The people are very friendly and helpful. They explain what they are doing and make you feel very comfortable. There is never a long wait and I enjoy the joking around with the staff and the doctors. It is like being with close friends. I have recommended them to several families who needed dentists and they were all pleased with the care they received.

I have been to MANY of the area's dental practices, and Bearable is the absolute best practice on the Palouse, in my opinion. I started at Bearable when we first moved to Moscow 10 years ago and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. 4 years later, we moved to Colfax, about 40 minutes away in Washington, and I began looking for a closer dentist.

After trying one practice in Pullman who INSISTED that I NEEDED a crown on a tooth that very clearly didn't need one (verified by 2 different dentists), and tried to sell me over $300 worth of things I didn't need, I decided to try a Colfax practice. I had several very bad experiences in that office, which gave me dental anxiety. Very long story short, I decided to go back to Bearable and have not regretted it one bit. The care I've received, the friendly staff, knowledgeable hygienists, and the personable dentists make the drive worth it every time.

Dr. Sept and Ms. Katie are amazing! My kiddos adore going to get their teeth cleaned! Their patience and kindness is incredible and appreciated. I highly recommend going to Bearable!

Do not go here. Went to have an implant put in and a tooth extracted. I had the worst experience of my life going here. I'll never go to another dentist in my life. Not only did the dentist send me into a full blown panic attack in the chair but he was sooooooooooo rough. Also I got dry socket and then they didn't want to do any pain management. Also they never called me after the extraction to check on me.

I had to call them two days later and tell them I thought I had dry socket and needed to come back in to be checked out. Through all of this I felt like I was violated and then had a panic attack, which I've never had before and felt like I was dying, and then they just didn't care about any of this unpleasant experience for me at all. All they wanted was for me to leave and not to come back.

I'll never go here again and I'll tell everyone I know to not go here. I just don't understand how dentist think that they can be so rough and that there isn't a person attached to these nerves and bones that they're banging and smashing on. Terrible terrible terrible. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Awesome Dental practice! Dr. Schiavoni is the greatest dentist I have ever seen in my 62 years on this planet. My upper teeth were a mess and he placed crowns on them restoring my incredible smile. Thanks Doc!

Amber was wonderful and gentle but thorough. Always friendly staff. For those who might feel a little anxiety at the dentist these folks ease that right out of you. Thank you Bearable its always a pleasure to visit your office.

The staff here is extremely nice and accommodating. I have severe dental anxiety and they worked with me to come up with a workable solution to get the care I needed in the comfort I required. Best dentist group I've had the luxury of knowing and going to.

Dr Schiavoni's skills and professionalism are outstanding. He is truly an artist at his craft and you will find no finer dentistry anywhere in the world. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and kind staff. Patti at the front desk is great! Both the dentist and the hygienist I had today were efficient and kind. Will certainly be returning for all my dental needs!

The experience was wonderful. The hygienist and the dentist were both comfortable and easy to communicate with. Their professionalism was light and fluid.

They are a great fit for our family(7). They got us on the schedule quickly, and we had a fast moving appointments today. The staff are so helpful in making my kids feel safe and comfortable before doing x-rays, cleaning and what not. Definitely recommend!

My 14 yr old son was very nervous about his exam & cleaning. Jen our hygienist was so sweet. She put put him at ease with her sense of humor and confidence. She was able to express the importance self care and oral hygiene without sounding bossy like a mom. Office was clean and efficient. The only negative thing I can say, is the online check in was redundant and annoying.

Bearable Dentistry is the best. I recommend them very highly. They are honest and fair. My dentist retired so I was looking for a new dentist when I found Bearable. Several other dentists I went to said I had multiple cavities. One said I needed a root canal. My dentist said my teeth were fine, and so did Bearable. I have been going to Bearable since 2018.

They are great with my kids. My kids were 3 years old when I started taking them. Bearable has a Bear Cave made of plaster that is fairly really looking. They loved going in there while they waiting for their appointments or for other family members to be finished. My kids are 21 and still going to Bearable. Everyone you come in contact with is cheery and helpful.

