All Smiles Dental Care - Gary R Imm

Today was my first visit to All Smiles Care. I have suffered from severe dental anxiety for many years and had not been to the dentist in more than 6 years. When I called to schedule the appointment, Savannah was amazing at making me feel comfortable and assuring me I am not alone in my anxiety. Today when I arrived, the receptionist greeted me by name and everyone that I came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming. Morgana was very understanding and empathetic of my fear and explained everything she would be doing during my first visit which helped with my anxiety.

I met Dr. Salhanick and he was also extremely compassionate and understanding. They developed a plan to get me back on track and for the first time I can remember, I am not dreading my next dental appointment.

So happy I found All Smiles! I was not a fan of going to the dentist and hadn't been in a very long time. All of the staff was so kind and made me feel comfortable! Holly is great at what she does and so personable. I have been three times and am looking forward to continuing to go every six months!

I've been a patient at All Smiles since 2003 and have had the best experiences throughout that time. The receptionist, Bess, is a lovely person and has thoughtfully and expediently helped me with making and rescheduling appointments. Holly, my dental hygienist, has always been professional, thorough and kind. She's been a pleasure to work with. I have seen Dr Imm primarily throughout, however I've had the opportunity to see the other dentists as well. All have been attentive and professional.

We've been going to All Smiles for years now and have always had very positive experiences. Due to a last minute reschedule, my hygienist changed, an Morgana was very patient and thorough. Everyone we've encountered is pleasant and professional. The office is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Dr. Imm's practice!

Over the years, All Smiles has become like family to us. You wouldn't think a routine visit to the dentist could be fun, but at All Smiles it is always an uplifting experience! Dr Imm and his staff are extremely competent professionals. They take a genuine interest in their patients. They are very thorough and take time to educate their patients with insights about health and helpful tips concerning routine oral care.

The front desk makes Herculean efforts to accommodate your schedule the best that they can. There isn't one staff member there that doesn't go above and beyond! Dr Imm is a very knowledgeable and compassionate caregiver. The office is extremely clean and offers state of the art equipment. We are so grateful that we discovered All Smiles years ago.

They work as a team to make your experience a good one! I mean. who actually enjoys going to the dentist? I can truthfully say that I look forward to my visits and always leave feeling that the All Smiles team has given me their best! Thank you All Smiles!

Very friendly and professional. From the front desk to the dental chair you feel cared about. Always explain the goal for each visit. Every appointment has started on time! Great that you get paired with a specific Hygienist. Holly is great! I had an after hours issue and Dr. Imm called me back personally. I highly recommend this office.

The employees at All Smiles are incredible kind and competent at their job. I had two cavities filled yesterday and felt no pain at all, while also engaging in pleasant conversations with the staff. Dr Imm is excellent at his job as are Joan, Holly, Beth, and every other employee. Would highly recommend!

Always professional and caring visit. For years I wouldn't go to the dentist out of concern that it would be droning on about needing to floss more. My hygienist worked with me to rebuild gum health and I don't worry about my visits. It may be out of network but what little I have to cover is easily out weighed by the care. Consider also that you can get an appointment, that there are many hygienists, and that you will just see the one hygienist every time. I don't recall having that at an in network dentist in the past. Ask yourself what you value in care and decide to try them.

This office have the most amazing people. Dr. Gary Imm and staff are awesome. They are very kind and patient and very professional. I must add the most delicious cookies in the world. Dental offices usually makes me nervous but not here they really know how to make you feel comfortable.

I was highly impressed! Hygienist and Dentist was extremely knowledgeable. Very polite, nice and thorough. I must say, I came out really pleased to have my teeth done, nice bag of goodies, homemade cookies, bottled water and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for your excellent service.

Needed urgent visit for broken crown. They treated me promptly with great skill and compassion! Great dentist and staff as always.

In general, I'm not afraid of much. However, given some past experiences a dentist chair is the biggest fear I have. All Smiles has changed this. Everyone is patient and kind. They ensure that you're comfortable and pain free.

I called needing an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. From the welcoming waiting room (where patients were actually excited to be going to the dentist?!) to the receptionists, to the technician, to the dentist who saw me same day- right away - everyone was friendly, helpful and professionally kind. My tooth was fixed, my crisis averted, and recommendations were made to prevent another problem. I was so happy that I, a person who avoids dentists, made a follow up appointment and am actually looking forward to getting my dental care back on track. Thank you!

I received a new patient mailer for a discounted exam, cleaning, X-Rays, and a discount on a tooth implant. I learned that a special 3-D X-Ray would also be required at an additional cost of $300.00. After receiving the treatment plan and associated cost, the price charged by Dr. Gary Imm exceeded several other Dentists in the immediate area. The discount mailer felt like a classic "bait and switch." During the preliminary exam, Imm tried to create a sense of urgency by mentioning that the area where the implant was needed was very narrow and could shift, necessitating an expedited procedure.

He also mentioned that a bone graft would be required. Another Dentist recently indicated that a bone graft would not be needed, and the space was fine for an implant. The staff is very nice, however Doctor Imm does not accept your insurance as part of the payment. Everything must be paid in full upfront after each visit. They "will assist" you with processing the insurance payment, or you can use their financing option.

All $mile$ is VERY expensive. Based on my one and only visit, I am uncertain if their priority is the profit or the patient. My search for a quality (and reasonably priced Dentist) continues.

His assistants Joan and Robin are also such good people, holding your hand and offering reassurance along the way. Check out is quick as well. I've been going to Dr Imm for years and I have never been treated with anything except love and compassion! I love everyone I meet there. Thank you all for the amazing practice you offer! The staff is always so welcoming and caring. Each person is genuinely interested in every patient having a wonderful appointment. They make going to the dentist stress free! From their kindness to their numbing gel when you get your teeth cleaned. a pain free, stress free visit.

I chose All Smiles Care from many positive recommendations within the Westminster Facebook Page. Today I was my first appointment and it was an amazing experience! They actually called me numerous times to attempt to move me up and today fit my schedule. Everyone was fantastic from the moment I entered. I'm so glad I decided to schedule with them and I'm looking forward to my next visit, yes to the dentist, who ever says that!

Hi there! I just want to thank everyone at All Smiles Care for the wonderful and friendly care they provide! I used to have a terrible fear of going to the dentist, but after going here and meeting all the great people that work here, I now actually look forward to seeing them! Amanda is awesome and puts you right at ease ( which is very important when you're uneasy). Dr. Imm is also equally calming and absolutely amazing!

From start ( Lisa and Ashley), to finish, they take care of you and their compassion goes beyond the ordinary! The office definitely has a family atmosphere and they have made me feel welcomed and appreciated! Today, I was the " patient of the day"! How special is that?! I have been a patient here for a couple months and every visit has been great. I had not been to a dentist in many years and was nervous but they were very reassuring. The entire staff is a delight. Dr. Sal and Taylor are amazing and I cannot say enough about how much better they've made me feel. I was having teeth removed and got chills from the drill and Taylor got me a blanket.

They take patient care to the next level. Also I had to call the office several times with questions and if the answer wasn't immediately known, someone got back to me promptly. No waiting around for days.
