Dreamscape Dental

Was looking for a new dentist around the area so decided to try Dreamscape Dental. First appointment I was told I would need a night guard, a deep cleaning, and had 13 cavities. I decided to go back to my family dentist for a second option. That dentist did their own x-rays and said I had no cavities, but maybe 1 spot to watch and that a night guard and deep cleaning we're not necessary treatments.

Since then I have seen another dentist with no diagnosis of cavities. I must add that when I let the Dr. Shah's office know I would need the X-rays they took so I could send them to my family dentist, I received a personal text from Dr. Shah saying that not all the cavities would show in the x-ray.

Dr. Shah and his staff have renewed my confidence in the integrity of healthcare providers. I will continue to refer those I care for to his office.

I'm never crazy about being in a dental chair but Dr. Shah made my experience great. He's gentle, kind and eased my anxiety by taking his time and explained things. I had 2 crowns done and completed while in the office. I so appreciate not having to come in again! Plus the crowns look good. Thank you Dr. Shah! You're the best!

The best Dentist and Staff on this planet. Dreamscape dental is taking all safety precautions to keep all patients safe. I have been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else. Wow what a day! Lost a crown and was blessed to be able to sneak in to Dr. Shah and crew for a quick fix. Brenda, cheerful and helpful, as always. They ended up with a cleaning cancellation and got that taken care of as well. The whole staff so friendly and kind. Thanks for a great ending to a crazy day

Finally a dentist we enjoy going to! I came across them via our dental insurance network and thought the reviews too good to be true. From the moment we made appointments they have been so great to work with. Making new patient appointments was fast and easy since they were able to do it over text. The techs and admin were very warm and helpful and didn't try to upsell anything, which we appreciated. Dr. Shah was so sweet and genuinely cares about his patients. He even recommended me to an amazing oral surgeon and had my X-rays faxed over in time for my consultation. Glad to have found our long term neighborhood dentist.

We all deserve the best! Dr. Shah is so honest and affordable for everyone's budget! They are taking safety measures and precautions to make sure all patients are protected. The office is super clean. You won't feel any pain and your smile will make others smile. The Staff is so professional and friendly. I love this place!

They are amazing here! I usually hate going to dentists. But Dr. Shah and his staff are truly magnificent. The appointment process is simple and can be done through text message (which eliminates long phone wait holds). They get you in fast. The facility is conveniently located in twin oaks near the freeway exit, with roomy parking lots. The front desk representatives are friendly and communicative.

His hygienists and back office staff members are good at what they do. They explain the procedure well which minimizes surprises. They are cognizant about people's anxiety and puts effort to put you at ease. Dr. Shah is a great dentist. He is a kind, and passionate about what he does. I will keep coming back to this office, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was always afraid of fixing my front teeth, but then i heard great things of Dr Shah and now i highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Im very happy and satisfied with my results. Thank you Dr Shah and thanks to all your team for given me such a great experience!

I have not had good experiences in the dentist chair. This is the challenge that faced Dr. Shah as I final came in for a visit, it had been several years. First of all, I was praised for making the decision to taking charge of my dental health again. I was never shamed in any way about not having been to the dentist. The tech that cleaned my teeth was excellent. Communicating everything before and during the process, making sure I was comfortable the entire time.

When I met with Dr. Shah it was clear that he was going to do the same. There is a great sense of comfort knowing that the Dr. understands your fear and cares about you as a person. Dr. Shah is very skilled in his craft and takes tremendous pride and care in his work. I received genuine caring text messages as he followed up to make sure things were going well. I am so glad to now have a real partner in my dental health. This is the best dental experience of my life.

Been going to Dreamscape for over 3 years. Dr. Shah and the team are great and happy to work with your schedule (or last-minute reschedule). For larger procedures, they work with what you and your budget can handle. I'm also impressed with their communication, even taking the time to check on your recovery via text, making sure everything feels right and good. I've never known a dental clinic to be so focused on your well-being!

I've been going to Dreamscape Dental since 2002, and wouldn't have it any other way. The office is beautiful and cozy, the staff is AWESOME! Both of my kids are special needs, and Dr. Shah has gone to great lengths to make my boys comfortable. The staff knows my boys, and is able to work on them with no problems. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!

I've been with Dreamscape Dental for about 2.5 years & on every visit, I've gotten nothing short of a warm welcome from the caring staff! Once being called to the back & seated, the staff makes sure you're comfortable & asks for a show of preference from Netflix while you wait. Visits from the minute you walk in and walk out is less than 2 hrs, if that!

Can't come in unless it's a super early visit or the weekend?! They have your back as they work a Saturday once a month to accommodate & can schedule as early as 6:45am on some days if you're an early bird & don't want to miss work. If you want a phenomenal, caring & an extremely experienced dentist, Dr. Shah is phenomenal at that! He's attentive to my numerous concerns, gives me alternatives for what I need, makes sure I'm well taken care of, and follows up personally via text!

Insurance problems?! Won't be a problem here. Brenda is incredibly tentative to my insurance situations and makes sure it gets billed properly & accurately. Thankfully, I can work out a finance plan there if need be. They've definitely set the standards high for me! Forever grateful for this place!

