My son has been going to this dentist since he was 2 years old. We love the animal themed rooms and giant stuffed animals around. Dentist and the entire staff is super friendly so my son feels very comfortable visiting the dentist since young age. He also gets a kick of getting a token to pick a special price at the end of each visit. We couldn't ask for a better dentist! He is 7 yrs old now and we just came back from his regular cleaning and check up visit, cavities free, yay!

Dr. Richardson and staff always makes my kids feel at ease. Always so kind and welcoming. We can't ask for a better dentist. Highly recommend A++++

Have been taking my oldest daughter here since she was a year and 1/2 and she turns 9 in August. Dr. Richardson is the only one I trust with my kids teeth. Office is clean, staff is ALWAYS so kind and respectful. The office is very kid friendly and they always have the best movies playing, and the kids always get a prize afterwards something they really look forward too.

Have been seeing most of the same staff there since we started coming which tells you a lot. Dr knows exactly what he's doing, he's so kind and fast, literally you will blink and he's filled 3 cavity's. We love love this office and I will take my kids here until they aren't allowed in anymore. We drive close to 30 minutes to come to this office but I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you guys for all you do and don't change a thing!

Since our first visit the staff and the doctor have been very welcoming. They make sure my daughter is comfortable at all times. My daughter always looks forward to her appointments.

I've been bringing my kiddo here for years now and honestly I couldn't ask for a better Doctor and staff for her. Front desk is always sweet and helpful (except for once in I think 2020 and I only saw that rude front desk girl that ONE time.great! lol), Dr Gary is gentle and attentive and so supportive. Great vibes all around. Clean office. Friendly staff. Maybe the only "issue"? They're always booked out weeks in advance, but can you blame them?! Of course they are! Love this office.

My son has been going to Adventure Smiles since 2009 and my daughter went as well until she went off to college. My son is autistic and ADHD. He has never been uneasy about going to Adventure Smiles. They take their time with him and go at his pace. They explain everything to him before they do it. Having the movies overhead in the exam room and in the waiting area is great.

The office staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. Thank you, Adventure Smiles, for making it so my son wants to go to the dentist! This mom really appreciates it! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Over 400 dollars for a childs filling, Ridiculous but we agreed to it. What we did not agree to was the billing incompetence that followed. My wife PAID IN FULL at the time of the service. In fact, she over paid and was issued a refund. Later the next month she recoeved a letter out of the blue demanding an additional $80 dollars or they would ruin her perfect credit.

I am not sure if they are just incompetent or if they are dishonest. I recommend that everyone with a similiar problem file with the Dental Examiners board attention Mark Hood and with the BBB and the Treasures office. Threatening paying customers because of a mistake you made is truly pathetic and unacceptable. Once again, paid in full, partially refunded, threatened. I will add billing pics later.

Have been taking all 3 of my kids here for a few years now. Very professional and explains information in great detail. No complaints! AND kids get a nice surprise after every visit!

My children have been patients of Dr. Richardson for 6 years and I can not say enough nice things about him and his staff. They are always so kind, helpful, and informative. They are the best!

They always go above and beyond. when our son asks about anything they break it down so he understands. and the entire staff is so incredibly helpful and always happy to be there and help people. I would recommend anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to bring theyre children here 100%

As a family we go out of our way to come to this dentist office. The amount of care and gentleness this office has is incredible. My kids LOVE and are "excited" to go to the dentist because of this office. The front desk, dental assistants, the Dentist himself - all amazing. Our child has been going to Adventure Smiles for several years now, but on todays visit we were seen as an emergency situation. Our child had an accident at school, and right away called Adventure Smiles, the front desk always has a comforting and positive additude. We were seen right away. The dental assistant always has a way of making our child feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Richardson is excellent, always very informative and welcoming. Thank you to all the staff, will continue to have our child as a patient through his adolescent years.

I just have to rave about Adventure Smiles Dentist! I was in and out WITH 3 children all having appointments in under an hour?!? Like unheard of! They have the kindest staff. It's always so clean. They always have a great movie playing. I always have such a great experience there. If you are in need of a great pediatric dentist, Dr Gary is your guy!

We have been taking our two kids to Adventure Smiles for about 9 years. We have had a great experience each and every time. They give you a Disney like service experience. My daughter has always been comfortable, but my son was more scared for a few years. They always made sure he had a good experience and didn't push him too far or too fast. Now both my kids are very comfortable and have no stress about going to the dentist.

The best dentist for children. I highly recommend it, it is super clean, they have the best team in that place from the receptionist and all the team behind. They provide a lot of attention to the children and they have a lot of patience for them. My son loves to go to that place.

This was the first time going to this dentist I had a really bad experience at my daughter's other dentist. This place was recommended by my sister my niece has been going there since she was very young and she's now 19 still going there and she's very happy and she suffers from anxiety and they work with her. My daughter loves this place. It's clean, staff is friendly and polite and they give a kids a coin to get a free toy at the end of thier session.

We took our son back to Adventure Smiles for a 2nd opinion because another office left us feeling uneasy with their options for treatment. Every single person who assisted our son showed nothing but patience, sincere care, and detailed knowledge. Dr. Gary was quick and efficient with explaining what our son's treatment options are without ever being pushy.

Our little guy was so happy to be there, and we were much more at ease. We will be coming back for all future checkups even though the drive is much further than other offices because they're so worth it! Thank you!
