Had an after hours emergency as a result of an accident. I was not a patient of Acacia Lane, but Dr Bloch answered my call anyway. At 42 years old, and also an experienced healthcare provider, I can honestly say that this is the most compassion I have ever experienced from a collective group of people. The dentists were so kind and worked quickly to minimize the damage. It will be an extended course of treatment and I will continue as a patient of Acacia Lane! I'm eternally grateful for their skill and kindness!

Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond, I have been a patient for over 20 years and won't go anywhere else. They make your dental experience fun and enjoyable. From the front desk, to the assistants, hygienists, and doctor, everyone is kind and knowledgeable. My hygienist is extremely gentle and patient. 10/10, would recommend to any and every one.

Right when you walk in the door, the staff at Acacia Lane Dental greets you with a smile! Each visit, I feel at ease because Dr. Bloch is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as he explains procedures. Willow, my hygentist is also kind, thorough, and gentle! Best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. It was my first time receiving care here. I normally feel apprehensive about dentists, but I relaxed when the hygienist, Tina, began her exam and cleaning. Soon she had me breathing a sigh of relief with how gentle she was. Dr. Bloch was wonderful too, gentle and helpful. I won't be uptight for my next visit!

Husband went in because of tooth pain. He was told it was infected and would need to be extracted but that they don't do extractions themselves and would set up a referral. Went home with antibiotics and waited for a call. A week later, no call and the tooth pain isn't letting up, so he called their office and is given the run around. Told again they're sending a referral.
Wait another week, still no call for extraction appointment. Calls back to Acacia Lane again. Tells themhe is in a lot of pain and asks what is going on. Again given the runaround. Per my recommendation, decides to call a different dental office. They get him in same day, look and the infection has spread. It takes 2 courses of antibiotics (two different types)to cure the infection. New office schedules extraction for him during his initial visit. We will NEVER go back to Acacia Lane
