Amber was my dental hygienist and not only did she do an awesome job on my cleaning, but she was polite, professional and gentle. Thanks Amber! Because of you I'll be back and I highly recommend!

I've been going here for a little over a year now however I felt I should leave a review now. I went in yesterday for a routine cleaning and my normal hygienist Katie was not in so I was taken care of by Amber she was beautiful and made my visit very smooth she had answers to my questions and was very helpful. Upon leaving the front desk ladies were even more helpful and really helped with insurance questions and good scheduling. I appreciate these people. Thank you HF Dental

This was my first visit. I had my teeth cleaned by Amber. She was awesome! Dr. Gentile did the examine afterwards, and he was great! The girls at the front desk are friendly and professional. I've been looking for a new dental office since my dentist retired, and I found it!

The staff and doctors are very friendly and I do believe they're actual service is very good. Sadly I've seen the dentist more times than I can count but they're one of the best I've had. Also I love my dental hygienist, she's the nicest.

I was looking for a new dentist office and found Homewood-Flossmoor Dental on my insurance website. On my first visit to this dentist office for my routine cleaning, I felt like I had been going for years. The office location was clean, inviting and everyone there was so welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful experience. They fit me in same day for tooth pain. Staff was very nice and dentist was attentive and thorough when explaining everything.

The dentist was marvelous: caring, kind, very professional. Took care of my very painful, acute issue quickly while keeping me informed and also supporting me throughout the procedure. But perhaps an in service on basic customer care is needed for the dental assistant. His assistant did not introduce herself and did not explain her role (until I asked her), did not provide any support (no eye contact, no words of encouragement, no details about the procedure or even casual chat).

This is not normal for this practice and it is not a welcome change. Most dental work for me is routine. This was pain beyond anything I've ever had; I was distraught and embarrassed to be so. The "assistant" treated me like a problem, not a person. I'm a retired RN; I know how patients are to be treated. This was not it. Again, dentist was lovely and I will not change dentists. It pains me to write this, but this is a problem. *I had never heard of a dental assistant. Still don't know the difference between them and a hygienist.

Very happy with Homewood-Flossmoor Dental Care. It has been my dentist for years, and I couldn't ask for a better one. Even as a current city resident I'll still make the trip there. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, and their services are top-tier; always going above and beyond. I haven't even thought about visiting any other dental care center.

My husband is on his 3rd attempt to have a mouth guard fitted correctly at this facility. The dentist won't even show his face or speak to my husband concerning this issue. He has had a cavity that needs to be filled. Makes the appointment and when he is there it won't be on the time slot. Since Dr. Flor has left. The quality of care, attention and dedication to patients is non existent.

Such a shame. I have been a patient for 40 years. My father went here, my children. The price of dental care is extreme high. The care that it requires should be equally as high. 3 generations of care have been recently there. Now I would rather go to a vet then there. So sorry Dr. Flor. Much respect to you.

I had waited more than 18 months to have my teeth cleaned due to the loss of my job and health benefits because of the pandemic. If a regular appointment is not enough time to at least start a cleaning (and was then told to make 3 more appointments to have the job done), why did they set it up for me in the first place? Maybe too close to Christmas so the staff didn't want to extend their day. All in all, the staff was friendly.

Excellent and friendly staff and doctors. Showed empathy for my son's tooth pain was able to treat him right away.

Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing - I was able to get an appointment fast, AND scheduled the cleaning for the same day as someone else had canceled. The nice lady who did my cleaning (I believe was named Lori) did a great job on my sensitive teeth, she caused me no pain. Whew! Dr. Patel prescribed the right toothpaste to fix my tooth pain and referred me to a very amazing oral surgeon who also did amazing work and saw me rapidly too (George E Morris).

My boyfriend was able to get me some cool bundle they offered so I can come back and get another exam/cleaning again this year. so even though there's a wait now, it's gonna be worth it. I promise.

Katie is the greatest dental hygienist I have ever experienced, bar none. Her level of expertise, passion, and patient care sets a new bar of excellence!

I had a great experience. The receptionist was quick to call me back and get me in for an urgent visit appointment. Doctor Snyder was great! Quick, efficient, and excellent care was provided to me.

Don't expect to get your teeth cleaned if you make an appointment to get your teeth cleaned.yes, you read that correctly. I waited 3 months for the appointment and after an hour was informed I needed a deep clean and they were not going to clean my teeth. Then to make an appointment it would be another 3 months. Not even sure if I can go to a different dentist because of what my insurance covers.

I suggested to the receptionist that they should inform new clients that they will not get their teeth cleaned when they make an appointment to do so and long story short she said 'that's just how we do things here'. I am just confused (with a sore mouth from poking and X-rays) and still now need to find another dentist TO GET MY TEETH CLEANED.

Dr. Flor and his staff have always treated me and my family as if we were part of their family. I love Dr. Flor and his wife. They are the kindest, most caring people you will ever meet.

Visiting the dentist during a pandemic can bring on many safety concerns. Attending H-FD eliminated any reservations about feeling safe because of the seriousness they are taking in providing services under the CDC Guidelines. Checking in from my phone upon entry js just one of the many ways they are providing great and safe customer service. Of course, all staff wearing masked is another way your safety is their top priority. In addition to the safety measures taken especially during this time, Dr. Snyder and hygienist Tess are the best!
