I would have given a one star if it weren't for the staff. They have always been personable, friendly and helpful. In my previous experience, Dr. Toro has been too, but in one visit she instantly went from one of the nicest dentists (and I had a great one before her, for 25 years before he retired!) to one of the worst, for me. After a misunderstanding, instead of professionally explaining something I had questioned, her attitude quickly changed.

She walked out and asked her office manager to tell me to leave without services. Then refused to speak to me face to face after I requested to talk with her. She also refused our request for a call back. I am disappointed to say my family and I will not be returning to her office and I would not recommend her.

Literally the best dental office that I have ever been in all my 32 years of life so far. Dr. Toro is excellent, caring and understanding, both as a dentist and as a human being. I got kneed to the face at Jiu-Jitsu practice which pushed my front tooth into my mouth. Showed up next morning at her office and she saw me with a last min notice, put my tooth back in place and gave back my smile. Outstanding care for sure!

My daughter is 4 years old and has a condition in her lungs and when I asked the dentist to please wear a KN95 mask, she didn't like it and was rude with my daughter and me. She didn't ask if I had any questions and just left, plus used the same gloves that was touching the mouse of the computer to check the teeth's of my daughter, I had to ask the lady that did the cleaning any questions that I had, she was very nice. The dentist should take more seriously the use of KN 95 mask and change gloves before touching the mouth of their patients, we are in a pandemic.

Staff is excellent. Everything is ready as you enter and checkout is a breeze. A special service isonce a month a dental surgeon comes to the practice, which helped decrease cost of my implant. Drs. Franco and Toro actually assisted in the process too. They make you feel like family. Plus the facility is new, clean and decorated beautifully. I give 5+ stars.

On a Sunday evening I broke a molar in half and was terrified of what was about to come. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years and was so embarrassed with the shape I let my teeth get in. I called on Monday as a new client and they got me in the chair within 48 hours! Dr. Toro was so comforting, she took her time explaining why it happened and what our game plan was. I was completely comfortable during my root canal. almost to the point of falling asleep! This entire staff deserves 10 stars- they have changed my fearful mindset!

Easily the best dentist office around. I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to everyone. My 4 year old loves them and looks forward to his dentist appointments. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and makes you feel right at home. 5 stars is not enough!

Easily the best dental care I have ever received. I randomly came across the number when doing a Google search, looking for somewhere to have an implant done. They got me in right away & I was in surgery within the next month. The staff is the friendliest of any other offices I have been to. Always smiling & eager to help in any way possible. Every time I enter the office, I am immediately greeted by my name & I have never had to wait long to get taken back. My mother came from out of state for my surgery & ever since, she raves about their friendliness & diligence. I won't go anywhere else!

Best dental experience in years. The administrative staff was pleasant and very helpful. They were able to squeeze me in because I was experiencing pain. Once I arrived I was embarrassed of my situation and both Dr. Toro and Dr. Franco were very reassuring and comforting. Dr. Toro was able to immediately work on my tooth instead of having me schedule a return time.

She was very patient, professional and compassionate. She developed a treatment plan and scheduled me for next steps. My experience was so good I am transferring my entire family to this dental practice.

I saw Dr. Franco twice recently, once for a routine cleaning and second for a procedure. Both times I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door to their very nice office. The receptionist staff was very helpful. On the first visit, my dental hygienist was very nice and explained everything to me very bluntly and honestly as I had asked her to. I have to give her credit as well.it was her first week in the office and she still did a great job with the cleaning.

On my second visit, my hygienist was great as well. Then Dr Franco came in to do his work. The guys rocks. He too was up front with me and took plenty of time to thoroughly explain the work to be done and made sure that I was comfortable. He knows his stuff. Dr Franco really took care of me and made sure the procedure I was nervous about (due to what I thought would be painful) was painless and not rushed. Can't wait to go back!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I recently took my 6 year old son into Dr. Toro because he had a tooth ready to come out that was wedged, and we needed some help! Dr. Toro pulled out his two front teeth, and was able to make every step fun! He wasn't scared or in any pain. And just today, my husband went to see Dr. Franco for the first time. He said nothing but positive things about the staff and experience! Mary-which was his hygienist-did and excellent job and did the best cleaning job he has ever had done. My husband usually hates going to the dentist, but his experience today has changed the way he looks at going to the dentist.
