I actually have not been to the dentist in years, I am in my late 50's. I had no need. Decided I needed to get a checkup. Live in a small town, did not feel I ever received the best care. Decided to go to a larger city for a good check up. From the moment we walked through the front door, (my husband had his teeth looked at also), we were treated so kind and the dentist (Dr. Brian Koch) and his assistant, Cindy, were so gentle and kind.

Very informative, make you feel so comfortable. Did not rush the appointment at all. Have had a number of follow up visits. From cleaning, fillings and cap replacements. All has went smoothly. We should have been going to the dentist more often, to avoid so much work having to be completed! :) Glad we have went and would highly recommend and plan on making, yearly visits to the city :), to keep our teeth, healthy! Thank you for the great care!

Dr. Koch and staff are top-tier. The customer service, including the text reminders, smiling faces (even beneath masks) and attention to detail is of the utmost quality. I have been a patient since 2018 and have no plans on leaving!

I've had such a positive experience with all the staff here. I actually look forward to go to the dentist now. I have gotten cleanings, all of my fillings redone to white ones which were previously gray and deteriorating, and crowns here and feel confident in my smile now. Thank you to all the great staff for making this a comfortable place I can trust!

I have been a patient of Dr. Koch's for 30 years and I can't recommend him and Oral Health Associates enough! I have never once had a bad experience there and I have been through alot of very difficult problems with my teeth. Dr. Koch is incredibly gentle and patient and has such a kind, calm and comforting demeanor. He got me through it all and in the end did a beautiful set of veneers for me that I've had for about 15 years now with no problems.

I have seen the other dentists there on occasion as well and have always had positive experiences. The assistants and hygienists are all so sweet and their front desk staff is like none other, the nicest gals you'd ever want to meet! Always going out of their way to get you in for appointments and keep you on a regular schedule. I have been taking my kids (now teenagers) there as well since their first checkups when they were little and Dr. Koch and his team have always been so good with them. My husband and the rest of our extended family are patients as well and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Words cannot express how happy we are with Dr. Brian Koch, Cindy and the rest of the staff at Oral Health Associates. After office hours, our teenage son slipped and fell on the hardwood floor breaking both his front teeth. This was very traumatic for all. Dr. Koch called us back immediately and we texted him photos. The nerve was exposed and he met us at the office immediately without hesitation.

The next morning Dr. Brian Koch was able to see our son again and completely repair both teeth beautifully! They followed up by calling to check on him as well as had him come back within a few days to check to make sure no further damage to his nerve/teeth. The care and talent are second to none. As parents, we would do anything to help our children. We knew they would take amazing care of our son as if he were their own child and they did! We highly recommend Dr. Brian Koch and his team!

A doctor from the Green Bay office could not make my tooth numb after making six or more injections. In the end, he said that my tooth is not sensitive to anesthesia, cannot be numb today, and I'm ok to go without filling. I would not believe this possible if it did not happen to me. I provided this company with my feedback in two different places but after more than a month and several follow-ups, nobody from the management or customer care responded. My advice is to avoid this place by all means.

They are not upfront about pricing for cash patients. I was told that they would work with me since I didn't have insurance and every visit ended with a surprise $80 upcharge and a $1000 invoice for more work that I would need. I moved here last year and broke my retainer so I came to oral health associates to replace it. I was charged for X-rays that I already had to become a patient out the gate and the retainers they gave me kept breaking and did not fit properly causing my gums to recede rapidly.

They were happy to write me a new invoice for every new retainer and offer me expensive surgery to fix the gum recession caused by their equipment and ultimately sent me home with broken retainers when I couldn't afford yet another set. I don't recommend going here especially without insurance they are far more concerned about billing and upselling you than providing oral health care to patients.

