Dr. Leonard Jacobs has been providing the highest quality dental care in Boca Raton, Florida since 1995. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. Dr. Jacobs graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1975. He established a cosmetic dental practice in Stonybrook, New York, where he also served as a Clinical Professor of Dental Medicine at State University at Stonybrook Dental School. He also served as a Senior Consultant for American Dental Examiners.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit and debit cards. We strive to find a payment option suitable to your needs; therefore, we also offer CareCredit as an outside financing source. We offer a discount for payment in full upfront and to multiple family members receiving treatment.
