I came to All Smiles for a free consultation and the staff, particularly Madison Piper, was fantastic! Madison was warm, welcoming, and ensured that I felt taken care of during my appointment. Her helpfulness and patience made me feel confident that I had all the information I needed to make a decision on which treatment was right for me. Dr. Desman was very kind and took time to educate me on my options and understand the proposed treatment plan. The entire appointment was quick, efficient, and helpful. This was overall the best experience I've had in a dentistry/orthodontic setting!

I want to say I am extremely impressed with the care and the staff. You are treated with care and kindness. Madison helped me and all I can say honestly is wow. I was blown away, she is extremely helpful and just a great person. Dr is extremely amazing and personable. My daughter needs braces, I went to get a few opinions and was extremely saddened by the care and cost.

Especially knowing she has Medicaid, I had come to the realization I would just not be able to afford them. Then I found allsmiles, boy are we blessed we did. They worked with me not against me never making me fell less then. Madison actually made me cry happy tears. Oh and they thank me for making the drive, I will drive from Sarasota and will continue to for the care they give. I thank them. Just when you think it doesn't exist you find a place like this and thank God I did. Keep up the great work allsmiles! Highly recommend

On a scale of 1 to 5, Dr. McDowell and his staff are a ten. They are gentle, caring and yet very professional. I have been going to this orthodontist for many years and would never even consider somewhere else. If you want a job done and done right, go to All Smiles Orthodontics.

I couldn't be happier with this office! Madison was so friendly and made the x-ray/picture process quick and easy. Dr. Desman was very nice and I am excited to start my Invisalign journey with this team!

I've been going to all smiles since march and it's so welcoming! i've had Hiba multiple times and she's incredibly nice and friendly! she works efficiently and everytime i get her we have amazing conversations and it only takes 30 minutes maximum. can't wait until we continue our conversations next time.

All Smiles Orthodontics St. Pete is run very efficiently and, all employees offered excellent customer service. I only needed a retainer replacement so I had a simple visit -- I appreciated that the team wasn't sales-heavy like other offices I've been to. Instead, they're a grounded, people-first type of company, which I love. I interacted with Madison and Dr. Desman the most, and both were exceptionally lovely and professional. If you need any ortho work at all, definitely consider this office.

Dr. McDowell and his staff are absolutely worthy of a 5 review! Every one is so friendly! after being rear ended in a car accident my bite was totally off and I had headaches and jaw pain. Invisalign treatment along with bottom teeth braces for a few months have changed my life! I highly recommend All Smiles / Dr. McDowell!

Today was probably the best experience I had at a doctor's office. The St. Pete office is big, clean and modern. Best part was spending time with Mary, amazing woman. Thank you for such a fun time! Dr. Desman is very sweet and was very thorough with explaining what would be best for me. But Mary has sold me so I'll be back soon to start my Invisalign in a few weeks. All the staff there is a 10.

Went there with my 13 year old daughter and the staff and doctor were great! I'd like to especially thank Madison! She was warm and friendly and broke us into the braces talk! It was all very nice. Thanks guys so much.

Had our first visit today at the new port Richey office. The office was pretty crowded when we arrived, I expected there to be a long wait. Low and behold they called my son back minutes after, before I was even finished completing our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly with smiles on their face. Madison was so sweet, Knowledgeable, and personable. She had a great friendly personality! The dentist came in shortly after and was very nice and honest. Great first visit!

After finally deciding to get some dental work done, my dentist at the time told me there's no way I could get invisalign with how my teeth were setup. She told me I'd need reconstructive surgery on my jaw if I wanted to correct my teeth. Needless to say, I went to All Smiles Orthodontics for a second opinion because surgery was a big no and I can't express how satisfied I was with the whole experience. Dr. McDowell and his staff provide excellent service and have given me a wonderful smile. I'd highly recommend them for anyone in need of dental work.

I had an amazing experience. Janet got the whole Invisalign set up with ease, Amber was energetic and made me excited to be there and Ashley was amazing putting my attachments on and helping me get everything set up! I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Such a great practice! All of the staff members are amazing from the front desk to the assistants and Dr. McDowell was amazing! So happy to have them for my sons orthodontist treatment!

I am so thankful my daughter and I came to All Smiles Orthodontics because we had really bad experiences with other orthodontics. Heidi was super great! She was very welcoming and informative. She is the kind of person you look forward to seeing for the next 2 1/2 years lol I was able to make an appointment on short notice and they were able to put my daughter in braces that day. I highly recommend this office. It was very clean, everybody was really nice, and they don't keep you waiting all day.

Have used this dentist for a while, I asked them this AM to remove my husband from their contact list because he passed away last month, response by Receptionist-"ok", no condolences, asking how child is, nothing. How sad