Just move to upper Wisconsin and was very lucky to get a great recommendation from my current dentist to contact Oral Health Associates for a dental implant. Dr. Brian Koch and his team are excellent and extremely talented. Every process was explained in detail and performed flawlessly. The office makes the entire experience stress-free and professional. You will not find a better dental office! Every staff member is genuine, friendly and professional. They make you feel like family and provide exceptional dental care! Dr. Brian Koch is phenomenal, the hygienists are excellent at what they do, and the ladies behind the front desk are so kind and helpful. We are so thankful to have found Oral Health Associates!

I cannot express enough how much I absolutely LOVE Oral Health Associates. In the past, I have had less than pleasant experiences with dental offices & their staff, painful procedures & complications after procedures. It's caused me to fear going to the dentist and avoid having to go unless it is absolutely necessary. I recently went in for a root canal.

I was petrified and shaking uncontrollably. The team was INCREDIBLE. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and the next day, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort! THE NEXT DAY. It's incredible. They are incredible. Now (thanks to my fellow Yelpers) I have found a local dentist that: 1. Calms my fears 2. Answers all of my questions 3. Has a passion and care for their craft and patients 4. Has a thorough treatment plan for my upcoming procedures I have another appointment scheduled and I can say confidently that I am not longer afraid.

I look forward to going back to get the healthy smile I've been craving (and needing) for years. Stop your search for a new dentist. Oral Health Associates is the place to be.

I'm new to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I decided to let Yelp/Google reviews choose where I should go. Oral Health Associates had some of the best reviews, so I decided to go there for a cleaning and check-up. Adam and Shelly were so kind and thorough during my appointment. They explained everything they were doing before and after they did it to help me understand what was going on with my teeth.

I was really impressed. I've moved around a lot and I've seen a lot of different dentists in different parts of the country. Oral Health Associates was one of the best experiences I've had. I'll definitely be back!

I'm beyond ecstatic with Oral Health Associates. Personally, I despise going to the dentist. Here, they make in pleasantly painless. They offer a friendly environment and flexibility. Both are appreciated as I'm a busy mom who works full time. Dr. Gardner is great. He listens intently to what I have to say and addresses my concerns or questions with high regard.

On top of that, all of the staff are great to work with and I always leave with a glowing smile. Not only because of the great work that has been done but also due to the great people and atmosphere at Oral Health Associates.

My second visit to Oral Health Associates with Dr Adam Koch. Very professional yet friendly environment. Dr. Koch reviewed my X-rays with me and explained the upcoming procedures. I did not feel rushed and was not nervous (unusual for me!). Highly recommend Dr. Adam Koch.

After having negative experiences at other clinics, Dr. Koch and his staff have really made me feel at ease. Easy to work with for appointments, very knowledgeable staff and a relaxing view. They really worked hard to make each visit comfortable. I leave each time knowing what is financially expected and informed about the best ways to keep my mouth healthy. For the first time in years I don't stress about going to the dentist. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

As the other reviewer put it, this is the same review I put on google. "I had a chipped tooth and called the minute I realized the problem. I was a new patient and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 days of my call. Dr Adam Koch is not only a phenomenally nice person, he is an excellent dentist. The rest of the staff are extremely courteous, friendly, and very professional. As long as I am in the area, they have a life long patient. I appreciate everything and would recommend anyone to them. I've been a patient here for probably 20 years. My primary is Dr. Gardner but I've also had occasion to see Dr. Koch for an emergency. Everybody here is wonderful, caring, responsive, easy to deal with and best of all: honest straight shooters who are willing to present and discuss various treatment options and the costs/benefits of them.

Previous to coming here, I'd had 2 dentists who were constantly trying to up sell me. I often questioned the need for their recommendations, and in retrospect, I was right to refuse them. Not here. When they suggest something, I know it's for my benefit, not their pocket. I have 100% trust. I wouldn't switch to another dental practice if somebody paid me to!

Here's my review on Google. thought I should add it here too: I would recommend Dr. Mark Glime to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Him and his team truly make up for a wonderful experience. Dr. Glime takes his time to ensure you understand the procedure and to ensure that you are comfortable through out the procedure. He has great bedside manner and his work is excellent. Me and my wife are both patients of Dr. Glime and will definitely continue to be.
