recommend Children's Dentistry of Trappe if you are looking for a pediatric dentist. We surely will be going back for all of our dental needs for our kids.

My 6-year-old's comment on the way home from her latest dental appointment (where she had a couple of cavities filled and the mold made for a spacer) says it all: "Mommy, I wanted to let them know that they are the best dentist ever!" This dental practice is amazing; we can't say enough positive comments about them! They are kind, patient, and very caring!

Our four children goes to see Dr. Hans @ Children's Dentistry of Trappe! We live in Gilbertsville, but it is worth the drive. The staff members are down to earth and really care about the kids. One of our children does not like going to the dentist, but they have done great in working with her. I recommend anyone to check them out!

The staff is very good with the kids. Professional and caring. My son has a great experience there. They go the extra mile to try to make it pleasant and fun for the kids. They get prizes and balloons, they get to pick their toothbrush and their flavor of toothpaste. All in all, it is a nice place. The staff are very friendly and make the kids feel at ease. They take their time with each patient.