The hygenists do a terric job without hurting you. The dentists are efficient, very competent and easy to talk to. There is also nitrous to use while you have anything done. Even cleanings! I truly love Bearable and their bears focused decor!

I cannot express how amazing they are! I have extreme dental anxiety and I avoid the dentist at all costs. Everyone there was super understanding and patient. I am notoriously hard to get numb, and instead of starting when I was still not numb as other dentists have done, they waited until I could not feel a thing to do my filling. Bearable dentistry changed the way I viewed my dentist appointments. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough!

Only my second time in the office, but every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with their services. They are excellent at communicating what they are doing before or as they are working on my teeth. I am thankful to have dental staff that I trust!

Bearable Dentistry in Moscow, ID is great! I have never had a bad experience here, and they have been my dentists since 2014. The Doctors are all friendly and my hygienist, Terryn is Amazing! I've had a couple of wisdom teeth extracted here too, and they don't lie when say say painless; never felt a thing! Keep up the great work!

The staff and Dr were all very professional and very helpful. They listened to my concerns and were very good about working out a plan for my dental needs while also being very reasonably priced. I have a lot of anxiety with dentist visits and everyone there was awesome at makinge me feel at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist to visit them!

Used to be a great when Dr. White (Sr. And Jr.) ran things. Downhill ever since leaving the practice in incompetent/unkind hands. I Parted ways with holes in my teeth and charged for a nightmare. Literally shown the holes with a mirror by another dentist in the area. Plenty of other offices with quality professionals that stand by their work. Love your teeth. go ANYWHERE else!

Loved this office, Amber was amazing. I have a major dislike of dentist and their offices! This office is a cute bear den, sweet as can be. No dental office smell, which was a huge plus in making me feel comfortable and less stressed!

No stars they ruined my mouth and I have to have oral surgery to fix what they messed up! So pissed and unhappy! They are rude and do shitty job! Want pain and misery then by all means here's your dentist! Worse experience ever I mean ever!

The staff at Bearable is great. They were kind and gentle and I felt that they provided me with excellent service.

I have gone to Bearable Dentistry since I was a child. Most of the staff is amazing. Dusty is great and Anji is my favorite. As with any practice, you will occasionally come across someone you do not prefer but just mention it and they will schedule you with someone else next time.

This is a great dental office. We've found the staff to be helpful, kind and personable. We're new to town and they worked with us for an emergency crown with a very tight window. Dr Dusty did a great job with our 5 year old. They're good for the whole family!

I saw Dr. Sept and his staff for the first time. I thought I broke my crown all I did was chip off porcelain. The atmosphere is very cute with the bear theme throughout the office. Great little "kids cave" which houses a TV and games

Did just an xray and checked a tooth like I asked. They are good about not trying to sell you extra stuff. Very respectful.

I went to these guys to have some much needed work. One tooth that I thought should be extracted they decided to keep. They drilled a giant crater in ti and filled it with amalgam. Two months later the tooth split down through the root and there was associated PAIN. I went back to Bearable Dentistry and I got in the chair, he looked at my tooth but when I told him I would not have any money to pay them for a week he invited me to leave!

I do not think that any charge was warranted. Bearable Dentistry does NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR Work. They run their practice like an assembly line with each taking three or more patients at a time. I would NEVER HAVE TAKEN MY kids there when they still lived at home.

This place sucks! I paid my bill but just because it had gone to collections I was told that I could never ever receive dental care from them again. That is bs when I had called to pay my bill but then told it was turned over to collections so same day I paid the collections agency. How f ed up! Whatever! This place is just a bunch of stuck up peeps who think they are better than the rest!

After getting recommendations from 5 or more coworkers/friends, my husband and I both gave Bearable Dentristry a try. We were both very, very pleased! I was greeted very cheerfully. Only waited a couple minutes. The office was incredibly clean and nice - not outdated. Charmaine did a very thorough job on my teeth. She was very friendly and knowledgable.

