As always Dr Boulters team provided excellent service. Emily is a kind and caring hygienist. I've been under their care for many years and though it's an hour drive for me to my appointments I gladly make it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boulter for more than 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The office staff are friendly and professional and they make you feel like family. My son is also a patient and he loves him as well, from a toddler to a teenager. Joseph Boulter is the best.

My family has been seeing Dr. Boulter for over 20 years and we trust him completely. He makes time to answer questions and explain things. His staff is wonderful as well-very welcoming and they are always available to help you.

Want to highly recommend this dentist and their practice. I was visiting from out of town over Christmas with an abscessed tooth. They were able to help me get that diagnosed and found me an oral surgeon on the same day during the Christmas holiday. I felt like I was given a small miracle. If you are considering using them please do not hesitate.

Tracy, the office manager at Dr. Boulter's dental office is a very nasty, rude, arrogant and racist woman. She doesn't know how to treat anyone especially other ethnic groups. She treats people like they are beneath her. She doesn't know how to talk to people. I feel sorry for the people who have to see her face on a daily basis especially Dr. Boulter because he is so very nice. Tracy on the other hand needs to know that people of other ethnic backgrounds are just than people.

Though our skin colors may be different we are still people with feelings but she doesn't have any regard for that. She's "drastic"! Just know that Tracy will be more than happy to take the money of people of other ethnic groups but Tracy is definitely going to have that person working in the same office as she is. She judges others before even getting to know them. My first impression of Tracy was that she's pathetic!

I moved here in 2015, and had an abscess tooth diagnosed by my primary care doctor. She referred me to Dr. Boulters office. Sadly, Dr. Boulter was out of the office that day teaching at a conference. When I explained my situation, Donna immediately found me an Endodontist close by and made the referral for me to them for the abscess and temporary root canal and scheduled the follow up with Dr. Boulter. Thankfully when I did had my appointment for the crown with Dr. Boulter he discovered the abscess did not completely heal and immediately got me back into see the Endodontist to get the additional treatment I needed.

That was my first serious dental issue and Dr. Boulter and his awesome staff made it so much easier and less stressful than I could ever have asked. I thank my primary care Dr. Jaime Kibler for personally referring me to him as she is also a patient of his and holds him in high esteem. Since that time my whole family now sees Dr. Boulter. It was hard on the staff when the Covid pandemic started and continues on. Dr. Boulter and the staff take the safety of the patients, and the staff, very seriously.

I greatly appreciate that since recently being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and my health can be easily compromised due to the medications I need to take to fight it. I wear a mask everywhere, even though I am vaccinated. I know the entire staff is vaccinated, but I really appreciate their still wearing masks to protect patients and their staff. Thank you Dr. Boulter and your staff for always looking out for your patients safety. It is much appreciated.

Dr. Boulter and his staff are representative of the best dental experience. The staff are all very knowledgeable and prompt with their assistance and Dr. Boulter's enthusiasm and constant pursuit of knowledge show in his rapport and approach with his patients. His assistant is so in tune with the Doctor, that the two operate seamlessly. Every visit, from teeth cleaning to the more involved, has been exemplary.

I just started at Dr. Boulter's office this year, but in my 40 years of seeing dentists Dr. Boulter and his staff by far surpass my previous experiences! The care I've received is above and beyond. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, friendly! I am so happy that I made the switch to seeing Dr. Boulter and his team!

I have been a patient of Dr. Boulter for 17 years. He has taken care of my children since they were two. He has done braces for all three of us as well as all of our regular dental care. He and his staff are the best in the business. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He has a great new system for cleaning teeth that gets the scaling off while causing very little discomfort. The environment is clean, friendly and comfortable. I consider them part of my family!

Choose this practice with confidence! I have been a patient of Dr. Boulter for 18 months. Dr. Boulter is a consummate professional. His great sense of humor helps to break the ice and ease the tension. (who isn't tense at the dentist) I speak with confidence when I say; he wants what is best for his patients. He responded to a dental emergency I had on a holiday weekend within minutes of my phone call.

I cannot praise him enough. His entire office waiting room, restroom, front desk, examination rooms are all pristine. Dr. Boulter and all his office staff are courteous, helpful, and friendly. All are VERY polite. I consider the doctor and his team to all be gracious and sincere. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my previous dentist and was in the mindset of avoiding all things dental.

From the first phone call with Ms. Evelyn and each and every interaction since has been A+. Donna mans the phones and runs the office. She answers phone calls and emails consistently- within less than half an hour! She is a rock star. She recently sent me a you tube link for my kids to watch to ensure they are using their sonic care toothbrush properly. There may be plenty of dentists in Jacksonville, but Dr. Boulter and his staff will take excellent care of you. He is highly respected in his field for good reason

Dr. Boulter and the staff that I have met, Tracy - Office Manager, Donna - Front Office, Evelyn - Front Office, and Endia - Hygienist, have all been amazing. They go above and beyond any other dental office I've been to previously. Their customer service is top notch. Evelyn calls before your appointment and if there is availability for a different time slot or what she feels may work better for you, she will call, text, and even email you the notification to accept or not. Endia was my Hygienist and was very patient with this patient who likes to grip the chair as if I'm going Mach 10.

The facility is definitely "state of the art" and very pleasing to the eye. There is even televisions in the ceilings to help distract you from the goings on inside your mouth. If you are looking for a dentist, give Dr. Boulter a call to see if they accept your insurance. I'm glad that they accept mine. :-
