After 3 consecutive cleaning visits with 3 different hygienists that only use me as their sound board for their political opinions, I've switched dental offices. It's completely unprofessional for a healthcare worker and practice.

The most friendly dentist office our family has visited thus far. The dental hygentists make even my most nervous child comfortable. Dr. Novak is great! Highly recommended.

Joni is an amazing hygienist! I have always hated going to the dentist, however I have found the perfect one for myself and my family! Dr. Novak is also amazing!

Issues with billing my husband under my insurance when he has his own coverage. I've left multiple messages to have it fixed. I've even gone to the office and they pulled his file with his correct paperwork. They promised to fix but I continue to get bills with no callbacks. Completely ignore this issue since April.

Trusted this practice to restore front teeth and one tooth was an implant due to a very old injury. They now match and look very natural. I'd highly recommend their work to anybody. Thank you so much!

I am so appreciative of Dr. Novak and his staff. Having been a longtime patient, I already knew how wonderful this group is. Recently, I had severe tooth pain over a long weekend. Without an appointment, I showed up at 8 AM on a Monday morning and, within 5 minutes, I was being x-rayed and examined. I am grateful for the concern and quick help I received. Thank you all!

Dr. Novak, his hygienists and the entire staff are always friendly and willing to assist me with any concerns I have. My children feel comfortable with them and they always look forward to their appointments with no fear. The office is always clean and when you walk through the door we always feel welcome. I recommend Dr. Novak to all my friends and family. My dad turned me on to Dr. Novak and now our entire family calls him our dentist. We love him! He's the best dentist in High Point hands down.

They are always sensitive and very understanding of my anxiety with dental visits, making me feel at ease and comfortable. Office is clean and well kept.

Dr. Novak has been around for years and that's because he's a great dentist. He truly cares about his patient's and makes sure that he explains every procedure and what's involved. His staff are always accommodating if I need to reschedule and put a smile on my face every time I walk in. I highly recommend Dr. Novak.
