Dr. Steven A. Fischman has been a practicing orthodontist in West Hartford, CT since 1993. He received both his dental degree and his certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1991 and 1993. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, an honor enjoyed by less than one quarter of all orthodontists in the US.

After visiting three practices, we landed on Dr. Fischman's office. My kiddo feels comfortable with their office and staff, which has been extremely valuable during the pandemic. I find the office staff accessible and gracious. We're halfway through our treatment and couldn't be happier. Convenient, friendly, accessible, with quality care - doesn't get better than that!

All three of my children have been treated by Dr Fischman. He is wonderfully skilled and kind. The kids feel comfortable with all of their staff and the treatment plans are very organized and realistic. The outcome of my two oldest have been excellent and my youngest is still in braces and it's going very well.

Been seeing this wonderful Dr since middle school, im in my 30s now and I've had two slip ups with my retainer and had to get braces twice. This guy is the nicest person very professional and cares about his patients. Also his office is very kid and teen friendly for you patents out there. I work in a school now in west hartford and I have students that go see him to and they love the place.

Dr. Fischman Orthodontics is fantastic! Two of my children have been fitted with braces by Dr. Fischman with excellent results. The staff are professional and caring. The office is aesthetically beautiful with modern equipment. My children love the incentive system that can earn them a gift card to choice shopping.
