The staff were very helpful. The office well kept. The doctor was very informative to treatment. Very pleased with my whitening. I definitely like the vibe in the office. Overall great customer service.

I found Concierge dentistry to be a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Davita Danesh was amazing! She made sure I have a comfortable and informed experience, answered my questions with great detail, and showed special interest after my exam to know about my situation in the future.

I love this Clinic! Second time there, and I will come back. Very professional, great staff, and Atmosphere I got my teeth whitened, and I'm thrilled with the result.

Dr. Danesh was awesome. I took my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time. She's energetic, enthusiastic and so sweet. She was so sweet and made sure she told my daughter everything she was doing before hand and let her touch and feel it on her hand to get an idea of what it would feel like before putting it in her mouth. I highly recommend her. She's awesome.

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Paid $300 out of pocket for a cleaning with dental insurance. The cleaning was very rough and I woke the next morning with my retainers full of blood and my mouth swollen. Was not given a new toothbrush/etc when I left and had to ask for it when I came back the following day.

Then found out they have a new patient special for $69 that I was also never offered and when I asked was told they already put the claim in and they can't give it to me now. I wish I had a different experience here but I don't think I will be returning.

The cosmetic work I had done with Dr. Danesh today at Concierge Dentistry was beautifully done. In fact, the results went well beyond my expectations. Of course, the office staff were all very kind and helpful as usual. I really couldn't be happier with my experience and would enthusiastically recommend this office to anyone wishing to have a beautiful smile with kind, compassionate dental care.

I leave a big huge THANKS to Dr. Jay and Dr. Danesh for working with me to get the job done and for teaching me how to better maintain my beautiful smile now too. You both are a much appreciated blessing in my life. FIVE STARS!

Soraya is fantastic! Best hygienist! I'm not the bravest person when it comes to visits to the dentist. Soraya makes me feel comfortable. She's gentle and thorough in her work. Dr. Danesh is a wonderful dentist, kind, gentle and enthusiastic! She's always excited to see her patients and genuinely cares about them. Dr. Jay Grossman and his office team are amazing. I had some complex issues with dental damage from the effects of chemotherapy. Dr. Jay listened to my history and devised a combination of crown restoration and deep scaling /cleaning techniques to bring 100% health back to my mouth. He is the best!

Very nice and professional dentists and dental assistants. Andre Jackson was the BEST! The in office teeth whitening hurt like hell and I only lasted 15 min. However they were so nice, and offered to make trays for me to take home instead at no additional charge. I can't believe how nice they were. I will definitely go back, and refer my friends :

As we come to the close of 2021, many of us reflect on the blessings we have received during this year. How grateful I am that I can cite my experience with Dr. Jay and his staff at Concierge Dentistry as among my blessings! From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Dr. Jay inspires the utmost confidence by his smile which is so wide that it seems apt to describe it as extending "from sea to shining sea" and by his wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Jay and everyone at Concierge Dentistry.

This place is incredible. I am someone who gets extreme anxiety going to the dentist, and Dr. Danesh has made me feel more comfortable than any dentist I've ever been to. she is also very detail-oriented and does outstanding dental work. The entire staff -- from the assistants to the people at the front desk -- are all so friendly and personable. One of the best parts is that when you have your appointment, you walk right in. I've never waited more than a few minutes. So grateful I found this place and would highly recommend to anyone

After 13 years back on the West Coast and countless dentists visits that were either ho-hum or more painful than any procedure, I finally found my spot.and it was literally just down the street! Dr. Danesh was awesome. All of the traits you want: professional, transparent and thorough in the getting my tooth fixed. The staff is awesome as well. I was in and out of there with zero hassle. Just don't tell too many people because I really don't want trouble getting my next appointment

Overall, my experience at Concierge dentistry for a teeth whitening was pretty good. A great location, clean office, and the receptionists are helpful. However, the tech that initially started the whitening process for me was not sanitary (he wiped something that had been in my mouth on his shirt, then proceeded to hand it back to me to put in my mouth), unprofessional (as if he wasn't sure what he was doing), and careless (my lip was burned from the chemicals, shown in the pics, from him mishandling the chemicals and it got on my lip then after I told him it was burning, he took a while to wipe it off of my lip which caused the burn to intensify.

The associate dentist, Dr. Danesh, was nice and had no problem switching the tech once I told her I felt uncomfortable. The other lady they sent in was a lot more gentle and made the process as smooth as I'd envisioned it to be. I believe the first tech who helped me is named Aubrey or something similar, muscular guy with tattoos. If you visit the office, I would NOT recommend doing this procedure with him.

Great, experienced and friendly staff! Dr. Jay is absolutely the best in the west (maybe even the east!) Also the office provides a very calm yet uplifting ambience which greatly lessens the anxiety of "going to the dentist" if you know what I mean. Dr. Jay is not only a great and talented dentist who is definitely easy on the eyes (not really necessary for a dentist to have but it's not a bad thing either, ) but he is a kind, generous, philanthropic man who is more focused on the bright side of life and brings that brightness to the patient with humor, charm and most importantly, expertise. The best part is that you leave there with a happy and beautiful smile!
