We have FEP Blue Cross Blue Shield "high" Dental plan. We were repeatedly told by Vineyard Dental that they were an "in network" provider. When there were problems with our bill, they assured us not to worry as the change of name and location caused problems with insurance companies that would be resolved. We then were billed $700 because we were charged as "out of network".
