Dr. Jean Lafayette is everything you need as a dentist. She not only has all the qualifications of a DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine), as a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery), she is a qualified surgeon as well. After cracking a bicuspid over two years earlier that was surgically removed elsewhere, Dr. Lafayette was able to install a titanium screw into my jaw for an implant, complete with a flat titanium cap.
The amazing thing is that although my jaw had become very thin at that spot due to the passing of time, she still was able to insert the screw straight into the middle without exiting the bone below the gum line. Although I thought I would need something for pain, she assured me that I wouldn't require it because my trauma was over two years earlier and this surgery was elective.
She was absolutely correct! After a time, she installed the abutment and afterward the custom crown. The whole thing turned out beautifully, with absolutely no problems or pain along the way. Since Dr. Lafayette has four ways of installing an implant, you can be confident that she will positively be able to take care of your particular situation. I received a card advertising mini implants since i had a partial which i hated i ran to her office for that free consultation i was talked into a different expensive procedure and i was approved for finance (they know how to get the money) The procedure left me worst off than before, it did not work now i am in pain all kind of infections and lots of repairs to be done. She would not see me without additional fees. Very good sales people but very bad denist. I should have did my research first. Be adware.

I want to preface this by saying that I really, really hate the dentist. I've had a few bad ones that drove me to near-phobia levels of repulsion. So when I say that Dr. Liang at Dr. Lafayette's office has almost totally reversed my opinions about dentists in just a few visits you know the scale of the change. Everyone in the office, from reception staff to the dentists, is amazingly kind and friendly.
I've never felt rushed or like anyone on staff didn't have the time to give me their full attention. Dr. Liang is wonderful to work with, and she is great at explaining everything she is going, the reasoning behind it, and what to expect, so you know what to expect every step of the way. Add to that, she is simply a very competent dentist (she even teaches other dentists) and she really is amazing. I haven't had the chance to meet Dr. Lafayette, but if she's as amazing as Dr. Liang then this is the only practice worth going to in the area.