Dreamscape dental! I would firstly simply say thank you! Dr Shah and his team are very professional, kind and understanding. I had not been at the dentist for close to 7 years, I was terrified hence the reason I put it off for so long. They were not judgmental. I have had fairly extensive work done and can truly say that it was pain free. I have overcome my fear of the dentist. I cannot say enough good things. Finding a good dentist can be hard but coming here is definitely the right choice. I was having issues with my teeth two years ago and everyone Dr Shah and everyone is the office has been taking great care of my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Dreamscape Dental. Thanks a lot

What a joke of an establishment. First off, I just want to start by saying I've never yelped or been a "yelper" but I thought I'd do the community a good service by letting everyone know that this place is an absolute shit show. I cannot drive myself anymore due to my weight and a bad knee. My wife (god bless her soul) is now basically my personal taxi and drove around hell's half acre just trying to find the damn place.

The location is very unassuming considering the fact that my wife dropped me off at the mortuary (The mortuary is next door for anyone's future reference). Funny thing is when I finally found the place and got wheeled in (which is no walk in the park for anybody involved), I thought I was in another mortuary! There was nobody there! I was about to call it a day when finally someone walked out from the back and acknowledged my existence.

Then I turn around and see the doctor come in through the front or who knows where and greeted me and introduced himself (not a bad lookin fellow might I add). I got a regular cleaning and had an exam with the doctor after. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning which I thought was funny because I've had dentures for almost half my life now.

There aren't any teeth to deep clean! Just when I thought I'd had enough of this guy, he asks me if I clench and grind in my sleep. Well how the hell would I know doc?! I'm asleep! He then proceeds to tell me that I need to get impressions to get a bite guard or night guard? Whatever the hell. I had never of the thing in my life. I don't have teeth so I'm not sure what I'd be grinding at night other than my sweet wife. This guy is just out to make a quick buck. I may be in a wheelchair but I'm not stupid. Save yourself the time and stay FAR FAR away from this place.

Just moved here and have been to one appt. The office easily accommodated all four of my family members in one morning. Two of us had really great visits and two of us had really good visits. One of the people that did cleanings was a little bit rough. No wait for appts.

I am adding to the plethora of five start reviews for Dreamscape dental. Brenda assured me too that everything would be ok. Brenda, you do not know how much this put me at ease. I had what would probably be a painful procedure elsewhere, but I did not experience pain at Dreamscape. My procedure required several shots of anesthetic that normally hurts like heck.

Not here. If you have fear of, or just hate needles, they will take great care of you here. To all the great reviews before me, thank you for letting me know what a great practice this is.

My experience in this place was so pleasant. This dentist office is by far the best in town. After leaving this establishment, I called my local family members and friends to refer them to Dr. Nirav Shah and his wonderful team. I am big in customer service and this office offers it all. I felt at ease and welcomed. They are so great with kids. The explained thoroughly my procedure.

I also knew beforehand around how much my treatment was going to cost. The doctor and the hygienist are very kind and sweet. You can feel they are passionate about what they do & they are not trying to make money out of you. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for friendly staff, clean and modern office, & update technology. 5 star treatment for sure;

I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Shah and his dream team are amazing and are truly a #dreamteam!. If you are looking for that dentist that goes above and beyond, look no further. I have been to a lot of dentist in the past and have never experienced such an amazing service and care. They truly care about you beyond what is happening inside your mouth.

I can't imagine going to any other dentist apart from Dreamscape. He truly has made a difference in my life and his list of referrals are top notch! He is definitely well connected with some of the best in San Diego and he personally text to checkup on you. He does not leave you halfway and for that, I am truly grateful for Dr. Shah and his amazing team.

Dr Shah and his office deserve the 5* rating. They work hard to earn it. The entire staff is ALWAYS friendly. The office is always clean. The Doc is always ready to ensure you leave Happy. What else to say!

My wife hated her teeth and feared dentists. She had zoom done at another dentist and tried every whitening product available to no avail. I could rarely get her to smile for photos, so rare I could only find one "before" picture from over a year ago. We went to Dr. Shah at Dreamscape Dental and the experience was wonderful. From Renee in the front office to the assistants and especially Dr. Shah, she was happy and decided to fulfill her dream of getting a Hollywood smile. Dr. Shah was honest and didn't try to sell her a whitening product and told her that her lack of enamel would make it a waste of money.

In the end she got 8 veneers and the "test drive" lab created temporaries in her selected color. It took until her late 40's to smile for photos, now I cant get her to stop. She refused to wear red lipstick before, now she's got every shade. He was surprisingly priced lower than I expected and lower than others in the area. Now the whole family goes there and when I call for appointments, Renee treats us like family. Reasonably priced, honest and they never make you feel bad because your teeth aren't perfect, isn't that why you go to a dentist, to fix what you'd like fixed without judgement. Dreamscape is what a dental office should be. He even texted in the evening after to check to see if she had any complications or pain and again a week later.

I had my very first appointment at Dreamscape Dental. I chose this dentist after the reviews I read. My experience was exactly what other patients had reported: The staff was very professional and nice. They were my first point of contact and made me feel very at ease. Dr Shah was a great listener and listened carefully to my issues. After having a not so good experience at my previous dentist and coming to Dr Shah, I now know what good care is about.

I have already recommend all my family, friends and coworkers to Dreamscape and am so very thankful that I no longer have to be worried about unnecessary procedures being done but more importantly, that I will be getting the best dental care from now on.
