I drove by this practice for years since I live close by. Finally took a chance and made an appointment to go in. This place is wonderful! Not only is the staff always fun, friendly, and professional but also the dentist. The atmosphere is great and have had nothing but a top notch experience here. I've been to a half a dozen dentists in the city but was never satisfied, until I came to Case Dental! Been to tons of dentists my whole life around the midwest, most were just okay, but now I always look forward to going to Case. Great people, friendly, nice job guys & thanks!

Worse place ever! He is rude and unprofessional! Yelled at me twice. Then told me to "sit on my hands"! I have never been mistreated like this before by a dentist. He was very demeaning. I was in so much pain too as he took out part of my gum when trying to extract a tooth. Causing more pain and discomfort. He could not even take out the tooth properly and had to reschedule me for another visit.
The second time I came in I was so horribly mistreated I got up and left. After he yelled at me then stormed out. So very unprofessional! Do not go here! You are better off going someplace else. He is a horrible person and dentist! I would rate this place a zero if I could. Absolutely horrible!

Absolutely hands-down the best dental team in St. Louis! I've been going to Case Dental for 20+ years even though I have moved farther away. Well worth the extra drive to go here. There tools are state of the art, Dr Case is always current on new techniques, and the whole staff is friendly and caring. For example: I recently needed an extraction and was dreading the normally painful shot deep between the jaw to block the nerve. Dr. Case used some new vibration technique to make that shot 100 times better! Can't say enough good things about Case Dental!
