Basta, Saeda DDS, MS

Posting on behalf of my mom. She loved her experience and loves how she looks with her implants. It was a very long process but it was totally worth it. The staff was so caring and attentive throughout the entire time. I would love to post a picture but it's not an option. 100% recommend!

I could never express the gratitude I have for Dr Basta and her wonderful staff. Since the very 1st visit about 3/4 years ago I went to St Mary's Dental Office and I was defeated, unhappy, tired and had no hope that I would ever find a dentist to help me get my teeth right. Until Dr Basta she gave me my confidence, self-esteem, and beautiful smile back changed my WHOLE life.

Finding Dr. Basta is such a blessing. I was in search of a wizard to magically fix my teeth and i was very delighted to meet Dr. Basta who made feel like the impossible was possible and I am Very excited to get my smile back!

Update- Now that I'm done with the whole process I'm happy to say that she solved my implant/bridge problem and was able to do it in a way that saved me a considerable amount of money. I'm happy and would recommend her and her staff highly.

BEWARE! Dr Basta is a money hungry dentist who preys on the elderly. Her practice makes false claims on accepting your insurance just to get you in for a consultation (charged me $85) and up sells like a used car salesman. I'm 93 yrs old and didn't appreciate her yelling in my ear to go for a more expensive denture or calling me "dad". I may be old but I'm no fool!

Had a great experience today. All the staff where so friendly, and the place was super clean. Looking forward to the journey ahead with them, and they helped me stay calm since I get nervous.

I ate breakfast today (avocado toast) and noticed a gritty sensation on my teeth. I looked in the mirror and noticed a possibly cracked front tooth. My dentist referred me to Dr Basta's office. The receptionist Alicia was so warm and friendly on the phone and immediately fitted me into the schedule and did warn me that I would have to wait, but that the doctor would see me.

We exchanged insurance info over the phone. It was such a relief knowing that the dentist would see me right away. The office is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. There are free samples of probiotic drops and mouth wash in the reception area. My favorite. I filled out some paperwork and watched a video which was helpful since I have never been to a prosthodontics office before. Dr Basta was very friendly and thorough.

She examined my teeth and noticed some cracked fillings in two areas. The tooth definitely was cracked, but needed to be cleaned and removal of plaque and tarter build up prior to putting on the composite filling. I was so glad that I didn't need a crown or implant and that she was able to fix my tooth. The composite matched my original tooth color and that gritty feeling as I passed my tongue over the chipped tooth was gone.

The dentist and staff taught me to use a wire brush for brushing the specs between my teeth and that my brushing technique probably wasn't helping the gum recession I was experiencing. I purchased a mouth rinse and was given a soft bristle tooth brush and wire brush by gum brand to take home. I'd like to thank Dr Basta for taking care of my tooth emergency and making me feel at ease while paying attention to other teeth issues going on that I would have to address in the near future like a wisdom tooth growing in to be exact.

I'm 62 yr old man that has been obviously going to the dentist forever it seems but this dentist is behind comparison she has unparalleled passion for detail and her work. I believe her to be truly a specialist in her field and her demeanor speaks for itself. I'm truly humbled by her and her staff attention to my overall experience.

Dr Basra is amazing! Professional, experienced and caring. She takes time to explain everything and answers all questions. She makes you feel comfortable and confident. Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing friendly staff. Doctor was very nice and very informative and made me feel like I was in the best care. I would highly recommend them to friends n family. I was very nervous and had anxiety but every single person made me feel better and gave me support and walked me through everything. Best 1st time experience

I had been coming to see Dr. Basta for so many years. She would send us birthday cards & holiday cards which really made us feel appreciated. Staff was always friendly and welcoming, as was the Dr. The last visit I had just completely ruined everything for me. I went in for a regular cleaning sometime in December. After my cleaning, the Dr. tried to fill a NONEXISTENT cavity.

When I told her I didn't have one, she threw it back on me saying I did & that I never took care of it. I told her that if I did have one, I would've taken care of it IMMEDIATELY, as I have done for ALL dental issues. She then apologized & said it was a mistake. LIKE WTF. She was so ready to go in & do unnecessary work, trick & blame me, & collect her money from my insurance.

I truly believe she was trying to do whatever work she could just to collect from my insurance. I had never felt so disrespected or taken advantage of by her before. I never came back after this. So if you're planning on coming here, be careful. Like I said, I had been coming here for years & never had a problem. But looking back now, I'm wondering how many times I went in & got work done that wasn't needed.

Oh my goodness gracious this woman is an artistic maestro. After many years of abuse and lack of care, I would not smile without putting my hand over my mouth. That is not the case any longer because of Dr Basta. I actually feel like I want to stick my head out the window with my mouth wide-open so everybody can see my teeth. Not only do I love my smile but I have thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. Alicia, Roxanne, and Alejandra have been wonderful to work with as well.

I have other friends that have had major dental work done and spent less than I have and you can certainly tell the difference. The absolute best investment that I have ever made in my life thank you so much.

Awesome Prosthodontist and dentist! I have been going there for a few years now and every time I arrive I am immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable staff. You can tell that Dr. Basta knows her stuff and makes sure that I was comfortable during every visit. The greatest compliment that I can give her, which truly happened, is that I fell asleep once while she was drilling my teeth. Really. that happened! She's really great and her prices are very reasonable given her expertise!

I've always had an irrational, extreme fear of dentists. This phobia kept me from going as often as I should while my teeth suffered. After years of not seeing a dentist I decided I needed to grow up and pay one a visit. On someones recommendation I visited Dr. Basta who has honestly changed my whole outlook on dental visits! On my first visit I discovered I needed some dental work, which even though was minor scared me to death (queue the flashbacks of painful dental visits in my younger years). Dr. Basta was very reassuring and promised me I was in good hands.

When the day came to have this dental work done I was surprised at how relatively painless it all was! I just wish I visited so much sooner. Enough about me - the staff here is super friendly and professional. Whenever I call in they sound like they're happy to hear from me and I feel like I'm talking to a friend. The facilities are top notch, modern and clean, the dental chair is the most comfortable I have ever sat in, and everyone from Dr. Basta down makes sure you are always comfortable.

Thanks to Dr. Basta, my fear of dentists now ranks below that of snakes, dreams about being in school, and clowns. Again, thank you! tl;dr - Take good care of yourself and visit a dentist regularly. This one is a good one.
