Extremely disappointed. My retainer broke so I went in for a new one. When Dr. Sexson first put the new one in, I told him right away that it did not fit correctly. He said to give it a few days. The new retainers ended up shifting my teeth so much that my bite would not close. After a few days, my jaw starting hurting so I went in to have it corrected.
Instead of fixing my retainer, Dr. Sexson insisted on filing my teeth down on two separate occasions. Three visits later, I gave up and asked for my money back. I felt like Dr. Sexson did not listen to my concerns. It was such a simple procedure: replace my retainers with one that would keep my teeth in their existing positions.

I agree with other recommending to go elsewhere. The staff is rude, unaccommodating, and unwelcoming (especially the office staff). I also have to agree with the gentleman that stated you're just a paycheck. they charge for everything and are not willing to help figure out solutions if scheduling issues arise.

They charge me about $70 every time I come in to get my hawley retainer tightened (I got my braces off about 8 years ago but my retainer always get loosened every so often). During the ~$70 visit, I am in the chair for less than a minute and the clinician that tightens my retainer does less than a minute of work. This visit should be free or much less considering the amount of labor that is actually done and the fact that they produced a poor quality retainer that require constant adjustments.
Don't come here since they produce low quality work that they will charge you a lot of money to get adjusted. I am soon getting Invisalign through another orthodontist since my retainer always gets loose and causes my teeth to shift.

I'm glad to have found Dr Sexson! He's been a huge help in navigating what my children have needed by way of orthodontics. His team helped to design plans specific to the needs of each of my 3 children, and unlike other orthodontists i investigated, i never felt that i was being "sold" a solution that was above and beyond what was needed. The staff is courteous and responsive. Dr. Sexson has always been available when i've had questions. I have one child who's completed the process with a beautiful smile, one mid-way through, and a third eager to have her braces put on!

2 of our children had their braces done by Dr. Sexson. We have had a fantastic experience. One child's was as simple as could be, the other had every possible problem that could slow the process. (Because of their teeth structure, not the orthodontics work.) Dr. Sexson was great handling everything with both scenarios! We are now on the countdown to getting the braces off. 5 days to go! Both kids teeth look wonderful!

Service was great and prices were reasonable when we were with Dr. Theisen but once Sexson bought them out, prices more than doubled for same procedures and customer service took a hit. If you are searching for you or your family, I recommend finding a different orthodontist as here you and your kids are looked at as nothing more than a dollar sign.
