We have had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with Zirbel Orthodontics. My daughter had traditional braces and her team did a wonderful job of not only straightening our teeth, but also making the whole experience as best as it could be. I highly recommend Dr. Zirbel and her great team!

I recently had my son's first Ortho consult and the entire experience was beyond my expectations, from the front desk staff, assistants and Dr Zirbel, herself. The facility is warm and inviting and all questions were answered with ease. Highly recommended!

I had my braces placed and removed at this location around 15 years ago. This past week my permanent retainer came unglued and the staff welcomed me back with open arms. They had photos of my teeth from years ago readily available and were able to show me some minor movements my teeth have made since the retainer has not been glued. They promptly fixed my retainer and I was out the door 30 minutes later. Cannot recommend this practice enough; not to mention the facility is beautiful and inviting as ever.

I was an older patient who used Invisalign aligners. Had to move the teeth a great deal to get a nice result. It all worked out well with dr. Zirbel's expertise guiding the process. I recommend.

This is a wonderful orthodontist office. My daughter and I have been receiving treatment here and it has been so wonderful. The staff and dr Zirbel are so knowledgeable and helpful. I am Looking forward to bringing our younger child here when the time comes and recommend to others. I've never had to wait to be seen, they email if I miss Setting up an appointment when I check out to name a few of the things I appreciate about this office. The service is above and beyond my expectations!

We were referred to Dr. Zirbel and her team by our daughters primary dentist and we have been blown away by the level of care we have received so far. After just the first visit with Janel (treatment coordinator) and Dr. Zirbel we felt like patients and not just another number, everything was throughly explained to us in detail, all questions answered, and we walked out feeling like there is a solid plan in place to correct my daughter's issues. Dr. Zirbel and her staff have provided best in class service. Starting with our initial consultations, I appreciated that Dr. Zirbel recommended waiting to start treatments. Other offices feel pushy and focused selling immediate treatment. Dr. Zirbel placed my daughter's best interest as her top priority. All of the staff has treated us with warmth and joy! Great staff and Dr. Zirbel does a wonderful job with younger kids. My only negative is that they are VERY busy and it's very hard to reschedule appointments when needed.

The moment we walked in friendly staff greeted us. Clean office and staff was very informative and helpful with questions. My son already has practice retainer to try before we get the Invisalign to make sure can handle. Excited to see end results.

Dr. Zirbel and her staff are great with my sons. I have one who has completed his orthodontia treatment and another just starting. She explains all possible options and why she is recommending one over another. They work hard to work around school schedules and to get them in and out of the office quickly. They have also done great with Covid protocols.

They were attentive when our oldest child was not happy with how her smile looked as she neared the end of treatment. They quickly made modifications that fixed the issue. They were especially kind when our youngest child needed special accommodations due to a medical condition. I would recommend Orthodontics by Zirbel to anyone needing orthodontia.

I've been going to Zirbel Orthodontics (formerly Orthodontics by Hipple) since I was a child! I've always had a great experience - everyone there is very friendly. Recently I had to go back to replace my retainer, as it seemed like it was getting old. They were very honest with me that both the top and bottom retainer didn't need to be replaced.

I still chose to replace the top one. Unfortunately it cracked a few days later (these new retainers are much tighter and require much more care removing them). Zirbel was able to get me in and replace the retainer for free! This was such great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend. Happy smiles!

We love Orthodontics by Zirbel! Our youngest of five is the last patient. All the kids teeth look amazing! The staff is awesome!
