There are two reasons that I stopped going to this dental office. 1. I have bad reactions to epinephrine so I warned Dr. Shakeel not to use it for any of my procedures, he "forgot" and used it anyway. I had a resulting 8 hours of misery after that appointment that could have been so easily avoided if he had followed the instructions on my patient chart.

This kind of sloppiness is not acceptable. 2. I was sitting in the chair during one visit waiting to see the Dr. and could hear him interacting with a woman in the chair next to mine. She was very upset about her full mouth implants not fitting correctly, her bottom jaw was butting out in front of her top teeth. I could hear the despair and tears in this woman's voice and Dr. Shakeel was downright COLD to her. He ended up walking out on her, I think she was crying, and he just angrily walked out while she was talking to him. It was disturbing.

The secretaries and the nurses are extremely nice and helpful. However, I would not recommend 2 out of the 3 dentists that work there. The newer dentist (Dr. Chung, I think) seemed nice and I had miner work done by him with no complaints. The other two dentists kept messing up the height of my crowns and eventually my bite completely changed. Now, my 'deep bite' is so much worse, I am constantly biting the inside of my cheeks when I eat and there is whistling through my front teeth when I talk. They told me that nothing they did could have caused this, so they refused to fix it. My family and I will not be going back.

Super nice and caring Dr. Linda his dental assistant what a hoot, love her! And all your needs are taken care of here, anxiety issues not ignored, no short cuts and they put the big chains to shame, no names but I'm so glad I found you!

It was a casual weekend trip to Chicago for a weekend. I had an accidental fall on a pole, an injury that left me in 0 confidence. My tooth was broken in Half and had severe pain. I was in pretty bad shape, with bruises and swollen face, after basic first aid, on a Sunday, I called Signature Dental group stating my emergency, Dr. Shakeel was quick to respond and put me on medication. Dr. Shakeel made arrangements for an emergency checkup on Monday itself.

The Entire staff was very friendly and caring, I visited the group and Linda took my x rays with care. Dr. Shakeel, had done a few procedures on me, worked my root canal, and took care of an infected broken tooth. All this in one Monday Afternoon. He was like a magician, performing every act professionally and meticulously. I was hopeless on Sunday but walked out of Signature Dental group with great confidence on Monday Evening.

The Pain Reduced, and I was able to get back to work on Tuesday in Indianapolis! Bruises faded slowly over the week, the best part is I'm feeling normal and going back to Chicago soon for a follow-up. I Highly Recommend anyone in Chicago to visit Dr. Shakeel.

If I could give no stars I would. A week ago I started having pain. Called couldn't get me in until Thursday this was on a Tuesday. Called the next day pain was worse. Asked about getting in sooner. (They offer emergency services). Wednesday Vicki told me the dentist leaves at 4:30. I said please ask if they could call back with a recommendation for some place else or see me.

Well no one called back. I ended up with an emergency root canal and had a very infected tooth. Wow what more can I say about their lack of concern or care. And no follow up call ever. Not going back regardless. Make your own choices but besides the money made. Do they really care Follow up: I called Tuesday and Wednesday, no one called me back Wednesday, I went elsewhere Wednesday. I'm not confused about this. Don't offer emergency services that are not available.

The absolute best dentist in the world! From the first phone call I made I was greeted with an extremely friendly voice. That is Vicky. She is awesome. I had quite a bit of work done in my mouth. I was there about 5-6 hours one day and it felt like 2. Julie the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable and was so concerned the whole time if I was doing ok.

She is perfect for this job. Now to Dr Shakeel. He has zero room for improvement. He has made me comfortable with going to the dentist again. I will never be hesitant about having work done. I will recommend Signature Dental to everyone. I've been to a lot of different dentist in my life and he is by far the best there is. He deserves more than 5 stars! I don't want to forget about the other ladies who work there too. The hygienist was great along with the other office staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Signature Dental. I went without dental insurance for many years prior to coming here so I needed several things done. Dr Shakeel has been nothing short of amazing. The office is so accommodating to a working scheduling and Vicky is always there to give you a warm welcome. I cannot say thank you enough for getting everything done in a time crunch situation with insurance and getting married, the office is wonderful!

Signature Dental group is awesome. From the front staff to the Dr. They are always friendly and nformative. I feel like they care about you and your comfort through the whole process.

I am very pleased with my wisdom teeth taken out. No pain Dr. Shakeel was awesome! Staff was super nice and Vicke was sweet as can be! I recommend this place to everyone 100%! I live in Aurora and drove all the way to Algonquin and I would do it again.

Very friendly staff and dentists! They got me an appointment very quickly when I was having some discomfort and were much more accommodating than other dentists in the area. Would highly recommend.