It was obvious that she and Dr Dusty had done their homework and were aware of my issues. I love their focus on prevention and the price was very reasonable. They were both very gentle and quick but very thorough. They didn't charge us for follow-up x-rays! Great service and we both will highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely the best dentists we have had in thirty years of living in pullman. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. Always felt like I was in good hands. My daughter broke a tooth right before going back to school in Seattle and they saw her that day and hooked us up with a dentist in Seattle to finish the work! Amazing!

Bearable Dentistry always provides me with great service that's prompt and courteous. I've had my regular cleanings as well as an implant placed and the experiences have been reassuring (don't want to say great - it is still the dentist) and extremely professional. Dr. Sept is great and Rena is a great dental hygienist. I'm very happy with Bearable Dentistry!

The only downside is the financial person. She is very brusque and has contradicted herself a few times (in terms of payment amount) that makes it a little confusing and not comforting (especially when you're handing over thousands of dollars for a new tooth). But most people won't have to deal with this, so I don't count it against them. Plus, it's money and it's never fun when you're giving it to the dentist!

First time at Bearable Dentistry and I couldn't have been happier. I am very glad I went. Dr Shivoni was excellent.

I've been a patient with Bearable for three years. I've found them to be great when it comes to routine care, and even better when problems arise. When I had an accident that threatened the loss of a tooth, they not only stabilized it but worked diligently to get me into an endodontist (there are many of those around here and they're usually booked well in advance) in less than 24 hours. Several of my children also receive care here, and they find the experience positive.

After a terrible and horrific experience at a dentist I would call a 'sadist, ' I went to Bearable Dentistry to learn that there should be NO fear and MINIMAL levels of pain. My experience was so much better. They are gentle on your mouth, super friendly, quote you prices and do not pressure you into things you cannot afford or are not totally ready or comfortable for.

They spend the time explaining everything to you and answering your questions and I, or the rest of my family, have never had to wait an inappropriate amount of time like at some offices. My husband and I had such good experiences with the staff that our daughter goes there and has ever since she was an infant. Because she's not had the traumatic experience, she actually enjoys going to the dentist and looks forward to it! To me, that's the best assurance you can have.

I am in the painful process of having every filling and crown done at Bearable Dentistry replaced. Some people have fillings for years; those people didn't go to Bearable Dentistry to get them in the first place. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist.

Bearable Dentistry, and Dr. Shivoni, has been my dentist for years. I go here because of the caring staff and commitment to quality. Since I live in Clarkston and it's a little over a half hour drive up to Moscow, I can tell ya that it's worth it. When there is a major procedure to be done, they don't wait around for several weeks for an appointment to open up. They get it done right then.

This place is awesome and we go to them with all of our dental problems. It's owned by a father/son team with a third partner. It's kid friendly and the kids love going there. The waiting room is really cool. Lots of bears and stuff everywhere, as one would expect. But for the kids, a small bear cave was formed for a play room and it even has a small tv.

My one disappointment here was that there aren't many books or toys in there and the tv is actually rarely one so my kids would still gravitate back out into the main waiting room. I've always had great experiences with the staff and they're definitely kid friendly. Even for little ones so called Happy Visit to get them aquainted with the world of dentistry.

When my oldest daughter had hers, she didn't want to leave! They're knowledeable and I never feel like I'm being talked down to. And if you have an emergancy, they work hard to try and fit you in. They always speak to you like an equal, even the kids. And if something in a procedure isn't working for you, they try to change it if at all possible. I'm against flouride.

I don't like the whole notion of it, and I'm also very sesnitive to it so I don't use it at all and neither do my kids. We've never had a problem in that area. While they do try to give you little spiel about it the first couple of times or so, they won't push you on it. The one bad thing about this place are the high prices. They're actually one of the most expensive dentists in Moscow. However, they do accept Medicaid although I'm not sure if they're accepting new Medicaid cases at this time.
