Pediatric Dentistry Of Hamburg

I cannot say enough great things about Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg- Georgetown. We thought we were having an emergency with my 9 year old daughter's tooth. Her regular dentist wasn't open today (which was odd). As my husband and I scrambled to find an in-network dentist, I called to get an appointment. They were so helpful and she was seen within 45 minutes of my initial call.

From the front office staff to the hygienist to Dr. Dillow we're very grateful that they were able to help. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency after all. We have already scheduled an appointment for my daughter and son to have their routine cleanings & preventative care. It's so nice to feel welcome so close to home and have your questions and/or concerns addressed. I'd definitely recommend this group any and all family & friends with littles.

I took 6 of my kids today, I usually take 7. Everyone was so kind and helpful as always. My 5 year old is extremely special needs and they were so calm and patient with him. Masks being optional helped so much too! My littl kids are so afraid of masks, especially my son. Thank you so much for making big family dentist visits go so smoothly!

Very friendly staff and def focused on the kids. I was afraid my 3 year old would freak out his first time, but he loved it! The decor is cute and they give little prizes at the end! The only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 is I felt a tad rushed through this past time but overall they were amazing!

We've seen several providers here and it has always been an exceptional experience. All employees here are amazing and make you feel welcome and valued. We have especially loved both Dr's. Jackson and Dr. Dillow. That being said, you really cannot go wrong with any of the providers here. The front desk staff and all the technicians are absolutely amazing as well.

Dr. Day placed a cap on my 7 year old daughter and did an amazing job. He was incredibly gentle, patient and kind. We've always enjoyed getting her exams done here but it's even better to know that they do a great job on restorative procedures as well. The staff is always kind to us!

We absolutely love going to Pediactric dentistry of Hamburg/Georgetown. The staff are so friendly. My son has been going there for the last couple of years and he absolutely loves going there. My son sees Dr. Day. We moved out of county and there's nowhere else we would want to go.

I had 3 kids go at once. They were quick and efficient once we got back there! They put them all on beds next to each other at the same time and all had cleanings at the same time instead of having to wait one by one. The dentist Alex was great! My kids liked everyone and did really well! They were excited to get a token to get a little prize at the end. It was a great experience!

Hands down the best pediatric dentistry! All 5 of my kiddos go here, ages ranging 4-16, they all love the entire experience. From the time we open the door we are always greeted with an upbeat happy face. My kids love hearing their names announced over the intercom letting the staff know they have arrived and are ready for their appointment! The kids get so excited to see all of their decor and the themes in each room, they love that the open room is a pirate ship theme and their favorite room is the Finding Nemo and Dory room. The staff is always friendly, they put every one at ease including me being the nervous momma. I highly recommend for all pediatric dentistry needs!

Dr. Jackson is so patient with my 3 year old. He absolutely loves going to the dentist thanks to everyone there!

The best dentist I've ever seen with kids. They were friendly and sweet and very detailed.

The staff here is always amazing and make our girls comfortable. My 3 year old needed a couple (cavity bugs) taken care of and she was extremely nervous, but they made her feel so relaxed that they were able to work on her with no problems! She did amazing! As well as the staff! Would highly recommend to any one who has a child with dentist anxiety.

We LOVE this location. My kids (8 & 2) saw Dr. Day yesterday and the entire staff made the visit so welcoming in a stress-free, kid-friendly environment. My 8-year-old loved that he could watch cartoons on the TV above while his teeth were being cleaned, and my 2-year-old loved all of the artwork on the walls. I loved how gentle and patient our hygienists and Dr.

Day were with both of the kids. Dr. Day was so nice and talked to them in a friendly tone while he checked them out, which I know calmed their nerves and made them more inclined to allow him to continue looking at their teeth. We have Tricare dental and are so thankful they are back in network!

We have been taking out LO here for a little over 2 1/2 years now. The staff and the dentist are AMAZING! our LO love to brush her teeth. When we were first looking for pediatric dentist we asked numerous friends and neighbors in the area and they all chose pediatric dentistry of Hamburg in Georgetown.

All 5 of my children were seen at the same time. The appointment was prompt, the cleanings efficient, the staff friendly, and Dr Jackson a delight to my children and informative to me! Highly recommend this office! Surpasses expectations!
