Franklin Family Dental Associates - Annette Callejo

I've been to Doc for 2 emergency root canals. He and his staff made me feel like nothing was an emergency. All they said is we can take care of you. And damn it both times have been the only times I felt comfortable at a dentist. Thank you to Doc and the entire staff.

Kindest staff around! We use them my whole family! Would be kinda helpful if they could turn cartoons or PBS on one of the monitors in the room during the kids' cleaning & procedures, but it's usually pretty fast so no big deal. Dr Callejo is great with the kids :

I can start off by saying I got the chance to do my extern at Artisan Dental Group and I feel like that was a blessing to me for sure this place is a great office, clean, and caring. Dr. Callejo really cares about your dental care. Everyone that works at that office is awesome. So far the best dentist office I know.

It's been ages since I have been to the dentist. really nervous about visiting. they made me feel so welcome and zero judgement. Jessie even went the extra mile even to find my insurance provider. I cannot recommend them more. I wish 10 stars was an option. If you need a dentist in the Dayton area. choose artisan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Callejo since he first started his practice back in the late 80's, just because his office was close to my work & I have never needed another for my dental work. Dr. Callejo is the epitome of excellence, forever growing, educating himself, his staff and utilizing the most cutting edge technical equipment in the industry.

As you might imagine, over the years, I have had a smattering of procedures, & am proud to say with his and his staff's care and guidance, I have quite nice teeth still. Dr. Callejo and his staff genuinely care about the patient & always make you comfortable and welcome

I've been to many dental offices in the area, and this is by far my favorite! The office is very clean. Dr. Callejo and all the team members are caring and knowledgeable. They treat me like I am a VIP when I am there! Also, the fees are the best in the area too.

I have been going to Dr. Callejo now since 2019. I had not had dental coverage for 10+ Years and did not like the idea of going to the dentist. My mouth was to say the least paying the price for it. But Dr. Callejo and his staff have all been wonderful from day 1 and changed that very quickly. They jumped right in and he came up with a plan to get me back on track and the results have been fantastic!

These people are absolutely top notch! I had a cavity that I thought to be irreversible and and they had no trouble in fixing it along with a broken tooth that they fixed in no time as well. I will be taking everyone in my family here from now on!

Wonderful dentist and hygienists! Visits are always thorough and efficient, and every staff member from start to finish is so friendly and kind. I don't fear going to the dentist, and I very much appreciate how fair and considerate Dr Callejo is. He's not one of those dentists who just drills for the sake of drilling - he really takes time to understand patients and gets to know their needs. I appreciate his conservative approach and find his practice to be trustworthy and excellent, through and through.

Very professional and made me feel very welcome! They have the most friendliest staff and Dr Callejo is wonderful! They actually take the time to explain everything in detail and give you the opportunity to decide. This is one of the best experiences I have had in any medical/dental office. I highly recommend this practice!

A dentist in another practice crowned two of my molars during the past summer. I've had nothing but trouble from those two crowns since June, 2021. I reported this pain to that dentist in July 2021. That particular dentist said that she would arrange for me to come back and have x-rays and a thorough examination; however, her office NEVER called me.

I called that dental office 6 times between September and December but never received a return call. Today I called Dr. Callejo's office. They were very concerned about the swelling and infection in my lower jaw just below the crowned molars. They took me in right away, ran x-rays, provided a CT scan, and a thorough examination. They were very concerned about possible facial cellulitis, endocarditis, or the spread of infection to my brain.

I now know what the problem is. Dr. Callejo immediately put me on an anabiotic and made arrangements to correct the problem and hold the pain at bay. I am very grateful for this immediate and professional service. They did not want to wait another day.

I've been a patient of Doctor Callejo for 16+ years. Dr. Callejo and his staff are always warm and welcoming. The office is newly remodeled and always clean. I would recommend this practice to anyone and have to many family members and coworkers. 5 Stars easily.

I've had bad dental experiences in my childhood and I'm very apprehensive about going to the dentist but Dr. Callejo and his staff have always extended empathy, care and patience for me and my dental needs. They are very kind and understanding in trying to navigate my financial situation with my dental health. They are realistic with financial situations and are willing to work with you for a long term goal. They have always been quick during my dental emergencies. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been wonderful!

As a referral from my dentist to Artisan for the first time, I found their staff to have a great mix of friendly demeanor. They were professional and friendly. They took time to go over my health history, take a few more xrays, and have Dr Callejo prepared to assess my needs. As a cash / non-insured customer, the Doctor planned a 'layered' methology of needing most urgent to least; drew overlays on top of x rays as to problem areas, explaining slowly what he was observing and would have to do to fix. I really felt I was why they were there, and not like a meal ticket on an assembly line "get 'em in, get 'em out" I like this group!

Trust me, Dr. Eric Callejo and staff are the best in town. Pleasant, accommodating and considerate, trustworthy and reliable. The staff are so gentle, nice and always after your comfort, very caring. I've been his patient since I moved to Dayton in 1991.

Excellent customer service. This is the friendliest dentist office that will do whatever they can to ensure their patient's have a pleasant experience. So thankful they are my dentist team. I am a long term patient and plan on continuing being a patient. Thanks team. You are the best.

This was my first visit to their office. The staff are very helpful and efficient. My hygienist was Sara and she did an excellent job. It was like she had been cleaning my teeth for years. Dr Callejo did an excellent job as well. I will be switching my whole family to their office for the future.

As a lifelong dental phobic, it took an abcess in my wisdom teeth to get me in the chair for the first time in over 30 years. 24 hours (after having four wisdom teeth extracted and a cleaning and root scaling under sedation) later I'm in like barely any pain at all. I'm honestly shocked. I did my research to find the place and what everyone has said is right. This is a great place.

Dr. Callejo has been my dentist for many years and he makes me feel comfortable. He has the great personal touch and always inquires about my family and activities that I am involved with. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming at all times.
