The office staff, Tiffany, and Dr. Grimm were all amazing. Tiffany was amazing, she was my hygienist. She gave me a tour of the facility, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Grimm, and Tiffany were both very helpful in helping me make the decisions I needed for my oral health going forward. So glad I went here instead of somewhere else.

I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the past. But Dr Grimm and his staff are very understanding and caring. He helped me choose what the best plan for my teeth are, I went in there wanting one thing and after talking with Dr Grimm he helped me understand that what I wanted was not the best for my care. I love the fact that he was open and honest and I would definitely recommend seeing him to anybody who is looking for a excellent dentist.

Working here for the past few weeks and was eating this past Thursday and broke a tooth and needed it pulled. Already in a bind because of the weekend holiday EASTER I called probably 30 offices with only 1 squishing me in and immediately at that Jesse A. Grimm and most Definitely his STAFF from the intial call to the complete procedure they came through when no one else would Kernersville, NC. I am considering flying back for follow up work needing done.

Dr. Grimm is very knowledgeable and is sensitive to your needs. Sarah I hope I spelled your name right was awesome . She made my experience wonderful big props. I am 45 and live 17 miles away and never had work done like this. The front office staff so friendly. Trust me I've been to four different dentist and I will gladly do the drive.

This office was perfect from start to finish. They saw me after I had already seen a dentist earlier that same day for severe tooth pain that left me feeling worse than when I entered. They were super personable, FIXED ME UP, and left me with options and a detailed plan on how to move forward. Not only am I returning for all my own dental needs, I'll be bringing my 3 kids. And everyone there is cute as hell! Way to go, y'all.

I would recommend Dr. Grimm to the moon and back. No matter what problem I've had in my mouth he's been able to make better with facility and little to no pain. He's reasonable with his prices with the competition these days. I don't want anyone else taking care of my teeth issues but Dr. Jesse A. Grimm.

The entire staff was very kind and social and I had great conversation with each of them. The level of professionalism was tremendous, and my hygienist kept me informed of everything that was going on and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Grimm is very detailed and straight forward with his explanations. He made sure I was comfortable with his explanations and took time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. This was the best experience with a dentist I've ever had. Great place to go!

Great phone etiquette and awesome customer service. This is my first visit and I was welcomed by receptionist on my first initial phone conversation. All the ladies up front friendly, polite and made me feel that I was already a new patient that joined a great dental family. Dr. Grimm made me feel welcome and related all dental work procedures with great understanding by me. He was not rushed and helped a new nurse understand where and how to put my information in the system. Look forward to my next visit Great teamwork
