Our family dentist, James P. Watts, DMD offers a full array of dental services to help you maintain healthy teeth. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root.

Went to see Dr. Watts for a second opinion on a dental procedure. Office staff was very efficient, very pleasant.met me in the parking lot, took my temperature.followed all COVID protocols. Dr. Watts was very helpful and very friendly. Helped confirm my decisions and suggested potential alternatives as well.

It was great to be back after a year. Really missed that 6 mo check up. Grace did a good job, seems as though she is still settling in and maybe taking a little longer. Understandable, but for the first time ever, I had a 15 min wait time for my 11:00 am appointment. although as I think about it, with all the new COVID guidelines, things must be taking everyone a little longer across the board. I appreciated Grace's concern for a suspicious area on my gums, very thorough.

Jackie who works the front desk is the most disrespectful receptionist I've ever met. Rather than telling me I had an unpaid balance that needed to be fixed before my cleaning she had me sit in the lobby for 40 minutes without saying anything. Even the people who work there acknowledge that shes rude. Its because of her alone that they lost my business. If they ever take care of her I'd go back but after being berated by her everytime i go there I've had enough.

For many years I have been coming to this office and I could not be more satisfied. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes. The cleanings are so thorough and Dr. Watts is exceptional. The technology he uses is so current. Also, there is no one comparable to Dr. Watts numbing technique which is also a bonus. I would recommend this office for all dental care, young and old. They all care about their patients.
