Dr. Fairweather and his team are great. I went to them looking to get Invisalign to fix my smile because I didn't wear my retainers after I got my braces off10 years ago. Not only was the consultation free, they made me feel comfortable exploring this new option and explained everything to me that I needed to know. You can pay for the treatment and get it started asap or they even have a payment plan which I think is super helpful.

I'm now more than halfway done with my treatment (that's only supposed to take 10 months) and i feel so much more confident with my smile and it's working better than I imagined! I can't thank Dr. Fairweather and Sharon enough for helping me fix my smile.

The customer service is great every time I go. They make you feel welcome. The dental hygienist and dentist are both very kind and professional. They are both very detail-oriented and adamanent about getting the job done correctly. One piece of advice- please make sure you keep track of what you paid and owe.

I am a new patient at Better Image Dentistry and I highly recommend them. Dr. Fairweather is a terrific dentist with a great attention to detail. Barbara Dzeditz is an amazing hygienist. I have been a patient of Barbara's for decades as she used to work with my father, Dr. Bruce McCumber DDS. After he retired, Barbara moved her practice to Better Image and my experience has been terrific.

Better Image Dentistry is the wrong name. It should be Best Dentistry Ever. Dr. Fairweather is a skilled craftsman and a perfectionist. His high standards and thoroughness are shared by his staff -- Sharon, Carolina and the most thorough hygienist in the world, Farzeneh. Ask to see my before and after photo on the wall in the office.

The entire staff is welcoming and very helpful. Farzaneh has been cleaning my teeth for 20 years! She is an expert at what she does and an amazing person to talk to. I'm always very comfortable and so well taken care of. Couldn't recommend MORE!

I saw Dr Drew for the first time on the advice of my wife who is a patient of his. She has always been extremely negative about dentists in general due to childhood bad experiences. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Drew and the entire staff of Better Image Dentistry. I highly recommend them.

I'm giving them one star because there was one very kind women who took over for the tech that was x-raying wires across my face. The Dr was critical and and a bit of a bully. He offered no alternatives I had to come to conclusions on my own. I paid for a full set of X-rays and a scan but will not return. I would 100% not recommend for nervous patients,

I had a big dental job done last year by Dr Fairweather. My teeth were in a really bad condition when I first came into the office for consultation. Now it's almost 10 months after the procedure, not only I can eat almost everything I used to eat but more importantly I get my smile and life back! I no longer camera shy or feel social awkward anymore.

The teeth look so natural and beautiful! Despite the Covid-19, the office maintains high hygiene standard and follows all the protocols so it was a stress free experience. I would highly recommend Better Image Dentistry and Dr. Fairweather.

If you ever need a dentist and want a good job done this is the place where you should go. I had a big job do get done, from a former bad orthodontic work done in my teens I had no root left on my 4 front teeth, I knew I needed implants but was very nervous about it. Dr. Fairweather explained everything to me, the whole process, he suggested the best options including getting Invisaligns to have the whole work done properly, he would not just sell you treatments you don't need, like many others do.

He was very patient and did an outstanding job. Needles to say all my process took almost 2 years because it was a lot and I always felt like home when I was there. The assistants are amazing, Sharon and Carolina really make you feel good and they are very knowledgeable as well. I have a smile that I love now, patience paid off and the perfectionist and attention to detail job from Dr. Fairweather did as well. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist with my eyes closed.

I've been shopping around for a different dentist for an implant after having an extraction on a molar and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the office staff I am by the doctor. I found them online and requested a consultation for my implant via the website and Donna the office manager contacted me directly and was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Upon arrival there was a scheduling conflict but they were able to take me in and see me. Carolina, dental assistant, was very impressive. After I explained my intent to get a implant she explained all the different phases of the procedure simply and answered all my questions without rushing me. They completed a 3-D scan of my mouth and explained everything in detail.

The doctor showed me exactly what I needed done and any other options. He was so humble and down to heart that I was really comfortable asking questions without hesitation. Donna then broke down all the pricing in simple terms without pushing me to make a particular choice. I can see why this dentist has a 5 star rating.
