I was visiting my in-laws in North Haven CT for Christmas and was eating a gummy bear and lost my crown. New Haven Dental Group was able to get me an appointment the next day. My smile is fixed and the office was super friendly. I wanted to give a shout out to the front office: Cheri / Christina/ and Kayla. What a true group of professionals. The cost and the allotted time for the procedure(s) are made available before the appointment giving you the time necessary to prepare. The staff here is great! They take great care of you from the front desk staff to the dentist and dental hygienists. The entire team is amazing everytime, especially Kayla! Kayla always greets me with a smile and fits me into the schedule while working with my availability. Try them out, you won't regret it

Don't go anywhere else. I don't necessarily claim dentist offices as 'safe' or 'welcoming' environments but this one was. I haven't been to the dentist for a cleaning in years and felt very self conscious about my teeth. My hygienist caught onto this and reassured me and made me feel really safe. From the receptionists greeting to the cleaning itself, I felt like I was in good hands.

I had a most pleasurable experience with Dr. O'Brien and his amazing team. From Cheri at the front desk to Maureen, his assistant. Dr. O'Brien is the most amazing down-to-earth dentist I have ever encountered in all my 68 years of life. I recommend him to anyone, especially those who have anxiety about dental care.
