I've been to many dentists over the years and Dr. McNutt and his staff stand out as the best. The staff are warm and welcoming and Dr. McNutt is detailed in his exams and procedures and also provides sound advice. Additionally they are on time and get you on your way without having to wait around like many offices do.

Gentle care. Brenna's cleaning skills are pain-free. This is my first visit with Dr. McNutt since he purchased the practice. He also is very gentle. He seems very kind and caring, as well as an expert in his field.

The staff here are very profession and caring. i like how sensitive they are to meet the patients needs. Also it is nice that they can perform everything righttheirin their in their own office. They were very accommodating to my schedule and insurance plan. Great experience!

Dr. McNutt extracted a stubborn baby tooth for my son on very short notice. We did not feel squeezed into the schedule, he and his team took the time to make sure my son was comfortable and ready. We really appreciate the good care we received! Thank you LO Smiles!

Very professional yet left with a comfortable feeling, the dentist was a family member. Work was done with precision. Dr. Smith made a good choice in his replacement on account of his retirement.

Very polite staff and the doctor did not act like he was in a hurry to leave our appointment during what was a VERY busy schedule with many rooms full. He kept asking me "do you have any other questions for me?" prior to leaving. He caught decay in a left bottom tooth that the previous dentist did not. He was both professional, savvy and had a great "chairside manner" I went to great lengths to find a good dentist since I will have so many issues upcoming and I"m glad to have found Dr. McNutt.

Kindrah was great and it was lovely to meet Dr. McNutt! I will miss Dr. Smith, but it looks like Dr. McNutt will take good care of us all!

A coworker recommended this office and I decided to give it a try. I have had a handful of appointments there so far and 3/5 have been rescheduled. Two of them being low on staff, and one being a scheduling error of double booking someone's name after mine and choosing the other patient before me. Now i called a week prior of my appointment time to make sure i am good to go and the scheduler told me i will have to reschedule because of staffing.again. Beautifully renovated office and nice staff, but not a fan as far as scheduling goes.

Dr. Smith has been my dentist since I was a child, and I'm now in my 30s. He has been professional, courteous, caring, and personable that entire time. This consistency is inspiring. I trust him above any other dentist I've seen. His staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming.

Wonderful dentist, excellent staff, beautiful office! Went in for a check up and cleaning and left with a better smile than I came in with. I had a slight chip on one of my front teeth and he was able to fix it right then and there. A+!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Smith for a couple years now. We love it. The office is beautiful, they have the latest high-tech gear, the staff are friendly, prophylaxis is thorough, issues are well-explained, and billing is easy. They even give back to the local community. I can't think of anything not to like!

Ive had a lot of dental work done and a lot more to go. i went to lake oswego smiles because of an emergency and the staff got me in that same day. they worked with me for setting up the next few appointments with my difficult scheduled. i had a tooth pulled and some other work. i watched a few episodes of friends then it was done. the laughing gas helped 8

Recently I had a slight emergency. Of course it happened on the weekend and I couldn't find a dentist that would take me (or that was open). So early Monday morning I called Lake Oswego Smiles. Within an hour I was sitting in the chair being worked on. I was very impressed by the staffs kindness and professionalism. I was instantly treated like family.

I was also impressed when I got there they had printed out a list of my insurance coverage to see if it would cover the work I needed. Dr. Colin Smith was great. After doing the work he took pictures of the work and had me look at them. He also explained what he did and answered all my questions. I defiantly recommend driving out to Lake Oswego to go here!

I will also add when trying to find it there is no signs on the road. Also the sign on the door is pretty small, just pull around back and head into the stone building. Dr. Smith's office is on the second floor.

Dr. Colin Smith and his staff are fabulous! I have been skeptical of dentists and insurance after getting ripped off by another. Oswego Smiles discusses all plans and treatment options up front. They do not pressure you for work that does not need to be done. If you can't afford it (and don't want to take out a payment plan), they do the best they can to come up with a plan that will work for YOU. They work great with my insurance. The office staff is top notch and I feel like I get great personal service. I like their early morning appointment options. I am a fan!