THE BEST DENTIST PLACE THERE IS! I can almost guarantee you will not find a better dentist place in Chicagoland area. The entire staff is so welcoming and warm, with always a smile on their faces. It just makes the whole experience so much more comfortable and fun, totally worth making the 30 mile drive. Dr. Shakeel is one of the best dentists I have ever come across.

He is professional, sweet and funny. He works with you at your pace, keeps checking up on you to make sure you are comfortable and if you need to take a break. I had some crown work done and I just finished with the whole procedure yesterday 05/01/17 and I've never been happier with my smile the way I am now. I didn't like going to the dentist, I am pretty sure nobody does, but this place, the people and their service would make you want to keep up with your routine work which we often neglect because of our fear of the dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The guy is amazing, and a big shout out to Julie & Vicky, sweetest ladies!

It was my first time coming to this office, the reception desk is staffed by friendly and helpful employees. Everyone was super nice. I saw Dr Shakeel, for some bonding and a cavity. I was super nervous so they gave me some gas to breath to calm me down, and few shots. I was amazed how fast he was finished, and how good my teeth looked. Very happy with his work, thank you Doctor and the staff!

It is too late to resolve any issues. This review does reflect this office, as he took the money, I had a bad experience. The first two time I caught a cold virus from the dirty equipment, facemasks for the gas. I have a chemical allergy to it and ended up using the entire box of Kleenex when I was there. The third time the dental impression was not crafted well as the following appointment proved it to cause a dull pain.

The dental implant is to this day uncomfortable. I told the MD of a cavity. I still have since he was more concerned on how he could make money from my mouth. He spoke of an implant, not adding the true reason I came for help in the first place. When I phone the on call emergency contact. The lady screamed at me, " this is not the dentist". apparently someone's mother that works in the dental office.

I was nervous about a dental emergency, he did not return the call until 2 pm, so at 0800, my lawyer advised me to go to All Smiles. When Mohammed learned of my healing cap missing, he laughed. I won't go back to him I found his office unprofessional. Julie said, " don't you like me?", The dental plant poor fit is irrelevant to liking her. I just don't think the other hygienist has experience either as she used the yankauer to suction a tooth nerve without the crown.ouch!

Dr. Shahkeel is nothing short of amazing! Another dentist had made a mess of my teeth, and so I came to Signature Dental with broken crowns and broken tooth. He patiently repaired the broken crowns, and had to remove a shattered tooth and put in an implant. He works quickly but gently, finessing the work so you have minimum pain and a perfect result.

That takes precision skills and a caring attitude. And his staff is so kind and professional, they really care! I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone who wants to have a better dental experience!

Just had an implant completed and I am VERY pleased. I was very anxious about the procedure but felt no pain at all. Not during or any time after! Super nice that he does everything in his office and does not send you elsewhere for 1/2 of it. My whole family goes, very friendly, great place.

I had a fantastic experience at Signature Dental Group this afternoon. I just moved to Algonquin from the city of Chicago and I chose this office as my new dental provider! The office is very conveniently located just off Randall road in Algonquin. The office is very nicely decorated, and the reception staff, the dental hygenist and the Dr. were all very kind and friendly.

The dental hygenist was very thorough and took her time cleaning my teeth. I love their new-patient check-in system: they have a computer there and you get to input all your information into an easy-to-follow form instead of having to write it all! That was a huge plus - no one likes to fill out forms. When I was escorted out, I was given a super cute little clear toothbrush case with a toothbrush, floss and mini toothpaste inside! I loved this. I am very happy with my experience at Signature dental group and I would recommend them highly!

I had a dental emergency where my crown fell off unexpectedly. I was able to get a next day appointment with Dr Shakeel who turned out to be an outstanding dentist. I was able to get temporary crown, while the actual one which I received after a week looked better and has a better fit than what I had. Dr Shakeel was courteous and professional, had deep knowledge of his field and made me very comfortable during the whole process. Definitely recommend Signature Dental Care to others.

My Wife and I visit Dr, Shakeel on January 8th 2013 for a Consultation of a Dental Implant. Both my Wife and I were impressed of the friendly staff, our feeling after our consultation with Dr. Shakeel, convinced us to set up an appointment. Yesterday was the Day January 23, 2013! After spending the entire day with Dr. Shakeel and his staff not only assured me that I made the right decision.

To day I have all new teeth it feels great, I am looking forward to have my temporary teeth replaced within the next six months for the completion of my Dental Implants. Age improves with Dental Implants, but most of all, the person who conducts the Dental Implant improves your age, Dr. Shakeel, and the staff of Signature Dental Group in Crystal Lake, sure have improved my life.

Oh last but not least I was born in Germany, have been in the USA for over 50 years still have an accent. To my surprise Dr. Shakeel does not have an accent. Friedl Koeberlein
